Only Ms Zainab from the house keeping was understanding and helpful and provided her best.

My overall stay is very bad. Towels are old and dirty. Insects in the bathroom. No amenities. Pillows old and not comfortable.

Swimming pool though it is small, divided for swimming classes. Swimming pool surroundings is so slippy without any kind of protection

The breakfast and staff attention to detail was excellent. The chefs were very good. The front desk staff went out of their way to make things right. The manager was always patient. They even accommodated our fasting day by opening the kitchen early for breakfast as we were a community of people and about thirty to fourty rooms in the hotel.

The cleaning crew had to be reminded to place mire towel in the room, but we got that sorted out.
