Hotel is good BUT

CHECK IN It took me more than half an hour to get the rooms ,the reception says we can't find your reservation I gave the the booking No. Still I had to wait half an hour then they gave me a handicap room!! Why I have no idea.

In overall everything was great. Staff were excellent. A sweet surprise to place a birthday cake in the room without asking for it. Generous to provide complimentary still drinking water bottles.

Nothing that worth mentioning, but it was expected to find slippers in the room.

very nice hotel, clean spacious rooms, good quality materials were used in the room. tasty breakfast with lot of options close to the festival city with easy access to the shops and restaurant/ food court also close to the airport

Customer service, staff was so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was exceptional. Location was excellent and convenient for all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Definitely be back.

Shuttle bus service was very disappointing and not communicated well. I was left stranded at the airport and I ended up paying £60 to a taxi driver for a distance worth under £10.

We liked it’s proximity to the shopping mall and although the pool was being redesigned when we were there, the use of the adjoining sister hotel’s pool, was excellent. All staff, including that of the pool area were excellent. We enjoyed the buffet included in our room rate, with a great selection of quality food.

The only downside was the lack of a walking area surrounding the hotel if you enjoy a walk on your holiday
