it is clean, breakfast is good and it is close to my office

there was no one at the reception and in the morning when I wanted to go to the gym, I discovered there is no gym, but a place outside near by.

Location was a bit out of city center but silent ...heating was very good, room was hot enough despite snow outside. breakfast was quite good.. rooms were very clean and personel was so kind

Very clean, modern room. The location was very good

The bathroom was a little small but reasonable for this price class of hotel. No air - conditioning but again, what should one expect. A fan would probably be a good idea. However, I was unlucky to visit when the temperature was 30c. I have only given a neutral opinion of the staff because we never met anyone. The keys were waiting for us and we just dropped them off. So, no problem with social distancing!

The place is awesomely quiet with few beautiful coniferous trees on site, has it's own private yard surrounded by reliable walls. View from my suite was quite charming and relaxing: I remember I saw only fields, starting right after the property's border and lasting to the horizon (maybe my memories are distorted a bit, but that's how I remember it :D). The COVID times made this place uninhabited, even checking in is semi-automated: I have got my keys from hotel and my suite from key-machine, which was quite interesting experience to me :) Free WiFi Internet worked well almost everywhere, except my suite :D, - I can't complain since it really worked, but in some hours the coverage of the signal was so low it was almost impossible to read even text news. So eventually I slept a bit longer than usually. :D The room was very clean and comfortable. The place also has a nice gym in the basement, which I hadn't used this time, but it is a good opportunity to workout after or right before a long day. :)

Promised (on Booking.com) breakfast was not served at all. Due to COVID restrictions (as it was mentioned in paper hanging on the canteen door). It was not expected at all since I had a stop in Munich a day before and the place I stayed there have served breakfast (with some limitations, like I had to have it in the room, but still). I was travelling on my motorcycle and it was just a stop point for me to rest, eat and go further. Luckily I had few protein chocolate bars and some hot water in thermos with me, so I served my breakfast by myself. :D I am sure that this is sort of miscommunication between the hotel and Booking.com, but I believe it wouldn't have been a violating COVID restrictions to at least serve a teapot and few protein bars for the fellow travellers. ;)

Very decent hotel. Defintely good value for money in the area.

I did the self check in and left very early in the morning without meeting the owners. I would recommend it
