Hallo ich bin Robert und ich möchte Sie willkommen heißen, um Ihre Zeit in Arizona bei mir zu Hause zu verbringen, hier ist Surprise. Mein Eigentum hat Premium-Surround-Sound, brandneue Samsung Küchengeräte, Kamin, einen sehr schönen Wasserfall Pool und brandneue Caldera Whirlpool und einen perfekt modernisierten und gepflegten Garten mit viel Platz. Die Küche hat brandneue Premium Granit Arbeitsplatten installiert ab Mai. Die Unterkunft befindet sich weniger als 3 km vom Surprise Stadium "KC Royals & Rangers", dem Aquatic Center und dem Überraschungs-Tennis- und Racquet-Komplex entfernt.* Sowie, Community Park und Hundepark.(Welche Eigenschaft Sand Volleyball, Tennis, Angeln, Basketball, etc?) Es gibt auch einen Sonntagsmarkt, der am 19. Oktober von 10-2 Uhr beginnt. In der Nähe des White Tank Regional Park; Es gibt 7 öffentliche Golfplätze und großartige Restaurants innerhalb von 2 Meilen. Das University of Phoenix Cardinals Stadium, die Gila River Arena (Konzerte und NHL) NASCAR, das neu erbaute Diamond Casino und das West Gate Entertainment sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Erwähnte ich Beautiful Lake Pleasant perfekt für Camping und Wasserspaß mit Verleih von allem von Kanus zu Sea-Doos. Auch wenn Sie auf dem Zaun über das Entscheiden zwischen diesem und vergleichbaren Eigenschaften sind, treten Sie mit mir bitte in Verbindung, weil ich alles tun werde, um diese Wahl einfacher zu machen. I have played in Surprise multiple times for nationals and this property was perfect for a team. It was close to the facility, very spacious and all the amenities needed for a team. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Property
This was a wonderful property! The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool and hot tub were fabulous! The bedrooms, kitchen, and sitting areas were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a girl trip! I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Just as described - Super clean
We were in Surprise for a tennis tournament and were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was explained clearly by the host. The home is very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a convenient location.
We had a blast and everyone was so glad we did this instead of getting hotel rooms.
Fantastic short term rental. Better than anticipated.

Amazing Property Close to Everything
The interior size is incredible. Seven adults had ample space to enjoy privacy and their own sleeping area. The kitchen had sufficient amenities to prepare meals. Coffee dependent individuals had multiple options.
Three bathrooms allowed for our group to shower quickly after our tennis matches and get back out into Surprise. Restaurants and grocery options are within walking distance.
After figuring out the pool controls, we were able to raise the temperature for wading. Paying for the hot tub was worth it.
Our plans experienced an abrupt change. and we had to leave around 7:00 a.m. Cleaning instructions came after. We had done a few things on the list but missed others. My only suggestion would be to have laminated lists on the kitchen counter.

A great long weekend
Everything was as expected with the property. Good communication from the owner and was very responsive. Plenty of room for 4 adults who stayed at the property to have their own space and more. Plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing (4 sitting areas inside the home and 2 outside). Pool was cold (but could be time of year) but hot tub was perfect for a relaxing evening. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces. A quiet neighborhood and close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We chose to stay at this property because of the backyard features, beautiful pool, hot tub, outside fire table. The home was really nice. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. The only thing I’d suggest is more lighting on a few of the rooms, extra propene for the fire table (it was empty) so that was a bummer. Great location. Great pool!!

Very Nice
Everything was as advertised, very comfortable home, furnishings were very nice and the location was perfect. The owner was extremely responsive to any question or request. Definitely recommend if going to Scottsdale!

The house is very spacious. The pool and hot tub were nice. Be aware this owner charges extra for heating the pool and use of the hot tub! Accommodations were good for children who need a crib, high chair and some toys. The kitchen floor was dirty when we arrived. This property needs minor maintenance and repairs. Sliding glass door to pool was very difficult to open and close. Light bulbs throughout the house need replacing. No towel bars in bathrooms. One bathroom sink drain is very slow. Blinds need repair in each room.

Great stay!
House was great, exactly as described. the hot tub was great after a day of hiking, so was the pool. Location depends on what you want to do. Robert was always available responding quickly to our questions (didn't have too many...), would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for visiting my daughter who works in Surprise. Had an awesome week with family. Plenty of indoor/outdoor space. Loved the pool and hot tub.

Great Location for Surprise Tennis Center
The house was as pictured and in a nice neighborhood. Robert was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The hot tub was nice after a few days of tennis matches.

A very Comfortable home away from home
Communication with the owner was very good. Location was excellent for our needs. This house is situated in a very quiet subdivision. The hot tub became a favorite of ours very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental. It’s in a very convenient location close to everything.

Perfect Location for USTA National Championship
This house is beautiful and roomy. It is located very near the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex. The hot tub was a welcomed benefit after playing 2 tennis matches per day. Robert was very responsive to our text messages.

The house was in a perfect location for our trip to play in the USTA Nationals tournament. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 adults. We all had enough space to relax and recover from the day.

Our anniversary stay
My husband and in needed a last minute place and this home was the one we picked. The home was super clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were clean and a real treat for us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone

Great stay for family celebration!
This lovely home is nicely set up for families with comfortable bedrooms, gathering areas & kitchen set up! Liked the extra lock on sliders to help with child pool safety. Nice to also have a crib. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

Beautiful stay
Robert’s home was perfect for our group’s stay! We had more than enough space for everyone, everything we needed in the kitchen, and the jacuzzi was an amazing amenity to have to relax in the evening!

Great House
Great house in a great location if you're coming to play tennis in Surprise. Has a great hot tub which I used every morning for my stretching before playing my tennis matches. Great kitchen and I love it when there's already items like mayo, ketchup, and mustard. Coffee was there also. Even had an electric Razor for my grand nephew.

Absolutely fabulous
Our stay in Surprise was one of the best times our family as experienced. Robert was so accommodating. He provided us with all of the needed information in a timely manner. He provided us with everything we needed to make our stay so comforting.
The house was perfect for our family of five. It was clean and has all of the amenities one would need. The scenery is beautiful. There is plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!!

A very nice surprise in Surprise!
The house was perfect. The closet was the size of a room! So much fun! The Jacuzzi was the best part, especially after a long day of tennis. The kitchen was a delight to cooking in. Our only issue was with the lack of ability to watch the news in the morning. But I am finding at most places learning a new system for television is always an issue. We also could not figure out the lighting for outside. We could've asked and would've been responded to promptly. We however chose to have our private time there. The neighborhood was very quiet and a joy to walk around.
