Unser Haus ist ein Stadthaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und drei Ebenen in Stoney Creek Sunpath, zentral gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Dorfspaziergang, dem Marktplatz und einem kurzen Spaziergang zu den Aufzügen entfernt.
Wohnbereich
Der Eingang mit einem kleinen Mudroom befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Treppe führt direkt in den offenen Wohnbereich im zweiten Stock, der mit einem modernen Gaskamin, einem bequemen Sofagarnitur und einem Flachbildfernseher über dem Kamin ausgestattet ist. Es gibt Schiebetür Zugang zu einem privaten Balkon. Die Küche verfügt über neue Schränke, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und Quarzplatten. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für 6. Der Balkon auf der obersten Ebene, der vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist, verfügt über einen Whirlpool. Der Komplex bietet jedoch auch einen Gemeinschaftsbereich, einen Whirlpool im Freien und einen Salzwasserpool.
Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer
Beide Gästezimmer und Bäder sind auf der oberen Ebene befindet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Schrank und Zugang zur privaten Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett aus massivem Holz mit einem doppelten XL oben und einem Queensizebett unten. Das erste separate Badezimmer verfügt über eine neue Alkovenbadewanne mit einer Glasschiebetür, eine Regendusche und einen einzigen Waschtisch. Das angrenzende zweite separate Badezimmer auf dieser Etage verfügt über eine verglaste Dusche mit Regendusche und einen einzigen Waschtisch.

We came to spend three nights at Whistler for our son in law to mountain bike. We loved the close proximity to the bike park and village center. The kitchen was fully equipped and the space was ample and nicely done. Great place stay!

We loved the condo and were very pleased with the accommodations. Having the private hot tub was such a treat at the end of a long day of hard hiking. The location was ideal for accessing shops, restaurants, and trailheads. We were pleasantly surprised with just how much we could access on foot. Would definitely stay again!

We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 6, 8 and 11 who spent 18 nights in this amazing location. The apartment is in a great spot, close to ski hire, lifts, supermarket, cafes, restaurants etc. Our kids walked up to the gondola in their ski boots every morning and did it easily, it’s about a 10 minute walk. The apartment was great to relax in when not skiing, we loved the hot tub. We all spent a lot of time in the complex heated pool and hot tub after a full day of skiing. Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you need. We couldn’t recommend Dave and Elisa’s apartment more highly. Their communication was excellent, they gave us great tips on ski hire and cafe/restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and loved every minute. Jodi

The condo was perfectly located next to all major restaurants, shops, and ski lifts. Moreover, the condo offered everything that our family needed along with easy access to both the condo and it’s amenities.

This property was outstanding and you couldn’t ask for better hosts (Dave and Elisa). We stayed 10 nights with two adults and 2 children and this condo was perfect. A home away from home with all the modern amenities. The photos are exactly what the place looks like but it is even better! The hot tub was exceptional and was used everyday after a long day of skiing. Simply devine. The place was well stocked with everything you need and so close to everything. If we ever come back to Whistler we would definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again, Thank you so much much for making our stay so memorable.

We had a great time at Dave's property. The townhome was exactly as described, and even better than we imagined. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the kid's stool and kid's place settings. It is in the perfect location and at a close distance to walk to everything. We couldn't have been happier.

We stayed at this property with our two children 7 & 4. It was perfect for us, very quiet area but close enough to the village to enjoy a quick walk for shopping, dining and hitting the ski slopes. The house itself has everything you need to relax after a big day exploring or skiing. We will be staying here again.

We had an extended weekend in whistler and this unit was perfect for us. Very nicely updated. Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was crystal clear and much appreciated. The “smart” electronics were a nice addition. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property! Hosts were very welcoming and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The condo was extremely clean - absolutely spotless! We enjoyed all of the high tech features throughout the property and the proximity to the village, restaurants, shops, and lifts/gondolas. Plus snow covered trees while enjoying the hot tub after a full day of skiing. It was a perfect stay! Thank you for providing such a comfortable property for our vacation!

The property is located in a great location just across the street from the Upper Village shopping and restaurants. You have easy access to all the village amenities but it is quiet at night for you don’t hear all the village noise.
The condo has been updated nicely and has nice furniture and amenities. We enjoyed all the technology and you could simply say “Alexa, turn off all the lights” when you left.
The private hot tub was a nice bonus. The public hot tub was always full and having a private spa on your own balcony was great for our small family.
My only beef with the condo is that it is three stories and all the bathrooms are on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, it was perfect.

We were lucky enough to spend a month in this beautiful condo. The owners, Dave and Elisa were so nice and helpful. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything to prepare meals which was especially great since the market was just steps away. We walked to the lifts on ski days but the bus stop was right across the street. Having a private hot tub was a really nice way to follow up a day on the mountain. There was even a gym (Whistler Core Climbing and Fitness) a short walk away that offers reasonable weekly and monthly rates.
Everything was perfect. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Anyone considering this property can book with confidence that it is everything the description says and more. It really is a super property, in a great location, and is very modern with electronic controls for various things, along with excellent heating. Movie mode for lighting was great! But what was even better than all of that was Dave’s determination and thoughtfulness to ensure that we had everything we needed, and that we enjoyed his place. Thank you both.

Unit was immaculate and full of surprising, useful amenities. The unit feels brand new with amazing attention to detail. The hot tub off the main bedroom is large and in a private setting. Communication with the host easy and concise with excellent directions. Unit is very close walking distance to the village. The furniture and bed is comfortable and overall the unit is much nicer in person than in photos. Would love to stay again.

The location of his unit was extremely convenient (just minutes away from the village), but quiet enough that there was minimal noise.
All the amenities were as described!
The owners were friendly, considerate, and extremely quick to respond! They thought about everything a family would need for a stay away from home, and so modern with up-to-date electronics!
While there was a portable AC unit in the living room, the only thing was that the second bedroom with the bunk bed was a little warm at night, but the owners did what they could by providing a fan.
We will definitely consider this unit again when we visit Whistler next!

It was a wonderful stay at the condo. The owners responded quickly to our messages. The place is well stocked with towels, dishes, cooking utensils. Beds are very comfortable. Everything works. What a wonderful property! We've stayed at numerous properties in Whistler, however have never been inclined to repeat our stays until now!
An absolute 5-star stay. The property was clean top to bottom, had the conveniences of home, and centrally located for easy access to the village. Extra bonus for having a parking spot right next to the stairs.

This is one of the most clean and quiet properties I have ever stayed in, and it’s perfect for our family of five. The bunk bed was big and very sturdy, and all the rooms have smart TVs which is a bonus. It’s a great location, with restaurants and shops within walking distance, and free shuttle stop right across the street that takes you straight to the ski lifts. Dave was quick at replying to messages and provided great checkin and checkout instructions. All in all a great experience and we would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Very nice and convenient
The apartment is nicely renovated and well-equipped. The location is great. There are some good restaurants and a nice grocery store just across the street. Walking to the gondolas takes 5 to 10 minutes. If you rent your skis, you can likely leave them in storage next to the gondolas. Our rental shop let us keep our walking shoes at the store during the day, making the walk to and from the slope very pleasant. The owners respond quickly to questions. Overall, we look forward to staying here again on a future trip to Whistler.

Sunpath Unit 4 is a great property. The recent renovations were fantastic. The unit has many high tech features that added to the experience. The owner is great and excellent to deal with. The unit is close to everything. Definitely would rent again. To bad covid-19 put a damper on our trip.

Beautiful, clean condo with great modern appliances and conveniences. The private hot tub was clean, hot and ready to go when we arrived. Thanks to Dave, the host who was super helpful and incredibly prompt on any questions we had a seamless arrival process. The property is great for families (we are two adults and our middle school kids) and or smaller groups, there was plenty of room for us. The public pool and hot tub area was very nice and well kept. Daves condo location is a very close stroll to all the incredible amenities at Whistler. Thank you for having all the obvious amenities and so many extra amenities in your condo to make our stay such a great one! Cheers, and hope to stay again some time soon!

Clean, luxurious, functional - simply amazing
This property is everything you want in a vacation rental. It's super clean, it's extremely functional and the feel of the unit is modern and luxurious. There's lots of bonus extras that made our trip so much more enjoyable and smooth.. like a step stool for my 4 year-old, being able to project Disney+ onto the TV via AirPlay, boot dryers for our wet equipment, hand-held shower heads which is incredible to have when you have to shower young children.. the list goes on. The only minor feedback would be that the unit can benefit from a larger garbage receptacle in the kitchen.
We loved the location. It's walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the Village, but far enough to not be bothered by any noise. Since our youngest child is only 4 we did not attempt to walk to the Whistler Gondola in ski gear, but I imagine it to be a reasonable trek for adults and teenagers.
Dave is a great owner/manager. Communication was easy and he even let us check-in a few hours early because the unit was ready. Five stars across the board for this place. It truly was our home away from home and we hope to be able to stay here again.

Excellent Whistler Rental
The rental is terrifically appointed, everything you could need. New, clean, excellent quality. I had a couple questions and Dave answered within minutes and called when he couldn't get back via email. We liked the location, not right in the busy village but steps away from everything. Our kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed their time. Would highly recommend.
