Great home for a group ski trip. Heated floors, large kitchen and main area. Large backyard with a play structure for kids to throw snowballs and even sled on some mounded up snow drifts! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a separate large room for kids to watch a movie. Nice warm garage and a circular driveway provide plenty of parking options. Mud room with plenty of space for snowy boots and ski gear. Only thing that could make this property better would be a hot tub! :)

We’ve been renting properties an incline for many years now and this one is the best. Beautiful, spacious and unique property that feels like home.

Home was warm and cozy, and so spacious for our family of eleven! The kids had so much fun in the fenced backyard playing in the snow! We all had a wonderful winter vacation together.

We had plans to rent a VRBO in South Lake Tahoe for Labor Day weekend but the CALDOR fire caused an evacuation so we switched our plans to the North Shore and found this house available. Great place for big families. Fenced in backyard with a tree house was spectacular. The house was big but it felt cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. It had everything that I would want my guests to have if it was my house. We plan on coming back Thank you for accepting our last minute reservation request. We had such a good time

A beautiful property and home with plenty of room to enjoy and gather for a larger group. Kid friendly with a large backyard with a tree house and playroom with games and plenty of books for children and adults. The kitchen was well equipped (sharp knives, Wolfe range, and more )and fun to cook in. Friendly, comfortable spaces in the house and large deck for outside dining. Beautiful, large backyard. Sam was friendly and quick to respond to any questions which I appreciated. A wonderful experience for us all... from 4 to 77 years young. A warm and comfortable home for all to enjoy!

This home is absolutely beautiful and met all of our needs for our extended family vacation to North Lake Tahoe and Incline Village. The home is quite spacious with an enormous yard and multiple decks for all to visit and for our grandchildren to play…. We’ve already rebooked for next year! If you need a kid and pet friendly house large enough for your multiple families and dogs, this is it. We were four families and everyone had their own sleeping areas and the common areas, especially the back yard, were ideal for the little people. Sam was quick to respond to any concerns. The house was immaculate when we arrived. We will consider staying there again next year.

This was a good place for our first post COVID family gathering. Celebrated mom’s belated 90th birthday. Overall the home was nice if in need of a refresh. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to the lake.

14 of our family gathered in the area for our daughter's wedding. According to one granddaughter this was the "best hide & seek house ever"! It worked well for our purposes.

We had a wonderful time with our friends at this house. The house is beautiful, and has everything you need for hosting multiple families. Our dogs appreciated the big fenced in backyard where they could run around off leash.Quick walk to the beaches, and close by grocery stores. Would go back there again.

This is a beautiful a beautiful property in a lovely setting. While we planned for several families to be together during the holidays, due to covid it was just our immediate family. We enjoyed feeling like royalty in our own castle. Enjoyed walks to the lake and the beautiful parks on the lakefront including a dog park. The kitchen was wonderful and the bed super comfortable with awesome linens. The home technology was easy to access. Sam was terrific and responsive to our inquiries. We look forward to hopefully rebooking this property in the future to enjoy with our extended family as originally planned.

Had a group of 13 with 2 dogs. Plenty of space and rooms/beds for everyone. Open concept definitely made keeping the group more together when half the group was cooking. Plenty of utensils, spices, bowls, plates, anything you can think of for a kitchen was available. Dogs loved the fenced in yard as they can roam freely. Huge driveway. 4 car limit, but could definitely fit more. Temperature couldn’t be adjusted and master suite had no lock which were the two drawbacks. Otherwise, property was the perfect getaway for a large group.

We had a a great time and really enjoyed the house! The common areas look a bit bigger in the pictures but it's actually more cozy and charming when you see it in person. We were there to visit friends who are having a baby and it happened to be one of the few very times of year that there isn't a ton of activity in Tahoe (especially given Covid), but the kids were totally happy to play in the big back yard and tree house while we cooked or had cocktail hour on the beautiful deck. I think we will book again when we return in the summer!

We had a wonderful time for our family getaway this week. We enjoyed the bike trails and nearby beaches, and the comfortable, well-maintained home. The property owner responded immediately to replace the garbage disposal with a brand new unit after we discovered it inoperable and was very helpful. Our family especially enjoyed using Apple airplay to easily connect our iPhones to the large televisions to cast the pictures taken during the day by different family members. It was a fun way to recap in the evenings and enjoy the memories together. Many thanks

We planned a very last minute trip to Tahoe and Sam was absolutely wonderful to help make this happen. Everyone had to work during the week, and this house was perfect for it! we had as many as 5 separate video conferences happening in different parts of the house at once. Will definitely stay again soon!

We stayed in the cabin for a week right after Christmas, through NYE. We had 16 of us & three generations of family, spanning from 12 - 77 years old. It was a perfect house, that gave everyone their own space, yet had a nice big, open living space for us all to be together. And the location is can't be beat.

We had 12 total with 3 under the age of 3 and the location is perfect for walking to the park with swing sets as well as a few cute restaurants. The spaciousness gave the non parents plenty of room to have their own space. The living room and kitchen great family area.

My 14 brothers, sisters, partners and their kids all had plenty of room in this amazing Incline Village home. Beautiful yard to play crocket, frisbee and or just read & take a nap on the hammock. Great neighborhood with access to really awesome beaches too.

Perfect for families with multiple children or multiple families. Walking distance to awesome beaches and the Hyatt. Super easy to grab groceries, coffee, try out restaurants. One of the best back yards! Highly recommend.

A very nice property pretty close to the beach. There was plenty of room for 13. It would have been nice to have had more than 1 key for 3 families.

My family just completed our yearly reunion at this lovely property. There were 14 of us and the eight bedrooms and bedding made it very comfortable for us. It is a large home depicted very accurately on VRBO. Communication with the property manager was excellent and entry was a breeze. The home is stocked incredibly well with just about everything you need. Plenty of plates, glasses, pots/pans/, coffee maker, mixer, silverware, kitchen implements and especially the miscellaneous kitchen drawer with everything you'd ever think you needed and more. We just brought our food and enjoyed great family meals. Raleys is 5 minutes away and has a great selection of all types of foods. Great dishwasher that really got everything clean. In addition, there is a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer. Plenty of extra bedding, blankets and pillows. Beautiful yard had just been resodded and looked great. Incline Village has great beaches and one with a pool. We used our owner arranged passess and went several days just paying the day fee for visitors. Instructions on how to get these came from the owner. The Hyatt Hotel and Casino is close by. We are bike riders and did morning rides along Lakeshore Drive in Incline Village with very little traffic. On our last day there, the Region opened up a new bike trail that went from Incline Village all the way to Sand Harbor (another of our favorite beach areas). It was a beautiful trail with superb scenic views of the lake. Just wonderful. So, overall, our reunion was a huge success as the property worked for us very well.

We were delighted by our experience with this beautiful home. Sam was an attentive, communicative, flexible, and friendly property manager. The home itself was enormous (we didn’t use 4 bedrooms!) and perfectly setup for children. Close to the lake, ~10 minute walk to the beach.

Great house, convenient to all parts of the lake, skiing and casinos. It was our fourth trip to this house and plan to go back again. Plenty of room for everyone and great kitchen.
