Just what we needed for our family get together.

We had a lovely visit; this was a perfect spot for our family and dogs. The yard was beautiful and had amazing views. The back deck had comfortable chairs and a big table; the outdoor hot tub was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens; the bath towels were thick and extra large. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The living area was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the GI Joe yoga guys our hosts were welcoming and gracious. The area has so much to offer with outdoor activities: hiking, climbing, mountain biking and water sports. We look forward to returning again.

This is a nice home with a huge yard and great location just 5 minutes from downtown Leavenworth. It is on a shared lot with an apartment behind the garage that is occupied by the owner. Comfortable beds and furnishings, a warm wood stove, and a great space for kids and our dog to enjoy the snowfall.

We had the most lovely time as a family at this property. The property had 3+ feet of snow and the views were INCREDIBLE. The property was wonderful for activities with the little kids, hot tub for the adults and overall our experience was top notch. The host was communicative and over the top in ensuring our stay was the best! Thank you again!!

Very comfortable beds. Loved the hot tub. Convenient to town. Only addition would be some throws on the couches in the living room.

Fantastic house with plenty of room for a multi family gathering with 3 couples. We cooked many dinners in the well stocked kitchen that had more than enough utensils/pots/pans etc. Giant yard with views of the surrounding hills & mountains made for great backyard games and space for the dog to run. Tom was an excellent host who made sure our stay was top notch. Would certainly stay here whenever we find ourselves in Leavenworth again. Tom has connections with local mountain/river/town activities to keep you plenty busy with all that the Leavenworth area has to offer. Ask about going E-biking!

Our stay was amazing. The place is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to enjoy it. We played games and enjoyed the Propert and area. Tom was an amazing host

Our stay was very fun! The house was perfect. We loved the backyard, spent most of our time back there. Having the owner be there was kind of strange but he kept his distance and let us be. One of the reasons for booking was that the description said a close walk to downtown, the house was definitely not within walking distance. Wasn’t the end of the world just not always easy to find parking downtown. All in all we had a great stay! Would recommend to a friend.

Property has a nice layout, open kitchen, a nice backyard and deck. TV with Streaming services was a big hit for downtime. There was a good collection of board games as well. Overall it was a fun place to stay. Tom was easy and quick to communicate with. We will come back again.

Our dogs hate the Fireworks. We came to Leavenworth and found them some quiet in this house. Great location, Tom the Owner and Host is pretty fabulous.

Perfect sanctuary! Picturesque, tranquil, clean, roomy and overall lovely experience spending our spring break here, we will be back.

We booked a long weekend with a friend to surprise my wife with a virtual baby shower and relax in a beautiful spot before the daughter gets here. This house was perfect for us--exactly as advertised, large space for us to relax (and open presents), large kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and the hot tub all prepped and ready for us.Tom was friendly, checked in to make sure everything was in order, and encouraged us to make the house or home for a weekend. We would definitely recommend his rental for a retreat.

This was a very well stocked house. Grand daughters enjoyed playing in the large yard. Beds were very comfortable! Internet was slow. And no cable for TV. We brought our own FireStick and that worked a little better to get more watching options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Tom was very nice and accommodating. It was a little uncomfortable that he stayed in the apartment right next door one of the nights. We would stay here again

Nice comfortable house, good location. Would stay here again. Only 1 of the 6 of us had wi-fi - and that was our biggest complaint- but I've since spoken to Tom and he has resolved that issue.

Great setup, near town but in a quiet nook with the entire house setup to enjoy a staycation or base for Leavenworth activities

Enjoyed staying at this spacious property, kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and equipment to make breakfast. It snowed when we were there so we got to enjoy the jacuzzi and mountainous views in the backyard. Bedrooms were comfy and clean. WiFi connection wasn't as strong but we got by. Big plus is the property is near town about 5-6 min drive. We would stay here again!

Cute house with large yard. The hot tub is professionally maintained (a nice plus). Owner lives on site and was kind to check in to be sure we had everything we needed.
