Wonderful location, big and comfortable suite, clean and tidy, big bathroom with a big shower
There was a misleading information on booking.com about the parking space: it is available for 20€/night but only for 2 suites, not for every room!!!! For other suites (including ours) you can park for 40€/day.
You have to prepay for your suite when you book so you can have the access code for the building and for your room. The former worked, the latter did not; we asked for assistance and we received immediately a new code, but it didn’t work either, so they gave us a physical key. The wifi password did not work either, so again we asked the staff for help which they gave us right away. To summarise, we really enjoyed our stay, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice, but given the price of the suite we encountered too many issues.

Very nice apartment, well designed , moderen, cosy and very clean. Just in the center of Lyon, but very quiet. The parking is just few meters away. Really nice surprise. We injoyed a lot. Top choise!

to get into the room you had to take a stair. only one person could take a shower because tegen water could not get away. very inconvenient because I texted them this but the reaction came the next day that they would report it.

Wonderful window and balcony kitchen area to make coffee. No sink in the kitchen so you have to wash everything in the bathroom but nice good size bathroom also lovely window balcony out onto place Bellecour.
Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. It was a heat wave in the room is very hot head open the windows in the middle of the night and then of course motorcycles tearing around out there otherwise everything was super.

the apartment is amazing. high ceilings, wonderful details, modern finishing, and great location.
there wasn’t really a good setup to do so proper work. the low coffee table and chair didn’t work really well as it was too low and uncomfortable.

Very beautiful apartment but best for a family since three of the 5 beds are bunks in the living room and to access the bathroom you must pass the main bedroom.
The air conditioning is limited to the bedroom so if you sleep in the bunks you must use the (provided) fan.
The apartment design is very modern and elegant and the wall projector is very nice .

The room is like 3*15 meters, very hard to be in and share.
No toilet paper in the rest room, kitchen is very un comfortable, the beds are uncomfortable. No privacy between different parts.

Temperatures in Lyon were around 35-36'C and the appartment takes the morning sun. The airconditiong although functional, didn't really cool the appartment.

The Room was 'long', meaning elongated room made our baby svailable to run through during stay. Bathtab was really nice.
Not hotel, but apartment with some furnitures. TV did not work, wine seller without power, air conditioner without remote controller/power. There is elevator but you need to go down half floor by stair. 5 PM is standard checkin time and you need extra for early checkin.

The location was wonderful and the value for the money was excellent. The young woman at recepion was very helpful on the phone helping us to find the property and then attempting to have the coffee and milk refilled in the room after it had run out.
1. Nowhere on the site does it say this is a contactless property and there are no humans on site or able to address any difficulties that may arise. We would NOT have chosen this property if we had known there were no people available.
2. When we called, and then emailed to ask for replacement coffee and milk/cream that the maid services had failed to refill, the Senior Reservation manager sent us an email that there was coffee and milk/cream in the room. There was not, but without any person available to address the admittedly minor problem, we ended up leaving frustrated and disappointed in what was otherwise a nice property.
