Excellent location near restaurants and shopping, plenty of storage everywhere in the house, very clean, adequately supplied with everything you’d need during short/long term stay. I brought all of my holiday baking supplies, including utensils and bakeware, but found most items already in the house.

416 Dahlia is a comfortable place to decompress. We enjoyed the soaring ceiling making this small home HUGE! Clean and cozy, this family home is smack dab in the middle of a friendly neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants on PCH. One neighbor welcomed us, and we found out we had some people/work in common. The "secret" garage is found way around back on the alley. The "secret" garden next to the house is mysterious and unique. While locked off, the garden's flowers bloom and send their perfume beyond the gate. 9/10 stars for 416 Dahlia!

The location of the secret garage (around back in the alley) could have been explained a bit more! As two couples sharing the home, the downstairs bunkbed could be replaced by a queen. If a child bed needed, a fold-away could be used. That said, the existing bed was comfortable--just watch your head!!
