It was beautifully presented. The Host could not do enough to make our stay truly amazing. She brought us some home made food because we arrived at 12pm at night. The pool was fabulous and we used it twice a day. Location was brilliant close enough to Split one way and Dubrovnik the other way. This place was truly exceptional and Daria has made it so very welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending this place. it was pretty much perfect with good air conditioned rooms. The apartment was almost brand new and everything was exceptionally clean. Daria is the most wonderful lady and anyone who stays at her apartments are in for a real treat.

If it was just a bit closer to the beach that would have been great. But we had a hire car so we were ok. Otherwise there was nothing else we didn't like. Can be a bit expensive to eat on the beachfront and the staff in the restaurants could be a bit more friendly. Regarding the apartment and host we would give 100% recommendation.

We loved the apartment and the facilities.The apartment accommodated six of us very comfortably. The host Daria was delightful and couldn't have been more warm and welcoming. Daria ensured that we had everything we needed and even went the extra mile. I would fully recommend this apartment to stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment is a newly refurbished town house, connected to an identical property next door plus the owners' accommodation alongside. All of the fixtures and appliances used in the refurbishment are smart and easy to use. The owner Daria lives part of the time on site, and is very friendly and helpful, a native Croatian speaker but also fluent in German and English. The pool is a good size and is shared with the next door unit too. There is plenty of space for all users to lounge at pool side and enjoy the scenery. There is also a well equipped barbeque/outdoor cooking hut. Zaostrog itself is a short walk away, with some shops, beach, and good restaurants and bars. There are plenty of other beaches and shopping, plus ferries to the islands a short drive away.

If I was to make one change, it would be the kitchen, which is on the small side for a house sleeping 6 people, with a two burner hob. But there is separate (shared) outdoor cooking facilities so I guess in warm weather most people will be cooking outside or else eating out.
