Look no further and book this gem ASAP! The location is perfect, 25 min walk from old town Korcula so it is quiet and the nature (beach, sea, woods) is really clean because it is on the outskirts of Korcula. The apartment is located in an apartment complex that has basketball and tennis playgrounds and during summer months there is a beach and restaurant. We stayed for few nights and apartment had everything we needed. Kitchen was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything. Bedrooms were clean and the beds had really comfortable mattresses (i even wrote down the name if it to check if i can purchase it for my bedroom.) And the balcony... And the view... All i can say is wow... We made like million photos of it. The host was welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate us with a little baby. Thank you and hope to see you again!

Amazing apartment, very spacious with amazing wrap around balcony and amazing views. We spent more time on the balcony then inside :)

Beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor with sea views. Clean and comfortable. One of the newest on the island. Our host was helpful and nice.

Convenient parking garage and very clean apartment.

Disappointing!!! Bottom floor apartment with a view of the street and bedrooms in the neighboring building. Needed to pull the curtains down for privacy in the room because of people passing by. Same in the bathroom…. The dishwasher was broken… and nowhere to dry dishes. No oil/salt/pepper or any basics for a 3 night stay. No paper towels… Power went out for hours the first morning due to some work being done nearby… The bed in the master room (with the windows to the street) was like sleeping on a rock. Maybe it was a box spring?? My friend said his bed in the second room was lovely. The shower could also use an additional liner to prevent water from spraying out… and be careful exiting the shower! It’s a BIG step out (and I am tall!) The place feels like a bad ikea showroom…. :( !!! I mentioned several of my concerns to the host who apologized and was able to do nothing to help us. I contacted booking.com and will be receiving some compensation in return for this booking. I wish I had kept my original accommodation at Kis Residence, or had stayed in Lombarda. We did not use the facilities here (we were told we would have to pay for beds at the beach bar pool) and instead went out all day each day to explore. The island is lush and beautiful! Overall, expensive and not worth it…

Dry spacious, modern apartment, with fantastic view. Very friendly host, although we have not seen each other, due to Corona distancing.

- the view is just amazing, windows from floor to ceiling all around - the open space solution, large spaces - well equipped kitchen, did contain everything we needed - elevator from garage to apartment - Boris is really helpful, answers always quickly on any upcoming question and also provides support for questions around Korcula

- it’s “Airbnb like”, meaning this is a flat with IKEA furniture (not for intense use) and if you have a question, you write to Boris on WhatsApp, he answers quickly, but still, generally not on-site.
