Bereit für die Frühlings- / Sommersaison! Diese wunderschön renovierte Wohnung in Tyra Summit II befindet sich in günstiger Lage neben der Four O'clock Skipiste, oberhalb des Snowflake Lift und neben Wanderwegen! Ski-in / Ski-out (siehe Fotos), zu Fuß in die Innenstadt von Breckenridge, nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Gehen oder schnappen Sie Ihre Ski / Snowboard auf der Veranda ab, schließen Sie sie in das Rack ein und gehen Sie durch die Vordertür. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Mega-Condo-Gebäuden in Breckenridge ist dies eine ruhige Wohnung mit nur sechs Einheiten im Gebäude. Keine langen Korridore, Wartezeiten für Aufzüge oder Treppenauf- und Abstiegswanderungen!
Diese Ferienwohnung bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und verfügt über einen großen, privaten Balkon, viele Fenster und einen Holzofen mit Glasfront für kühle Nächte (Brennholz wird mitgeliefert). Geräumige private Parkplätze abseits der Straße sind im Preis inbegriffen (Autos, Pickups und Geländewagen sind willkommen).
Wir haben diese Wohnung im Dezember 2013 erworben und renoviert und verfügen über neuere Geräte: HD-Flachbildfernseher, Blu-ray- / DVD-Player, Küchengeräte und die Liste geht weiter und weiter! Sogar die Wände wurden durchgängig strukturiert und neu lackiert. W-LAN ist im Preis inbegriffen. Gut ausgestattete, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitfliesen-Arbeitsplatten. Enthält ein Sortiment mit Backofen, eingebauter großer Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Topftopf, Kaffeekanne, Toaster, Mixer und vielem mehr!

We enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge. The unit is conveniently located to all the shops and yummy restaurants. Only a 30 minute beautiful drive to Vail so we were able to enjoy both places without having to move. Unit is well stocked with everything needed

Nice mountain views and close proximity to downtown. The unit basically had all we needed but could some updating. It could use some welcoming touches such as Current year Breckenridge guides, updated and visible unit portfolio, balcony needed cleaning and sliding door was difficult to open and close. Unit was sufficient but not as inviting as others we have rented.

Great location on peak 8. Walk across the street, ski down to Snowflake lift or to the parking lot and a small walk to the gondola. Then ski back at the end of the day on 4 o'clock. Bit of a hike back up from town. Glad we had a car.

Condo was clean and well equipped to stay for our 7 day trip. The washer/dryer was key traveling in with ski/snowboard gear. Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck, and the walk to 4 0’clock was fine even for our 6yr old. Comfortable bed and the pullout was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever laid on, no bar in your back! Very short drive to Main Street, grocery store, and any other need you might have. Thanks John and Angela, your condo made our spring break awesome for our family! 100% would definitely stay again!

We could not have had a greater time! The condo was in great shape with everything you need for a memorable stay. The location was perfect. Step outside and you are right on 4 o’clock trail. You are only a 1/2 mile from town which has great shopping and restaurants. We are already planning our next stay

This property was perfect was the four of us. As long as the kids don’t mind sleeping on the pull out sofa. It’s a very quick walk to the 4 O’Clock Run. Quick walk into town. And we love the skiing at Breck

We loved our stay in this unit. This property is right across the street from the 4'oclock trail so you easily ski down to the snowflake lift and onto the mountain.
The woodburning fireplace is cozy and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked. We used the slow cooker to prepare a hot meal for after a long day of skiing. The washer and dryer are game changers when you travel with kids. Great place. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo is a true ski in/ski out. You cross the street, strap in and ski down to Snowflake Lift. At the end of the day, you take 4 o'clock run right to the condo! Great location!

The property was in a great place, close to town but away from a lot of noise. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved morning coffee on the balcony with hummingbirds and a fox wandering by now and then.

This condo was a great location, about a 10-15 minute walk from Main Street (uphill heading back, be aware of that!) and about 3 minutes from the Sawmill Reservoir trailhead.
Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. The view from the deck is fantastic and the whole area was very quiet and relaxing.
I've seen a few reviews that compliment the Comfortaire mattress, which we unfortunately couldn't agree with, as we found that it was similar to a foam mattress topper, which you can sink into and not move. Of course, your personal preference will dictate if you like that sort of thing.
Other than that, our stay was quite pleasant and would recommend!

My two younger boys and I decided to head to Breck for 5 days during their Spring Break. We wanted to find something close to town and that was ski in/ski out so this condo off the Four O’Clock trail was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the size of the condo was fine for the three of us. There is a queen size pull out coach in the living room with a topper which my teenage son said made it more comfortable. I had read in previous reviews that the shower water was not warm enough - this was not the case when we were there. There was plenty of hot water! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was appreciated. It really is a perfect condo to rent for three people. Our favorite part was the quick access to the slopes. You literally walk out of the condo, cross the road and put your ski’s on to ski down to the snowflake lift. Loved being able to ski right back at the end of the day. We will be renting this condo again!

took my two sons to Breck for spring break, perfect little condo for just the boys and me. super quick walk to charter sports ski rentals, truly ski-in, ski-out, about 100 steps to the four oclock run then ski down to snowflake lift. 10-15 downhill walk to town. great few days, thanks to the owners.

Everything about this condo was as described. Perfect for 2 or 3 people, easy access/check in, good location (very short walk/ski to the snowflake lift), nice view. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The Condo is comfortable and well laid out. The location for skiing was perfect. An easy ski down to the Snowflake Chair or the bus to take you to Peak 9 or the Gondola.
John and Angela are excellent hosts. They responded promptly to our requests and even organized a delivery of firewood.
Unfortunately I was injured skiing so was confined to the apartment for the week as the walk up the hill would have been difficult with Crutches. Being able to sit on the couch watching the snow falling and the Birds feeding out of the feeder on the verandah was very relaxing. The Pizza delivery man was able to find us! Someone has left a City Market card which gives you a discount at the supermarket.

Ski out: about a 4 minute walk to snowflake chairlift on the road.
Ski in: 4 o’ clock run is right across the street, so about 30 seconds to go from skis to front door.
Unit is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wood burning stove was very enjoyable. Great views out the balcony of the town and mountains beyond.
Host was responsive and flexible with us on an early check in, which was much appreciated.
