This house was everything we could’ve hoped for! Unbeatable views with plenty of deck space to enjoy them, absolutely gorgeous decor inside, lots of room for us to all spread out, and Bill, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was so responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

We had an extended family group of skiers from four related families. Two younger kids at 5 and 7, and the rest younger and older adults. The house is spacious, well decorated, and functional. The kitchen was well outfitted, every time we thought they didn't have something (eg. collander), we'd end up finding 2 of them tucked away in a cabinet. So ski in, ski out. Bottom line , the extended trails worked well for about 2/3 of the skiers, they loved it, they other 1/3 used the bus. Good news is the ski bus stop is pretty close at the end of the street.

This house was AMAZING! Rooms were spacious and beautiful. We all enjoy cooking and the Kitchen was just like home, fully stocked and plenty of platters and dishes! This was our once a year family vacay and there was more than enough room for 12 adults and 2 kiddos! View and deck were fabulous!! Super relaxing! We love the house! As our kids have grown so has our family. This house was perfect for all our four generations. Granny was able to stay in a room on the main level so no need to do stairs while the kids & grandkids had the run of the game room and everything downstairs.
The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. I HIGHLY recommend this property and Bill (owner) was so easy to work with. He was very kind and helpful to make sure I had all the information I needed including discounts on things in town.

We found the house spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, with multiple spaces to socialize. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware and condiments. We loved the hot tub and the little fox who visited us regularly. We found the shuttle bus which ran on time, was a wonderful service to go back and forth to town. Overall, the accommodation made our holiday a truly enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Awesome property with all the amenities. The walk to the slopes is easy for skiers but snowboarders have to unstrap and walk to a very flat run (Lower Lehman). We did the walk on the first day but relied on the shuttle for the rest of the week. The shuttle is very convenient. We were greeted by a fox coming up on the deck to check in on us each day. This was my group's first time to Breckenridge and it did not disappoint!

We loved our stay at Warrior’s Mark West. The home was huge and had plenty of space to gather with family in the great room, kitchen and dining areas. The downstairs living area was a great spot for family to wind down in the evenings. The views were breathtaking. Oversized laundry was great for tacking our crews’ laundry while there. The kitchen was a gourmet one with everything you could possibly need to cook an elaborate meal for your family. We couldn’t get the outdoor grill working but it snowed the whole time we were there so we just changed our meal plan, The only issue we really had was there was some organic cleaning product used to clean with that left a terrible odor throughout the home. We aired the home out and the odor faded. By the next day, you could barely smell it.I definitely recommend renting the home especially if you have a large group. Oh, one more thing, there are only 1.5 baths on the main floor so if someone stays in the extra bedroom on the main floor, he either would have to use the master bath to bathe or go downstairs.

Amazing stay
This home is wonderful with lots of space for a big family to spread out, gorgeous views, and comfortable and spacious bedrooms! Everything you may possibly need (and more) is available! The hot tub and fire places were enjoyed by all! The hosts are super friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed seeing the foxes several times a day. If you are a very good skier/boarder you are a couple a blocks away from ski in and out.
Everyone in the group was amazed with the home. Would completely recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing stay! We plan on renting it again in the future!

Wonderful Breckenridge get away
Breck Splendor was a near perfect home for our family of 12. All the amenities were top-notch, the views are beautiful, the home itself spacious and comfortable, and our host could not have been more. . The property is not a true ski in/ski out unless you are very familiar with Breckenridge and the conditions are perfect. That being said, The private shuttle works really well for access to Peak 9 base area. I would recommend this property to others and would love to be a summertime visitor.

All in all the house was great! Plenty of space, clean, fully stocked kitchen, and good amenities. Cannot beat the view! The hot tub was so nice after skiing all day.
I wasn’t able to get my hatch rest or owlet baby camera connected to the WiFi so my baby monitoring was useless. Bill was prompt and tried to help me get it resolved, so I appreciated that.
It’s really not ski in/out. It’s a short walk to the shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and drops you close to the quicksilver lift. You can also walk a bit further from the shuttle stop to ski a trail to the lift. It’s a good location, no complaints- just don’t expect to truly ski in/out of the house.
My family had a wonderful time at Breck Splendor and we would definitely stay here again! Perfect for big groups. Thanks for having us

You have to walk a city block once you get out of the house to a rather treacherous trail in order to get to the slopes. We tried it once, then drove to the slopes and parked each day

Best Vacay Ever!!!
We had the most amazing stay! This home is absolutely immaculate! We had three families staying here and there was so much room for everyone to have their own space, while also having multiple areas for us all to gather together! This home is so beautifully decorated. We felt like we were staying in a lodge. The views from the back deck and balconies are breathtaking!! We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful home to make more memories in Breck!

What a wonderful experience! This home is beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with every tool we could want for cooking meals in, the dining tables comfortably accommodated our large family, the rooms and bathrooms were restorative, and the family and rec room were spacious for everyone! We were grateful for the highchair, pack-n-play, extra pillows, and humidifiers. The location is lovely, on top of a hill with great views, yet just a quick drive to town and trailheads. Bill was a fabulous host, always easy to get a hold of before the trip and even call to check in a day or two after we arrived. We will certainly keep this rental in mind for the future!

House was excellent with many amenities and fairly close to town with free shuttle service. House was Well kept and modern. Only issue is this was advertised as “ski in -ski out” and I would say it is possible, but not practical unless conditions are perfect. Be prepared to hike uphill with all your gear.

This place is absolutely amazing. We had a party of 15 and had plenty of room. The house was well stocked and the property manager was very accommodating, contacting us on several occasions to ensure everything was in order.

We had a great stay. All family members ages 15-81 had a comfortable experience. The house is lovely and with a convenient kitchen/necessities. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable house for large group.
We had a great stay at this beautiful house. There were 15 of us (8 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 2 to 19). The house was clean and easy to access. It has a large kitchen with a large eating/dining area, a nice deck off of the kitchen and main living room with a gas grill and outside furniture. The hot tub was on a lower deck and was large enough for 9 people. The beds were very comfortable and the living areas were spacious. Communications with the property manager were very easy and informative. We had a great time.

Great place for large groups
Had 10 guys on our annual ski trip. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen very well equipped. Shuttle service ran very 15 minutes so easy ride down to Charter Sports where we got our equipment and then could leave it overnight. Bill was really nice to work with providing lots of info about Breckenridge. Would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful, was decorated for Christmas including a tree, and very convenient location.
This was a Christmas family reunion for our 3 girls and their families. We had 10 adults, 2 teen girls, 2 toddlers, and a 5 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids especially loved the basketball game, ping pong, and foosball. We never had a problem with the Flologics water shut off. The hot tub was so welcoming after a day in the snow or on the slopes. There are lots of appliances ( KitchenAid mixer, hand mixer, blender, lots of pots, pans, waffle maker, counter top grill, bowls, spices, flour, sugar, more staples in the pantry). The fireplaces work very well to warm heart and home. The view is spectacular from the main floor across the valley. The extra frig in the garage was nice for our large crowd - extra drinks and food. There were sleds available, tho we brought our own. Charter Sports provided exceptional service for all levels of skiers/ snowboarders. The short walk to the free shuttle was convenient. We used it often. Bill was very accommodating and informative before our arrival and was quickly able to resolve a towel shortage. We would highly recommend this property and if we have an occasion to have a large group, we would book it again.

Beautiful well-appointed home
We loved our stay at Breck Splender with our 4 grown children, spouses and grandchildren. The view is wonderful and it is 1.3 miles down the hill to Main street
Breckenridge. Previous reviews said it was a 15 min walk to town which it is not. It is
a drive and up a steep hill. The home had everything we needed including a pak n play.
The hot tub was great. Although no close hiking trails, we did enjoy a mountain stream
a little way down the road where we caught some trout. We would stay here again.

Perfect accommodations for 12 + 2 young kids!
The house was perfect - accommodated 12 + 2 kids with no trouble - and the kitchen with spices, etc. was great - I know we added to the pantry as well!
We did see two moose out back one morning after 8 inches of snow. And - the sleep number bed was just like the one we have at home - perfect!
We used the Warriors Mark West shuttle for ski access as well as going into town - day and night. It was extremely convenient. Able to check skis at Charter overnight - easy access in the morning!

We loved Breck Splendor
We had a family reunion at Breck Splendor and enjoyed it tremendously! There were 16 of us and plenty of space for all--infants to retirees. The home is beautiful and included all amenities. The kitchen was completely outfitted for all of the cooking and snacking we did. The skiing was perfect and we enjoyed Breckenridge. We recommend the Children's Museum if you have young ones. We'd love to return some day.

Awesome place!
Working with Bill was an absolute pleasure, not only was he easy to connect with but he was very responsive and his details for our trip helped us a ton! The house was more beautiful then we expected. The pictures don't do it justice. The views were amazing and the location was very easy. The house was fully equipped and there was no spare on expensive of comfort items. We had 4 families with 15 adults and kids and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Girls weekend
First let me preface this review by saying Mr. Bill Hadley is the best property manager I have ever encountered.
The website does not do this home justice, it sits above Breckenridge with spectacular views from every deck, the house is gorgeous, decorated with beautiful furniture, wall coverings and paintings, not to mention the kitchen that I found to be a cooks dream, from the gas stove to the well stocked cabinets with everything you need and spacious seating in the kitchen and dining room. The hot tub was plenty roomy for 9 women to enjoy a cool evening after a day of shopping. The house is close to town, (some of us walked) yet far enough to enjoy the wildlife that cautiously wander about, ie: raccoons and beautiful red fox and the sounds of birds singing. Whether you're looking for a "home" to relax, ski, shop or gather with friends and family this is the place! After 3 days we were all convinced we would return to Breck Splendor in a heartbeat. Thank you Bill for all your help and wonderful restaurant suggestions.
