The condo was overall in excellent condition. Cleanliness was great. Right next to a golf course so quiet through the day and quiet at night. All the amenities that a family needs on vacation: Large fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The only complaint that my family had is that it is an older building and the electrical outlets/light switches were a bit confusing. Some of the rooms while they had Lamps, didn't have overhead lighting so my daughter couldn't figure out how to turn on the lamp on the nightstand until I told them to flip the switch on the wall to provide power to the outlet. It wasn't a big thing just confusing at first. The condo was great, but had a slightly aged vibe to it. Not bad just aged.

We have stayed at numerous properties in Grand Champions. The property was fine, but we have stayed in some nicer ones and this was the most we have ever paid. Was surprised that the property did not have basic cable TV, but instead had Samsung TV, which is primarily a system that shows very old shows.

Clean, spacious, well- equipped kitchen, beautiful grounds, easy access to the pool, all appliances in excellent working condition, located near The Shops (high-end shopping center with nice restaurants, stores, and two grocery markets), nice welcome package, clear instructions/house rules, and comfortable bed.

The wifi access stopped several hours before checkout time. There was a small but consistent parade of tiny ants crawling across the ice/water dispenser of the refrigerator.

Broken latch on front screen door. After entering room on the first day my family and I was trapped as inside handle was broken. I had to climb out the balcony and go around to open the door from the outside. I called maintenance and they came and removed the handle mechanism making the screen door inoperable. No partial refund or credit offered. We paid over $1500 for 3 nights! Not happy!

in general, the location was great, just our apartment was placed in the basement so we had a view of the green trash area, which is not something that one enjoys.

The only minor drawback— could have used a few more kitchen starter items like plastic wrap/foil/baggies.

The place was clean, close to the pool, lovely greenery surrounding, well equipped, everything I needed was there, I'd recommend if you are a golfer or just want a nice place off the beaten track

it wasn't close to the places that were important to me, like the beaches, the restaurants, and the stores, it was too far away from most of the activities
