My family and I come to Stinson quite often and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Location is fantastic and the house is so quaintly decorated with a very calm atmosphere. The views were spectacular, so fun watching the pelicans dive for fish. The kitchen had everything you need and very nicely organized. Beds were so comfy and loved the heated mattress pad. The owners were so friendly, accommodating and made us feel at home. We will definitely come back!

We loved everything about our stay. Waking up to to that view every morning was a dream as was hearing those waves in the house. The living room and fire place was a perfect cozy spot. My son was stoked about the bunk bed and so many sand toys. Can’t wait to come back!

This was such a beautiful house and stay! Our kids and grandparents loved the location, a quick walk to restaurants, etc. The house was clean and well maintained, with all the equipment required for bbs, beach toys, etc. Thank you lots!

We have stayed at many homes up and down Stinson and this one is a dream. Perfect location - can easily stroll down the beach to town for coffee or happy hour, and right on the beach. Perfect for our dog who loved the access to the ocean - ditto for our kids. The kids loved the fun bunk room, and we loved the layout of the house. It had everything we needed, and was easy to navigate. Firepit out front was huge bonus too. We can't wait to come back!

We love Stinson Beach! We have stayed in many homes over the years and this is one of the best. The location cannot be beat - on the beach and minutes from downtown. The home is updated and well cared for. The owner was easy to communicate with. Everything was perfect.

We love your house. Everything is up to date and we’ll stocked kitchen.
We like being so close to town even though lots of dogs walk by. Some owners don’t pick up after them. Very rude.

Our family had a wonderful Return to "The Blue Beach House", as it is lovingly called by our boys. This place just feels like home. The host is fantastic, great communication and responsive. The home is kept very clean with modern finishes and a well-organized and equipped kitchen. We love the bunk room for the kids, the back deck and dining table for beach-front meals, and the outdoor shower is amazing. We can't wait to return.

Family weekend
This location exceeded our expectations! Visited with our girls 16, 14 & 11 and our yorkie Dexter. Very clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. Jeff the owner was very nice. We absolutely loved this location. Thank you Jeff!

One of the sweetest Stinson rentals
I’ve rented a lot of homes in Stinson/Seadrift and this was by far one of my favorites. Super clean, wonderful beds, all amenities and then some and so lovely and well kept. Not to mention right on the beach. Owner is lovely to work with. Just so easy and all in all, best 5 days out there!!

This is a sweet property for a smaller group. Extremely clean and comfortable. Can't beat proximity to beach. Communication with Jeff was easy. The calendar is booked solid months out for a good reason!

Wonderful beach house
My family had a wonderful week at the beach with our 4 year old and our dog. The house was lovely, clean and perfect for our family and having friends come to visit. We can't wait to come stay again!

Beautiful Location!
This location is magical! It feels like you left reality... It rained and rained while we were there, but we never tired of looking at the ocean. There were actual times that I was on the beach with no other person in sight...
The house is stocked with all that anybody would need. I was surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked for cooking, spices and condiments a nice surprise.
Jeff is super easy to work with and very quick to return messages. Another nice surprise!

Amazing beach front property
This was by far one of the BEST VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. We lucked out with a last minute cancellation making it available for my family and our pup to be able to visit for four nights. The house is beautiful, well stocked, incredibly clean and the location is literally perfect- just mere steps onto the beach. Communication with the owners was so easy, check in and out procedures simple and clear, and we just loved everything about our stay. We can’t wait to come back and this will DEFINITELY be a regular location for us to come back to. Thank you so much.

The consideration & care of the property is top drawer. The owners were very kind and communicative. The location was surprisingly great. We were able to walk into town without any issue. The location, on the beach is ideal. On one of the foggy days we took off to Muir Woods. Unbelievable, majestic & so close to Stinson Beach. We absolutely love coming to this beautiful and cozy home with our young boys. The location directly on the beach is unbeatable, and our boys love the bunk beds and outdoor shower. We stayed with our two young kids and had a great beach visit! Amazing location, comfortable house, and great deck overlooking the ocean—we really enjoyed using the fire pit in the evenings. Outdoor shower was so useful to rinse the kids off after going out to the beach.

The place is modern, clean, BRIGHT and the kitchen fully stocked. The owner has thought of even providing goodies for dogs and a bed and bowls. The outdoor patio is lovely with enough seating and a fire pit!!Each room has Uber comfy beds and warm comforters. I unpacked as there was plenty of drawers and closet space to do so. The laundry room is very convenient and the outdoor shower just fabulous! The location is unbeatable. Stintson beach is the most charming town and the Parkside cafe serves amazing food. There are wonderful trails close by. We loved the large Smart TV and the cost sofas. All in all do not hesitate to book this place. The owner Jeff is wonderful about communicating in a timely manner and very kind and considerate to consider some requests. We shall be back for sure!

Perfect house on the beach
We absolutely loved staying at this beach house. The house is super clean and comfortable... and right on the beach. It is tastefully furnished and everything is so well thought out. Enjoyed watching amazing view every morning and loved being able to just walk onto the beach. It was perfect for our family vacation. Couldn’t be happier!

Everything was perfect!
My husband and I spent three days last week and it was the most relaxing and rejuvenating time. The house really is right on the beach and has absolutely everything you need,. The instructions are clear for the electronics and whatnot are easy to locate (in book on the coffee table). The living room/kitchen is perfect sized for a group or just a couple and the sofa, chairs, the BEDS, and PILLOWS are especially comfortable. Stinson beach is lovely, a little vacation spot seemingly removed from everything, but just a short distance from SF. Essentially, the house is exactly as it appears in the pictures and Jeff is extremely accommodating and kind, clearly they’ve been doing this for awhile and have nailed all the details. Will absolutely be back!

A week at the beach
Stayed in the same house a few years back and returned for an end of the year vacation. The house floor plan has been modified and overall remodeled. What a comfortable ocean front experience.
Enjoyed the rain, wind, and sunshine - all welcomed.
Very convenient location, easy walk to town for bakery, restaurant and light groceries.
Already looking forward to our next visit.
