Location to the lift area is so convenient. Walk to town. This unit is spacious and cozy. A few minor repairs needed, but still functional. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the spas. (Although this isn’t a direct issue of the unit). Property management is very responsive and helpful with check in. We had a great stay.

This is a clean condo in a great location easily accessible to the Quicksilver/Maggie area as well as downtown. We had 7 adults and did not feel cramped. Great views from all rooms. Nice having two parking spots. Bosch fridge and dishwasher were great! Gas log fireplace was awesome! Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Two dining tables with capacity for 8 plus 4 stools at kitchen bar. Plenty of ski gear storage.
A few needs: set of mixing bowls, new non-stick pans, more wine glasses, functioning humidifiers (none of them worked). Oh, and the shower missing a glass door that was reported in November 2022 still has not been replaced. Time to fix that. Front door sticks about halfway open, but not a huge deal. These “needs” are relatively inexpensive fixes and hopefully the owner will address soon.
Overall, a great condo for a great value and we would definitely stay again!

My family and I really liked this property. The furnishings were very comfortable and the unit was stocked with everything that we needed. The property manager was friendly and prompt with any concerns. Perfect location - close to lift and town. Would definitely return.

Condo provided plenty of room for all of us without feeling cramped. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials needed for cooking most of our meals and slopes were just minutes away, which was great for our group. Definately stay there again.

Our family ski trip had a wonderful stay at this condo! Such a short walk to the lift and to the downtown area too! Great location, parking garage and additional parking spot, comfortable sleeping, kitchen was loaded with pots and pans and dishes to use, 3 showers! Really enjoyed this condo and would definitely rent here again!

Spacious three bedroom condo with large living room, dining room, and kitchen. Could’ve handled many more people than the five of us. Location provided short walk to the quicksilver lift and easy access to Main Street. Couldn’t be happier with our selection.

Overall I would absolutely stay here again, you can’t beat the location for this price.
SPACE: We had 6 adults, 2 kids, and a baby and we felt there was plenty of room! Each bedroom having its own bath plus another half bath really made it very comfortable.
LOCATION: We walked the kids to base 9 ski school everyday and grandma was able to bring the baby over for lunch at the base and pick up the 3yo from ski school. We could run our skis over before walking the kids over and run back and grab them after walking them back.
CLEANLINESS: It was clean, no issues there.
PARKING: Key to the garage is still missing. However, the owner contacted me before and let me know how to get in, not super convenient but with the location we maybe used the car 3 times in the 7 days we were there. The garage is heated though, which is real nice!
AMENITIES:
- hot tub closes at 8pm, which was a real downer when we wanted to go after the kids were in bed. My parents did get over there and said it was really nice though with changing rooms and showers.
- humidifiers, 3 there, not a single one worked.
- the shower in the lower level primary only has 1 door, so showering was very messy
COMMUNICATION:
- the owner emailed about the garage before hand which I really appreciate
- tried to contact property management about shower door, no response
- agree when booking looked like 2 rooms had twin beds, but the one room has a trundle so it’s tight but doable

Love the property. The ski racks located outside, the pegs for the poles, tons of hooks to hang clothes to dry over night demonstrated that the owner really cares about the skiers. My ONLY suggestion would be the have tissues in the bathrooms (there were none to be found) and extra shampoo and conditioner. There was only on very small one for 2 people for the entire week. The soap also is very small you can barely hold on to it when using. Other that that the place was great.

We really enjoyed the place. It’s close to everything. I only have three things to mention. First, when we booked, the pictures showed that two of the rooms had king beds with separate twin or full beds. When we arrived only one of the rooms had an extra bed. The upstairs room had only a king bed. Second, we apparently did not have the key to the garage. When we first arrived, we only had one car, so we parked on the deck. But when another car arrived, we realized the key that was supposed to be for the garage did not work. I messaged the property manager, who responded quickly but said that the housekeepers had said that the previous guests apparently did not return the key. We never received a key to the garage. This needed up not being a problem because neither vehicle parked on the deck was towed or ticketed, but the instructions are very clear that only one vehicle per unit can be parked on the deck. Finally, the floor heaters in one of the downstairs bedrooms shocked you if you touched them. And the light switches upstairs shocked you if you touched one of the screws on the face plate.
Overall, a great stay. We enjoyed the place and it was very convenient. I would recommend, just know that you won’t have an extra bed upstairs, and may not have 2 parking spots. And don’t accidentally touch the heaters or the screws above and below the light switches.

This was a wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the Quicksilver Lift and downtown. It isn't ski in ski out, but it is a very short walk to the lift and to the Maggie. The place is very large and roomy and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and made cooking very easy. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Our stay was so comfortable. Everyone not only had their own bed, but own rooms. The storage is incredible, tons of linens and towels available. Our 13 month old loved this condo and we did too with the carpeted floor and family friendly furnishes and decor. We so appreciated the washer and dryer in unit as well. The kitchen has everything you need with great appliances. Ski in and ski out was only a 5 -10 minute walk from the end of Quicksilver chair. Storage for skis outside of condo.
Better question would be what didn't this condo have?!? We hope to come back again!

Our family loved this perfect location rental! It is only a 5 min walk to Peak 9 ski lift or the downtown shopping/dining area. The rental was also very clean and roomy, and we hope to stay here again next year.

We spent 4 days end of November with family of 8. The condo space was excellent! Would like to report a few things mentioned in other reviews/comments still in bad repair. Upon entering the condo unit was very cold, and a smoke alarm 22 ft high in vaulted ceiling was going off.
Unit has electric baseboard heat and never truly warmed the unit. Fireplace not working something to do with pilot light not lit. Took a day for someone to come for lighting. Not sure what’s included with condo rental, Tiolet paper pretty much empty rolls, no kitchen trash bags or dishwasher soap. Shower in master bedroom still missing half shower door in a tub unit which was mention in a previous comment I read. In bedrooms furniture push up on baseboards heaters, plus electrical cords. In twin bedroom the lamp cord was melted. Which we removed lamp & moved beds from touching heaters. The unit was very clean and updated.
Other than that unit was clean, spacious with beautiful views.

Powderhorn c405 was a great rental for a ski vacation. It was close to Quicksilver lift, offered pool and hot tub access, and was quiet.

Wonderful location, warm and welcoming
We’ve enjoyed our stay every time we’ve been in this location. It is perfectly situated to town and offers a wonderfully warm gathering space for family. Some things are a bit dated and heavily trafficked but overall the unit is comfortable and spacious and a great value for the location. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Overall this property was just great there was plenty of room for 7 people.
It was well stocked with towels and bedding.
The kitchen equipment was a little outdated but everything worked.
My only disgruntlement is that it is not completely ski in ski out Buy otherwise this was a great property

Excellent location and accommodations
The condo was full of large windows with fabulous views. Great location with a very short trail (semi-ski-in & semi-ski-out) to the base of the Silverthorne lift. We were able to easily go back to the condo for a quick lunch.
My family of 5 enjoyed the condo. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Great skiing location
This townhome is very spacious. My husband & I stayed here with our 3 adult children. It is just a short walk to the ski lift and to shops/restaurants. The only downside is the tub/shower in the king bedroom downstairs was missing one of the glass sliding doors. So, when you shower water goes all over the floor. The bedding could use an update. A blanket had stains on it. Also a tub access hole in the bedroom wall that was only halfway covered. Just some minor fixes and this place could be great.

He cheated us
Even before booking, we specifically communicated with the host that HOT TUB is extremely critical for us & we will use the filter HOT TUBS to select his property. Despite knowing that, we received NO INFORMATION about the cumbersome process to book the hot tub. I still thought it was an oversight & requested the owner to change his listing. I even drafted him the proposed change. The fact that he has STILL NOT done it, shows he has intentions of misleading his guests. Also, the drain in the bathroom does not work. The lavatory on the mezzanine does not flush properly (water keeps flowing). Rest all is amazing. It is a great house, very conveniently located. We even might book it again, (NOW since we know the ACTUAL rules of using the hot tub)

EXCELLENT, very spacious place, 5 minute walk to the lift! LOVED the place as a whole, 4 bathrooms is awesome, tons of towels for the pool / hot tub, and basically every other supply (cooking supplies, blankets, even snacks, drinks & condiments) you could need. I would not hesitate a second to stay here again!

Amazing location and a great space for families,
Great experience at this perfectly located unit. Easy to walk to town or the slopes. Great views throughout and a great scenic neighborhood. Furniture is a bit dated but to be expected from a long term rental in this area. This is a great unit for families with lots of sleeping options and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Communication with the owner and property management company was outstanding. Would recommend and would stay again.
