Gewölbedecke Wohnzimmer mit 65 in Flachbild-TV und Kamin, dreifacher Schieberegler zum großen Lanai mit Möbeln und 50 in Flachbild-TV und beheiztem Pool. 3 Badezimmer mit übergroßen begehbaren Duschen und eines mit einem Whirlpool. Der Meister hat eine Sitzecke mit 50 im TV und 2 begehbaren Kleiderschränken und einen Doppelschieber zum Lanai. Die Küche verfügt über hochwertige Edelstahlgeräte, einen Essbereich mit einem Doppelschieber zum Poolen und einen Billardtisch im Spielzimmer. My husband, myself, and best friend spent the month of February in this immaculate home. We have rented homes through Vrbo for the last 6 years, and nothing can compare to this one. The home had everything you could ever need from a well equipped kitchen to lots of cleaning supplies. The furnishings were beautiful and tasteful, even the outside pool and lanai area were lovely. We had never before rented a home with such gorgeous grounds. The owner has paid so much attention to detail inside and out. The home is in a very private area, which was great. Melinda was wonderful. Any question or concern was immediately addressed. She was the kindest, most responsive owner we ever experienced through Vrbo. Thanks again Melinda for a wonderful stay!

We love this beautiful home- so relaxing in a town with lots to do. Close to shopping, groceries, beaches, beautiful parks... The home is the best- spacious, clean, everything we need for meals. The pool and lanai are so enjoyable- we watch tv outdoors in the evenings. Melinda is very helpful. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Melinda was so easy to work with and answered questions quickly. The house is very clean with an abundance of kitchen supplies and towels. We brought our two dogs and I think they wanted to move in. We hope to stay at this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable house. Pool was the right temperature and used daily. Having three bathrooms was an added plus. Grocery store very close. Beautiful beaches nearby.

If we could give this home a 10 we would. The home was immaculate, spacious and so quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac. We spent most of our time on the lanai and enjoyed the solar heated pool so much. The area has lots to do - we went to festivals, a play, art show - and delicious food. It was convenient to be able to walk to the grocery and restaurants. Lots of easy access to beaches and even though our dog was not allowed, there are many beautiful parks that we went to for walks. The backyard is huge so she had plenty of space to explore. The owners were easy to contact and answered any questions we had right away. We highly recommend this home and area.

Beautiful Home Close to Beach
I had a wonderful time at your property it was so clean and had everything I needed and more! The landscaping was amazing I felt like I was on a tropical beach. It was so close to the beach I went every day to watch the sunset. I will be staying with you again in the future.

Hidden Gem
Tucked away in a quiet lovely street with all the amenities of home with a lovely lanai and pool on beautiful well kept grounds is a little of Englewood paradise! Stepping out to explore is truly minutes away from beautiful beaches, fun restaurants with great food, fun downtown with a playhouse & boutiques, close to lovely surrounding areas as Venice & fun Sharky’s on the Pier and a well stocked Publix groceries only 3 min. drive makes Melinda’s home a PERFECT location! Thank-you Melinda for your virtual warm hospitality and top customer service! We only hope our paths will cross again!!

Fabulous Home
We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful house. All you need to pack are your clothes!! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The beds are super comfortable with very nice linens. The bathrooms were roomy and modern. The great room was very nice and spacious. Melinda was super accommodating and helpful. We had a problem with the garage door opener and it was resolved within a couple hours. The pool was nice and warm surrounded by very comfortable furniture. The fenced in yard was huge and very nice for our dog. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a Publix grocery store. We highly recommend renting this “palace” and hope to do so again in the future

Wonderful house
We stayed for two weeks at this house and everyone loved it. It was very clean, nicely furnished, roomy and comfortable. All essentials were provided. We spent some time in the heated pool every day. Publix and Dearborn Street were close and Englewood Beach was a short drive. We hope to stay here again.

Lovely home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean and the layout was perfect for us and our three teens. All the bedrooms are spacious and decorated nicely. The pool was clean and refreshing. The neighborhood is very quiet. Close to shopping and the beaches. Melinda is very quick to respond if you have any questions. The house literally had everything you could possibly need on vacation. It was so nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc available for use. We would love to rent again next year!!

Family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens, rented for 1 week, joined for poolside/dinners by my parents. Our experience with this property and owner was excellent. House was fully stocked - better than any other rental we've used. Clean, comfortable, very spacious. The lanai and pool area was great - lots of pool toys, easy to use; towels, beach chairs galore, plus eqt for shark tooth hunting. Quiet neighborhood, super convenient to everything, including Olde Englewood, which is an undiscovered gem. Highly recommend this property - fantastic value. More than enough space for everyone!

Fabulous rental
Everything was perfect with this rental. The host, Melinda emailed all information before check in. She also had the house stocked with anything we could need upon arrival. She had K-cups, toilet paper, beach chairs, coolers- literally anything you could think of. All of the beds were comfortable and the pool was great too. Definitely would rent this property again!!

5+ Stars home in quiet neighborhood
This home is even better than the pictures. We rented it for the month of January. It is the most well stocked home we have ever rented and we have rented quite a few. Lots of space, large bedrooms, an amazing pool and lanai area with a fenced in backyard. About 4 miles to Englewood Beach and around 15-20 to Venice. Publix grocery store was 0.4 miles away. Home was at the end of a cul de sac so very quiet. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you Melinda for an amazing experience and sharing your home with us!

We had a terrific time at the property in Englewood. We did not want for anything in the house at all, it was so well equipped, in fact we have not rented a house that provides so many items to use. We arrived to a clean and orderly house. The house was well furnished and had all the amenities to enjoy our trip. Perfect Get-away
We travel to Florida every summer, and this is by far our favorite property. It is the only one we have stayed in twice! It is clean, spacious, and well-stocked with all kitchen items you need to prepare meals, as well as a nice grill. The best features are the pool and lanai. We spent almost all of our time there. There are several nice beaches within 15-30 minutes. Publix and Dollar General are within a mile. Beach towels, chairs, sifters, floaties, a cooler, and umbrella are all there to use for the beach. The pool table is fun for family time as well. There isn't one thing I would change. We truly felt like it was our home for a week.

Beautiful and peaceful
First of all, the pictures do not do this house justice; the house is much bigger than it looks. The pool area and outdoor space is phenomenal. We stayed out there most of the time. It's so relaxing and peaceful. This house had everything you could possibly need. There's even chairs and a big umbrella to enjoy a day at the beach if you can tear yourself away from the pool. The beds are comfortable as well as the comfy living room furniture. And oh my gosh... the HUGE television in the living room. It was awesome. Melinda was so easy to communicate with and such a gracious hostess. We will definitely be back.

First week back after COVID 19 shelter in place
We had a few glitches but overall, excellent property and the owners worked with us to make everything ok. Previous renters requested the solar cover stay on which resulted in the pool’s floating temperature gauge reading 109 degrees. We learned to use caution the first time you enter the pool. Still the best house we have ever rented for vacation! Excellent house for the price!!
