This house is in a GREAT location! So close to all the good things. We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Full Sail University, and it was an overall good place. Plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out, and it felt like we could all have our own space. The owner is very nice as well.

House was exactly as pictured, even was able to park my rental car in the garage. Neighborhood was very quiet and welcoming. Host was very responsive.

We had a small group in town for work and this home was great for us. It was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Liz is super nice and you couldn't ask for a better host. We would definitely stay here again!

There were a few issues but the owner herself came right out and addressed the issues. She also followed up the next day to make sure everything was good. Even after our stay followed up to make sure we had a good time.

This property is super clean, provides so many much needed daily necessities and Liz truly wants your stay to be comfortable. She is very responsive and kind. Having the garage to park in was super helpful and the location is very convenient.

This is a super nice rental. We were in town for a high school graduation, and we spent two nights. The house had everything we needed. The owner was consistently helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is great. Starbucks, Publix, Walmart are all within 5-10 minutes away. We were very pleased with this rental.

It is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. This was very convenient to all of the places that we were going to. We were there for a graduation celebration. The owner made it very easy for us to get there and gave us instructions for entry and for leaving. Kitchen was well equipped and enough towels and wash clothes.

Rented for UCF graduation. Very clean and roomy home with 2 car garage. Owner was communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Home had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay

Visited to attend a Baby shower weekend for my daughter who lives in the area. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is not a cookie cutter, every house is the same kind of place, which is our preference. Our trip was short and we were out and about most of the time but our experience with Liz and the house was exactly what we had hoped for when we booked.

Great place to stay! Liz was very communicative and responded to all inquiries quickly. Perfect space for our family and nice yard for our small dog.

The house worked well for extended family, ages 6 months to 60 plus), visiting Winter Park for a wedding. The location was quiet and convenient, the house comfotabke.

We were unfortunately in town for two funerals. The host was very gracious and the house gave everyone plenty of room to be together and also some separate time. Great set up. Thank you.

This property was perfect for our week long Orlando stay! Everything we needed was close by. The house was perfect for our kids and pups. The owner was in constant communication with us until our arrival. This home has everything you need for a family to stay. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with all your needs. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are super friendly. Highly recommend for a nice and relaxing place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this property. The owner is easily accessible and contacted us to make sure everything was to our liking. The property was clean, spacious, and nicely stocked. We had a nice walk with our dogs around the block. The location is great; close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Starbucks. We had no problems at all and would definitely stay there again.

We loved the open space of this home, the neighborhood, the decorations, the yard, the comfortable beds etc and the communication with the owner. I also really appreciate Liz’s willingness to accommodate our changes in travel plans. I highly recommend this home and host to anyone coming to the area.

It was a pleasant stay and there was easy access to shopping and restaurants. We're there for a wedding so didn't get to spend much time in the house but the beds were comfortable and the house is roomy. Property is in good condition.

My family stay here for the weekend for a surprise birthday party. What a great house and host. A comfortable home with everything at your fingertips. Definitely on my list of places to stay again when we go to visit.

Although we were in town to honor my brother's passing, we were able to enjoy some family time with out of town cousins in this home. Had we chosen a hotel, we would not have been able to relax and share special memories of Andy while making new memories together.

We really enjoyed our stay here a second time. The home is clean, king bed is comfortable, Smart Tvs in every room, it is a spacious well equipped house, great snacks too! Our pets loved the grassy fenced yard and walks in the quiet neighborhood. Its a good location with great restaurants nearby. Liz is s very responsive owner. We will be back!

Liz was a great host. Very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The house was well equipped and we were greeted with a goodie basket that included treats for our dog. We were visiting our son at UCF and this was a great location. Thank you Liz for your hospitality!

Great location for PG World Series. House was super comfortable and clean. Communication with the property manager was outstanding, highly recommend this property.

The accommodations overall were adequate. Cleanliness needs improvement. Considering I paid for a significant cleaning service fee, it looks like just the bare minimum was done from the prior occupants. Floors needed sweeping and mopping badly. My feet were filthy in a very short amount of time, as we take our shoes off at the door. Barbecue not clean at all, nor surrounding area. Kitchen windows and sliding glass doors have not been wiped down in some time. Kitchen cabinets exterior dirty. Master bed very uncomfortable, very old, very slumped. Sheets smelled like they had been on the bed for some time and/or stored up in the closet getting dusty. Master bath could have been cleaner, especially floors around toilet and in shower. Bathmat seems like it was not washed from prior occupant. Garage has not been swept out in quite some time. Four adults staying for two nights and we were only left literally two coffee pods, only two cups of coffee! With me personally, of all the things that should have been there it was coffee accommodations. Most, most important. Also, there wasn't a coffee carafe to make brew coffee, until I mentioned it to the owner and she then had it delivered the following day, after we had already resolved the lack of coffee equipment on our own. Having spent more money. Would I stay at this place again? Unfortunately, no.

Liz is fantastic. Super communicative and made renting her property incredibly easy. The house is in a super quiet neighborhood in a great area. We enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this property to friends and family looking to visit the area. We also found a fantastic Cuban shop nearby and got an excellent Cortadito.

We enjoyed our stay, Liz was very helpful resolving any questions or issues. Our dogs like the private grassy yard. We will stay here again.
