There is a guest home on the side of the house. The guests for the guest home arrived and knocked on the front door so we helped lead them in the direction of the guest home. House could use some updates, but great place to stay. I stayed with my best friend for a girls trip but would also be a great family spot to stay. The twin bed mattresses are very firm. The pool and outside area could use some attention but we very much enjoyed the refreshing temperature of the pool. The listing states there is a hot tub, but there is not. That was not a big deal for us, just something we noted. The house was very clean and we highly enjoyed the back patio!

Breezy pool home was fine for our group. Communication with Snow was prompt when we requested wash clothes. Updates are needed however the price was great.

We had a great stay at this house while visiting winter park! The house was just as described and was very clean when we arrived! Check in process was a breeze and the property manager was excellent. Had everything we needed, will definitely stay again when back in the area.

The pool was cold, the house is split with a room being rented on the side, we could hear voices and loud music through the shared wall. Not much privacy.

GREAT AREA

The property was nice and clean. the host was responsive and kind. This was a oversight on my behalf the property has one bedroom. How it sit is kind of a inconvenient. I would upgrade the home to adding a bathroom. We were there one night and it was the coldest night in Orlando 29 degrees. The front of the house was warm and the back of the house was freezing, freezing:)

The property was clean and id very good condition We arrived in town at noon with a check-in at 4:00. We sent the host a message about 10am to get the access code and didn't hear back until 4:01. We were beginning to think we would not hear from Snow and began looking for Plan B. We also thought he mattresses on the single beds were a bit thin. Overall, it was a good experience (after we got the access code)

For the most part, the home was what it said it would be but the cleanlienes not so much. Numerous hairs in shower, counter and fridge. Fans were covered with dust and dirt so we were afraid to turn them on as they were over the bed. Not sure what was going on with the pool but had multiple piles of dirt/debri in it, never went in to find out. Let after 1 night of 3 reserved because we felt uncomfortable after finding these things. Owner did not give or offer any type of refund for the inconvienence.

Host was very accommodating. The home is well cared for and clean.

Cute house. Had everything we needed. Publix is right down the street which was great! Didnt get to use the pool due to weather. Thanks for lending us your home 😀

We were in winter haven for an event and it was so close to everything. Very clean and comfortable.

The house was clean and it was nice that Snow had amenities available for use such as coffee pods and shampoo, etc. We did enjoy being able to sit outside and chat - the neighborhood was quiet. The only suggestion I have is to supply more pillows and get some cushiony mattress pads. The entry lock worked perfectly and was actually the easiest entry of any place we've rented. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Decent spot for the money.

This was my second stay at this home. Its a nice quiet getaway and the pool was awesome.

Nice house, perfect for a small group of people. However there are not many pots and pans to cook with(1 small pot with 1 small pan and 1 larger pan. No sheet pans for oven. Also the ac wasn’t working great and was almost 80 degrees for our whole stay.

Great freaking host!

If you need a private place to go to rest or relax in a pool and have a little more privacy, I do not recommend this house since I was looking for that but it was not. Firstly, the house is divided, that is, there are other people living and you have almost no privacy. Secondly, we don't have access to change the air conditioning in our own way, so it's very hot. Thirdly, it's the people. which is also at home. . It does not say it in the description of the house, it is supposed to be the whole house, it does not go out, it is shared with another person, the people on the other side make a lot of noise, at midnight I ended up watching my movie at a very low volume and they started to make noise on the walls etc. I do not recommend this place at all if you do not want to lose your money do not visit here thank you very much

Very nice pool house

The house was nice the pool felt wonderful apx 25 minutes to the boombah baseball complex. The bottom does need a vacuum run over it in the pool. But we really enjoyed it over the team hotel for sure

I enjoyed the sunroom; the living room couch and lighting is really nice.

Overall the property was quiet and clean. However, i expected to be renting a single family home. This was not. Homeowner has divded the house into two units. We thought we had privacy. I did not know that when my son and i were sitting on the back sunroom, that there was someone listening within 4 ft. Of us in the house. Didnt realize it until night time when i was in the backyard. I kept seeing a person in the window but i knew my son wasnt in the house.. then as i inspected, i realized that the measurments of the house didnt add up.. that it was much smaller on the inside than the outside. As i walked around the house i noticed windows right next to where my son and i were just at that we couldnt access.. then i noticed a whole other enterance to the house! It wasnt a ghost, someone else was living in the house! but there is no seperate mailbox.. it shares the mailbox. So its not like the owner doesnt have the right to do that, of course they do.... but if you rent a single family home, you have the reasonable expectation that you will be the ONLY family on the property. This was advertised as a single family home and it most certainly is not. I took photos and video to show exactly what im talking about. I would ask that the homeowner change the ad to reflect that you are not renting a single family home and should not have the expectation of privacy that a home has. And refund a percentage of the stay for false advertising and not renting me the home that was listed.

The pool was nice and the house clean. The biggest problem was that the refrigerator did not work so we had to continue to buy ice for the cooler to keep the drinks and food we brought cold. It would have been nice to have a heads up on this since the previous renter had the same issue. I understand that but there are emergency people to come out and fix it if you want to pay for it. The other issue was the plumbing. The toilet would flush the waste and then when the host came by and fixed it it backed it up into the tub and WE came home and had to clean it. We were told to throw our tissue in the trash. It was good to get home and no worry about going to the bathroom. The HOSt did come out to fix it but we were still worried about another back up in the shower and toilet. If they get these issues fixed then this is a top plac to rent.

We enjoyed our two week stay. It was a nice updated home with a great location. We enjoyed having our meals on the patio with the view of the pool and the backyard. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer but there were laundromats not too far away.
