Mit Einheit 201 in den gewünschten Summerwind-Eigentumswohnungen genießen Sie 100% freie Sicht auf das wunderschöne smaragdgrüne Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko. Dies ist eine luxuriöse 3-Schlafzimmer / 3-Bad-Endeinheit im zweiten Stock des Westgebäudes des Summerwind Resort. Das Gerät ist professionell dekoriert und verfügt über Granitoberflächen, 18-Zoll-Fliesen, Zierleisten, maßgefertigte Vorhänge und Fensterbehandlungen. Es gibt eine große Küche mit einer Theke und einem Essbereich, der sich an das Wohnzimmer anschließt. Die große Master Suite, ebenfalls am Golf gelegen, verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Dieses Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Golf hat einen gemütlichen Zugang zum Balkon, der Ihnen viel Privatsphäre bietet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und es gibt zwei Einzelbetten im dritten Schlafzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Flachbildfernseher und DVDs sowie den Hauptwohnraum. Eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe sorgt dafür, dass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen und frische, saubere Kleidung haben, wann immer Sie möchten. Das Wohnzimmer und die Master-Suite öffnen sich zu einem umlaufenden Balkon mit Panoramablick auf den Golf und den Sound. Einheit hat auch kostenloses WIFI. Das Summerwind Resort verfügt über einen großen, saisonal beheizten Pool, einen Whirlpool und ein Fitnesscenter. Unit 201 wird eine sein, zu der Sie immer wieder zurückkehren möchten!

We can't thank you enough for making our vacation perfect. The condo was just beautiful. It was decorated nice and was very comfortable. It had everything we could want or need provided. It was so nice to sit on the balcony early in the morning and enjoy the view of the ocean and listen to the waves. It was so relaxing! The condo is located in a great part of the complex. It's near the pool and beach walkway. We enjoyed relaxing in the beach chairs provided by just enjoying the sun and reading our books. A BIG thanks to Coastal Vibes!

My mom, my daughter, and I stayed her for Christmas with my brother. The unit was clean and everything was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well supplied with everything we needed.
The walk to the beach was easy and the hot tub was very nice as the weather was a little chilly.
We very much enjoyed out time in Navarre.

I would stay here again, the views are beautiful and the unit is perfect. I loved the bedrooms and decor and thought the beds were great. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. I loved the sofa and loveseat. The unit was clean and fairly updated. The only feedback is that there was humming, grinding and other noises from mechanics inside or outside the unit or both.. I also think the metal rails vibrate. We shut off the ice maker to the fridge also had a very loud vibrating noise. This isn’t a deal breaker just worth a mention. There was no construction in the area so the location was quiet. The area was really beautiful and I will return. We have been to many different condos in Destin area and all different times of the year and have always had a great experience. Only one time in the years we have visited the Destin area did we need to relocate due to loud construction. I feel guests have a right to be notified in advance if construction is happening. We stayed in Huntsville on the way to Navarre and the hotel sent us a text notification that construction was underway and offered us a different location. I was exceedingly happy about the professionalism of that. We stayed in the original location anyway.

This place had everything we needed for a much needed family getaway. Besides groceries, we hardly had to buy anything else. It was very clean when we arrived, so I was careful to leave it "close to clean" when we had to leave.

Excellent stay. Gorgeous condo in perfect location for the (older) kids to have a little bit of freedom & still be within sight from the balcony. Pier is right next door. Good restaurants. Not as crowded as Pens Beach & Destin. Would love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SummerWind West 201! When we had a question about getting TV channels to work, we had a representative with Coastal Vibes Vacation texting to help and would have sent someone to help. The condo is amazing!

This property was an excellent one for our first visit to Navarre Beach. The property was easy to locate, near commercial areas but just far enough from Hwy 98 to be away from traffic and crowds. The second floor allowed some separation from the foot traffic at the pool but still close enough to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves. The condo was nicely decorated and quite spacious offering each in our group individual bedrooms and baths. We had everything needed for meals and loved that the condo included beach service of chairs and umbrella. The complex itself was extremely clean and security was present and friendly. The property owner was courteous and was kind enough to text on our arrival day the ability to check in early. We will definitely think of a return trip.

We arrived to a very clean and spacious condo. Summerwind West 201 has all you need for an enjoyable, trouble free vacation. Should something arise that needs attention David and his crew will get things taken care of immediately. We keep coming back here because it is the best! Our last day here this time the dolphins put on a show for us! We just sat back on the balcony and watched. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

If you want a fantastic vacation this is the place for you! Easy booking and reservations, beautiful and clean accomodations with 3 pools/hottubs, the ocean view right outside your sliding glass door and porch area. So many great things about this place to make it the perfect vacation!

Simply the Best!
Summerwind West 201 is our winter home away from home. It has all you will need for a perfect vacation. Sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins play or the surfers surfing in the beautiful blue water. With the pier so close their is always something to watch. Summerwind has three pools and three hot tubs. There is always something fun to do. Should a problem arise the Coastal Vibes team is just a call or text away. They respond super quick and handle all situations immediately. Summerwind West 201 on Navarre Beach is very best vacation spot!

Family Beach Vacation
We have stayed at Summerwind every year since we started coming to Navarre and this was definitely one of our favorite condos we have stayed in. Plenty of room for two parents and 3 older kids/teens who need their space. Everything you need is either in walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. A very relaxing stay with easy check in and out.

Prefect location
Decent place right off the beach, great location. The screen door in the master bedroom doesn't open but otherwise it's true to the listing. Our group was very happy with this place!!

Right on the beach. Gorgeous view. Beach chair service (included) was so nice. The owner was was so detailed and helpful in communication. I hope we can bring our family here again.
