We thought the property was very nice! This was our first experience with a VRBO. The owner provided almost everything we would need for our stay! The property was in a very relaxing setting along the Cumberland river. I enjoyed the beautiful outdoor porch so much I was reluctant to leave to do other fun activities. The property came with use of a Golf cart which made the stay more enjoyable exploring around the surrounding area. We would highly recommend!

The hosts provided extras like snacks and a variety of coffees, hot chocolate, etc. We were close to the lake and enjoyed walking along a lakeside path. This home, the town, the hosts could not have been more perfect or welcoming! The owners Todd and Sandy have literally thought of everything with everyones needs in mind. The communication with them was great and so helpful. Their thoughtfulness above and beyond! The property was beyond clean and well designed and decorated and perfectly located. Peaceful stay, beautifully landscaped, lovely decor inside! We enjoyed the golf cart and watching the deer. We had everything we needed at the room and enjoyed the patio for coffee and lunch. We hiked a lot, too, visited the Kentucky Lake Dam and Lake Barkley Dam. We make a quick pass through Patti’s, would’ve like to have seen it at night with all the lights we could tell they had up. Dinner at the Willow Pond is a must! We were sad that Hu-B’s wasn’t open. We enjoyed our time here for sure!

Sandra was a wonderful host! Check in was simple. The room was extremely clean
and beautifully decorated with lake decor. The patio was lovely to sit and have my morning coffee. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The room was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. A few snacks and bottled water was provided. We didn’t need much from Sandra while we were visiting the area but she was easy to reach if we had needed her. If you need fast Wi-Fi for any reason then this is not the best fit. It’s extremely slow and you’re unable to stream movies or shows. We were happy to unplug for a few days and really soak in the quiet lake life. Will definitely book this room again when visiting.
