Dieses wunderschön renovierten Backsteinhaus liegt im Herzen des Sedgefield Country Club Nachbarschaft, eine Meile vom Grandover Resort. Ihre Familie oder Gruppe genießen diese komfortabel, gut ausgestattete Haus, das eine geräumige Höhle, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Französisch Türen zu öffnen in den beheizten und gekühlten sunroom enthält. Es gibt 2 Bäder und drei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und das dritte hat ein Paar von zwei Einzelbetten, alle mit Luxus-Bettwäsche. Ein Doppel-Schlafcouch und Twin Trundle Bett sind im beheizten und gekühlten sunroom entfernt. Die Küche ist mit allen Geschirr, Gadgets ausgestattet und bakeware Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes benötigen oder es gibt wunderbare Restaurants in der Nähe.
Im vollen Keller können Sie die Kinder in unserem Mini-Fitness-Studio mit einem Laufband, Liegerad und Total Gym oder zeigen herauszufinden, wer Chef bei einer Partie Tischtennis ist. We traveled to Greensboro for our daughter’s ninja competition at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. This home had room for all of us and the basement is amazing! We were just 10 minutes from the coliseum, which was perfect. Nice quiet area with very little traffic. Great find! We would stay again!

This house was the perfect place for our family as we attended and celebrated our daughter’s graduation from HPU. The house was extremely clean, well laid out, all the amenities we needed and decorated in a warm and comfortable style. The neighborhood was especially quiet and relaxing, which is just the thing we needed after a busy day on campus. We especially appreciated the short 12 to 15 minute drive to HPU as well as having convenient stores like Publix, Sheetz, and several fast food restaurants within five minutes. The owner, Kristin, was very kind and responsive whenever I had a question. Wish I knew about this house sooner because I might’ve stayed here more often when we came to visit our daughter over the past four years. I highly recommend this house for it or next day to the High Point – Greensboro area!

The home was exactly what we were looking for. We were there for a graduation so all of us getting ready was a concern, but the extra bathroom in the basement was super helpful. The Decour had been updated since the online photo, which was also a great surprise. very pleased with the overall stay, communication, and the property manager

We had a last minute glitch with our hotel reservation for a soccer showcase. The bright side…was finding this gem! Kristen was absolutely amazing answering all of my questions pre-booking. The home was absolutely perfect for our needs! Spacious for our girls to spread out and relax after games. And the washer:dryer came in handy for getting rain soaked uniforms ready for wear again. I would highly recommend this home for families! We will definitely book again if our soccer travels bring us back to Greensboro.

Amazing rental
We truly loved staying at this home. Everything was easily accessible in the home and all linens were provided. The host even had a welcome basket with drinks and a snack. She also had placed sets of towels on the beds along with toiletries. It was close to Emerald Pointe water park and not too far from the asheboro zoo. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. The host is easy to contact and Amazing to work with with. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this rental.

I was beyond pleasantly surprised by this listing. The pictures online do not do this place justice. It is very nicely decorated and feels very homely. The fully functional basement downstairs with the gym equipment, froozeball table and ping pong table were cool. The 3 bathroom also came in handy.

Perfect Place for an Extended Stay
It's not always easy to find a place that can accommodate us for a month stay. It was easy to feel right at home while working out of town and Kristen made check in and out seamless. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect choice for our visit to Greensboro
The Rockingham house was a great fit for our family. A beautiful neighborhood and HUGE backyard. With adults and kids under one roof, there was great space for us all to feel comfortable. The children fell in love with the basement area for playtime. Kitchen was fully stocked, house was in great condition and comfortable. Believe it or not, on our very first night in the home there was a neighborhood power outage, leaving us without electricity and water for 12 hours! Kristin, the owner/host, quickly sprung into action to make sure that we were comfortable and was very attentive. Made it a minor issue at the end of the day. If we were to ever return to Greensboro for another visit, I’d definitely select this home again.

Kristin has a charming home that is great for any type of group. We go to that area once a year and this is our second visit to this home. Where do I begin? Kristin was amazing from our first email communication to my return home after our stay in her beautiful home. She is professional, friendly, accommodating and her hospitality is top notch!
Her property is really the perfect home away from home. The property is gorgeous inside and out! She has thought about everything and has all the touches of home that really make you feel comfortable and welcome. There was nothing out of place and when it came to the kitchen there was nothing missing. I was able to cook for my family just like I do at home and it was absolutely wonderful.
Staying at Kristin's home was the best decision we have made in all the years we have travelled to NC. Having all of our children together under one roof over 2,500 miles away from home was the best.
Thank you Kristin!! I can't wait til next time! You will always be our first choice!

Very cozy and very clean!
My group was in town for High Point Home market and this was our first time doing VRBO. We usually stay at hotels in the area but thought about renting a house. It was the cutest house and so comfortable! We hope we can stay again during the next High Point market. Kristen was very easy to work with and always returned emails when I had questions. I would highly recommend staying their to anyone.

Great place for family or friends
I rented Kristin's place for my friends and family who were coming in town for my wedding. Everybody enjoyed the house and the neighborhood is great.
Kristin was a great host. She was very responsive and was really helpful when I realized that I needed her place one more night!

Lovely home in a great location!
We were a group of 7 adult family members in the area for a wedding at Castle McCulloch. The house was well equipped and very comfortable for all. The decor is adorable and we especially appreciated the fluffy towels and crisp white bed linens. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and has a very large yard that would be a terrific place for children to run around. Having 3 bathrooms available was very convenient!
