Las camas y las almohadas fueron definitivamente lo mejor de este hotel. El desayuno buffet estaba bien surtido . La piscina era climatizada pero hacía mucho frío y no la usamos . Las vistas del atardecer desde la terraza son preciosas .

El primer día que llegamos a desayunar se acabó el café en todo el hotel , eso me pareció increíble y la camarera me respondió que alguien había ido a la tienda a comprar pero que como era dia de fiesta no había nada abierto .

Location was good with beautiful ocean views.

Entry to the property was disconnected. So many detours to get into the hotel and not the most inviting entry into a hotel. 1. Park in the back unfinished parking lot. 2. Walk around the outside of the building on the driveway to the ground level door. 3. Go to the elevators and go up 3 floors to lobby. 4. Register and then go to elevators to room. Couldn't make it a smooth welcoming entrance??

El baño es muy pequeño.

Es nuevo, Lobby bonito, terraza con alberca muy bonita. Colchón DELICIOSO

Tiene puerta de vidrio en el baño, hay un olor a caño en la habitación. El desayuno frío está escaso y la barra caliente demasiado cara para huevos y frijoles

Que no está terminando y no se avisa, no tiene estacionamiento, los baños de las habitaciones no tienen llave

- terribly slow/doggy wifi - no minifridge - tiny room - "oceanview" is a 99% view on a construction zone, 1% ocean - parking on a gravel lot - location is wrong on the booking.com

Clean & comfortable.

Poor location & no beach access. Employees working front lobby were lethargic and non- attentive.

Customer service was horrible so we booked at this hotel so me and our friends and family can all be together. Our friends went to check in and it so happened that they couldn’t find their reservation. They said booking never confirmed it and that it was never received. Our friends paid for the reservation ahead of time and they still couldn’t find it. All the front desk said we have no rooms so we can’t do anything! That mistakes sometimes happened. So rude our friends had to pay for another reservation somewhere else and more farther away from us and more expensive. We asked for management and same thing nobody could do anything very upsetting that they could not accommodate them and we had to split up. Would not recommend to anyone!

The dinning area and the roof top pool

The staff at front desk was rude, only 1 staff member out as 4 sat in the office. The parking was terrible. Breakfast wasn’t breakfast. No restaurants or stores near by.

Location and swimming pool (even though walls are little dirty)

Parking Lot . It was a mess , not enough spaces ! Also We had NO WIFI !

Booking claimed that there was parking on the property, but the parking has not been built yet. We had to park in a dirt area near the hotel. Not ideal. Also, no room service before 12

It is a little far from the city center and part of hotel are still under construction.

I didn’t like continental breakfast was over at 9am I also didn’t like that they don’t have a path that takes you to the beach Parking is very tight but security is great

Amenities were great, and the staff was excellent. The only issue we had was parking. Parking was limited.

the location and how clean it was. the staff was pretty nice and helpful.

It has barely, BARELY any space for car parking. it has areas still under construction. the room and bathroom were very clean and presentable but they were quite smaller than expected 😅
