Breakfast was very good, and the patio location was great. Very clean I like that
Pool should be open later than 9:00pm because you are on vacation usually people stay up late. Pool could close at 11:00pm specially the Hot tub for the adults. Not to happy that there is no beach on the property. I was not too happy with the staff that checked me in I paid for a room with a beach view, and she gave me the pool view. I asked her to move us to a higher floor and away from the pool area and she never got back to us I got the feeling she was bothered with me asking to be moved before I moved into our room although the room was very clean and nice.

Not much, old fashioned and dated and smelt of cooking oil even in reception -hallways surrounding rooms and rooms should be totally refurbished, so depressing
Most of it, no minibar, staff not great, breakfast was horrible, setting is dated and rooms were set in the 80s, never again, I wish we had chosen somewhere else

Everything was perfect! Great views, pleasant staff. Comfy bed.
There were no note pads or pens in the room.. I like that, to make notes and lists during my stay.

Jr. Suite was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious 😋. Service was wonderful! Around the clock 🕒 security was very appreciated and felt super safe at all times. Marina views were spectacular. Indoor heated pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Free Parking.

Great location if you needed to be at the Marina. Real friendly staff, great breakfast especially on a Sunday. My room had a perfect view and the room was spacious and comfortable. Extra special thanks to Leslie on reception with all her help with my payment problems. Great hotel and easy pick up arranged by Hotel From Tijuana airport.
Only complaint is the bar does not have any price list for cocktails, wine or drinks so you never know what you are been charged? Otherwise everything esle was perfect

Lovely views of the marina. Great restaurant with porch seating. Great gym. I had a very nice haircut and color as well
The tiles outside the rooms are not smooth so it’s very noisy when luggage carts are passing by. it’s very loud in the hallways .

Staff is great and very helpful. I was there during a busy weekend and still they gave me the attention I needed. Pool areas were clean and safe.
Definitely looks and feels old, I stayed at a junior suit and I was very disappointed of how old it looks. I'm not talking about decoration and furniture only, the floors, the lights and the walks where kind of depressing. Super small TVs and no even smart TVs. The food can be better, yes they have a lot of options but half of the things I tried were no good. Some other were very good but my overall impression is that the food can be better.

Really comfortable bed, the room was large and very comfortable with lovely views. The breakfast was really nice and fresh. The decor and the hotel is a little dated but it was very clean.
I was on the ground floor and very close to the laundry room so it was very loud from about 8am.

I ASKED AT RECEPTION IF THEY ARE Going to charge any extra fees They said no. . That they lie, I paid with my atm. And they charge 15.00 su charge I don't know why and nobody explained.

Wow excellent hotel! From the staffing to the rooms. Room service was amazing such big portions! I would highly recommend this hotel! Price is a little high but totally worth it! Plus the security for your vehicle is on point. I will be back!

Great hotel and marina. Large rooms with good food and a nice ocean view. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A great place to stay for a few days

Their restaurant and new bar were great.
The toilet did not flush well and the water drained very slow while taking a shower.
