Location was amazing. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us, they helped us from first thing in the morning until late at night.

Good location, close to the restaurants and the beach?

Fireworks at night, though it's not hotel fault.

We booked the land side apartments but were moved to seaside since the land side were not operating. The location is nice just in front of the Mirissa wave and the beach. Easy to check the surf in the morning. Be aware that since this is right on the beach the noice from the beach parties will definately echo in your room at night.

In the seaside apartments everything was a little off. Water did not work in one room, aircon did not work in another, light switch gave electric shocks etc. The owner explained that they are just starting the hotel business again after quiet covid years and there is a lot to take care of. This is ofcourse understandable. From the customers point of view the lack of basic equipment in the room should be communicated in beforehand. Paid way too much for the level of accommodation. The staff was nice so hope they will be able to steer the boat towards more sustainable business.

The manager of the property was extremely accommodating and helpful. The property was clean. It is recommended there be more catering pots/pans/bowls/crockery to enable proper self catering. I would also suggest there be an A/C in the living area but only if the open vents in the window frames could be closed off.
