We have stayed at this house multiple times. The house is in a great location to get to all our favorite restaurants. We love to travel with our dog and the house is very pet friendly. The neighbors are nice and the cove is very calm. The home owner is easy to talk to and is there to help with any concerns. Overall it is always a wonderful vacation, we absolutely love the lake and the area.

House was absolutely great! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside in the mornings and enjoying our coffee. The dock was great and the on-site boat ramp was so convenient! We stayed with our older girls and we all had our own space. The cove was nice and peaceful with very little boat traffic so we enjoyed floating in the water by the dock.

With family spread across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri, it is hard for us to all get together. This house provided us the opportunity to do just that. Room for everyone, a dock and water toys for the kids, and memories to last a lifetime. We hope to return next summer!

Rex’s lake house is great! Having the boat ramp was an AWSOME perk to the place. Not too steep to get in and out. The no wake cove made it excellent for the kids to swim off the dock.

We had so much fun at Rex's place! The location was perfect for what we needed. It seems like a very nice little community. The home was clean and welled stocked with everything we needed. We did bring our dog and she had an amazing time swimming in the lake. We caught many blue gill fish off of the dock, my oldest loved every minute of it. The extras were nice, like the floats, kayaks, grill and fire pit. We brought a badminton set with us and the backyard works well for it. The only issue we had, and it's only because we have small kids, the bunk bed was not the one shown in the pictures, the top bunk did not have railing so we could not utilize the bed like we had hoped.

We chose this property for several reasons. The flat lot is easy on the joints, the house is comfortable the kitchen is well stocked and Rex is the best! One small problem with AC last year and he was right on it and had it fixed in no time. He's great at responding to any questions that you might have about the space. We'll plan to make trip number 3 here again next year!!! ❤️

Located on a quiet cove close to main channel. Not having to climb steep stairs to the water was a plus. Kids (20 year olds) liked the kayaks, nice surprise to have those available. House was clean and everything we needed was there. Rex was quick to respond when I had any questions

This was our third time back to the house. We love the location in the calm cove and it is close to all our favorite places. The lay out of the house works well for our family. We spent a lot of time this year in the windowed room off the kitchen that over looks the lake. We had 4 adults this year, a 9 month old, and our dog. Thank you Rex for having your house available to rent.

We had a great weekend! Lots of places for people to sleep. Clean home. The covered porch was nice to have in the morning. Dock was perfect. Washer and Dryer was so nice to have. Bathrooms are a little small., but it’s nice to have two of them. Would highly recommend to families to rent!

First and foremost I would like to thank Rex for being so considerate and thorough with our experience we had a wonderful time from the moment we saw the house in the lake property until the cheerful ending of our honeymoon Rex you made it very special for us and Unforgettable the house looked amazing very clean and kept up we were able to enjoy the dock and The Kayaks there was a cute duck family the entertained us both day and night all week long we brought our dogs with us there were two one was a puppy he got separation anxiety and tore a hole in the carpet and kennel in one of the bedrooms Rex was so sweet about not docking are deposit because of it he said he didn't want to ruin our honeymoon or vacation that to me was a wedding gift in itself thank you so much for your consideration and your kind words Rex we will definitely for our future anniversaries

This house and location were excellent, it’s in a very quiet cove the dock was awesome really great place to hang out. Rex the owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The inside of the home is a little dated but very clean and well kept! The sunroom is a really nice place to hang out as well as the large patio, and no steps to the dock is the best! We will for sure try to stay again when it’s available. The only weird but bonus is the house is listed as a 3 bedroom but it actually has 4! Thanks again Rex!

The fishing was great and boating to “the beach” and the dam nearby were a hit with the kids!

The house is a nice getaway. It is a nice, clean, lake cottage. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for 3 couples. The boat ramp next to the house is very convenient and the dock is in a no wake cove. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 3 generations of family members here, including our 98 yr. old dad/grandpa. We felt safe, comfortable and cared for. Any questions, and Rex was readily available to make things right. (The AC went out and he had he was there within an hour of our phone call, and didn't rest until it was fixed that afternoon.) Plus this house is dog approved, which was amazing!!! We'll be back for sure!!!

2nd time renting Rex's place! Location is amazing, communication is perfection and I'll definitely be coming back!!!!! The water is calm, perfect place for families and tons of room!!!!

Great place for family and dogs of all ages! Neighborhood was clean and neighbors were super friendly.

House was as expected but filled with all kinds of extras. Very nice layout with the master bedroom being on the lower level. My wife and I had the lower level and our adult kids and their friends had the upper level. The boat dock is really nice and well maintained.

We stayed here last summer in 2020 and enjoyed the location, layout and easy of working with Rex. On rainy days you can still sit on the porch and enjoy the outside because of the metal roof under the deck to keep the porch dry. The house has nearly everything needed. We will be back.

We were comfortable and the house had what we needed. We spent most of our time on the water. The patio was nice and provided shade. Getting in and out of the boat dock was tight but we it worked.

Very quiet cove with a good view. Hard to get boat in the dock but got used to it. Boat launch is awesome.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was late in the season and it was very peaceful and relaxing. We had no trouble with neighbors or anybody around us. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to stay here.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Plenty of room to spread out even with 6 adults and 3 small dogs. The neighbors are friendly. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away and relax.
