Beautiful lake home that sleeps 18 people with a private dock and view!
Genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht auf den Lake Spokane von meinem 1 Hektar großen Grundstück aus, das über einen privaten Steg zum Schwimmen und Angeln verfügt. Ich habe jetzt eine zentrale Klimaanlage in meinem Haus! Sie genießen 5 private Queen-Schlafzimmer und ein Queen-Size-Futon im Spielzimmer. Das große Hauptschlafzimmer und die Suite im zweiten Stock bieten Seeblick. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls im Obergeschoss mit einem Badezimmer direkt gegenüber dem Flur. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, "The Sportsman's Cabin", im Erdgeschoss für diejenigen, die keine Treppen machen wollen. Ein Vollbad befindet sich um die Ecke und ein Waschraum steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Die anderen 2 privaten Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Tageslichtkeller. "Kinderparadies", der Spielraum im Untergeschoss ist mit vielen Spielsachen und Anziehsachen für Babys und Kinder jeden Alters ausgestattet. In diesem Zimmer gibt es einen Queen-Size-Futon und Schlafsäcke für zusätzliche Kleinere. Ein VHS-Player mit vielen Disney-Bändern steht für die Kleinen bereit. Im Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein HD-Fernseher mit einer X-Box und einer X-Box 360 sowie zahlreichen Spielen. Der Fernseher hat einen Apple-Anschluss für diejenigen von Ihnen, die ein Konto bei Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime usw. haben. Außerdem stehen Ihnen mein Golfwagen, ein Kajak, ein 12-Fuß-Ruderboot, Fahrräder und viele Baby- und Kinderspielzeuge zur Verfügung. Bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Boot mit und setzen Sie es in den See am Association Dock unter meinem Haus oder starten Sie es in Willow Bay gegen eine Gebühr von 10 USD. Die Küche ist für Familientreffen eingerichtet und verfügt über einen großen Esstisch und eine Außenterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie einen Gasgrill. In der Master Suite stehen Ihnen kostenfreies WLAN und ein Desktop-Computer mit Drucker zur Verfügung. Master-Schlafzimmer und Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben auch HD DirectTv. Wenn Sie ein kleines Baby haben, habe ich ein Reisebett, einen Hochstuhl, eine Gehhilfe und einen Kindersitz.

We were able to get our adult kids and school age kids all together for a fun and relaxing few days. There was a beautiful view of the lake, spacious and lovely accomodations in a family friendly environment. The owner must be a very special person who knows what kids love to do...

We had a large family and this home was more than sufficient for all of us.. It is very comfortable and cozy with all of her family photos and reminders that this is a family home. Lyla is a delight and we couldn't have asked for a better location as it's simply beautiful and relaxing.

We enjoyed the house and the A/C! The deck was nice in the morning. This home is equipped with absolutely everything. The owner is willing to talk to you about your needs. Our family enjoyed it a lot. It should be advertised as 5 bedroom.

So many good things to say about this home. It's like you walked into your own home--every cabinet is filled with all the items you could ever want/need. This is a spacious, beautifully maintained home. Owner was very quick to respond to all inquiries. Not right on the lake but the short drive down a gravel road was easy (kids loved the golf cart though you can use your own car) At the lake you were greeted with a private dock with trees to provide shade and warm lake, perfect for swimming, boarding etc....

The house was perfect for our family reunion, plenty of space for our large group and the house has anything you may have forgotten to pack provided.
The dock access was great for our older members however not suitable for young kiddos unless they are strong and comfortable swimmers.

Our family, especially the little ones, love this family home. The old grumpy cook, loves the kitchen and all the things to feed the family. We enjoy the swimming area and spend hours there. Thanks for the dock rest room. Had great fun on the canoe and used all the toys in the garage and kids room. The three, six and eight year olds love the basement. So thank you. PS - as a NWC 1978 graduate, I love your family pictures. We hope we are a blessing to our grandchildren as you are. Thanks for sharing.

All of my family said this was our best place yet. They all had a great time, especially out at the lake. There was room in the house to go off by yourself if needed and room to have our family games and meals. I would recommend this place to anyone have a large get-together. Just notice...if you are limited to a wheel chair or scooter, there are stairs going down to the dock and then the ladder to get in and our of the water. It was my only disappointment.

Excellent family home with all the amenities!
Couldn’t have been better! The owner was so helpful, the house has more amenities/toys and fun things to use then expected, and it was a beautiful and accessible location. Would stay here again.

2022 Washington Family Reunion
This was the perfect place for our family. We wanted for nothing, all we had to provide were the perishables. Loved the golf cart to help getting to the dock. Board games were fabulous. We had everything possible to keep the children entertained. As for the adults, two words….the deck, the view. Wait that’s four words! Couldn’t ask for a better host. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Perfect Multi-Generational Family Gathering Home
This was a great family friendly, toddler and baby friendly home with a great kitchen stocked with cooking gear and supplies, great separation between nice basement rooms suitable for mixed cousins and upstairs rooms for the parents, and lots of space for cooking, eating, talking and playing games. Not fancy, but everything in the home is nice, thoughtfully arranged, and homey. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home with a great view
The home was very clean and very well stocked! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving there! It is a nice home with a great view out the back in a nice neighborhood. My only complaint is that it would not sleep 20 people comfortably. There are 5 beds and 2 futons. After that it is sleeping mats on the floor.

Family Reunion
This property is well appointed. Had everything we could have asked for as far as supplies went- kitchen gadgets, flotation devices for the lake, etc. The back deck overlooking the lake was a great gathering place for morning coffee and dinners. A bench down the path from the house overlooking the water was a perfect place for solitude. There is a dock with table and chairs a short walk from the house- golf cart provided made the trek easier. Property owner, Lyla, was very responsive. The family rated this home at the top of all we’ve rented.

Great for large group
House was perfect for my family of 17. Plenty to keep the little ones entertained. Definite kid haven! So comfy and accommodating with supplies from cooking to spending time on the water. Loved how everything is labeled. There was enough nooks and space to get away if needed. Thanks so much for opening your home to us!

Better than we imagined
This property was more than welcoming, in an incredible location and the perfect spot for a memory filled family reunion. The host was honest and easy to contact. The home was clean, and exceeded our expectations. We spent the days on the dock, swimming and laughing. We made delicious meals in the kitchen and chatted late into the evening on the large deck and front patio. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Graduation 2021
Nine of us stayed here for Gonzaga graduation weekend and it was terrific! This was easily the most well stocked rental home we have been to, and the views were breathtaking. Lyla was delightful, very responsive and generous with her home and everything in it.

Great spot to get away
Overall great stay. House is as described and our family of 13 had plenty of space. The views are great, and the lake is fairly easy to get to. We had a lot of fun fishing and swimming off of the dock and the lake toys provided make it easy to enjoy!

Labor Day at the Lake
The house was very well stocked with everything that you will need to enjoy your time at the lake. The kids had a blast and there are plenty of outdoor toys. Location is wonderful! Little ways to get to the dock but there is a golf cart available. Fun was had by all.

Beautiful time at Long Lake
We had a great time staying at this house. The house is very large and comfortable. It has a very homey feel and is well stocked with everything you need. The dock is 10 min walk or a golf cart (or car) trip away. Playing in the lake is great fun— even on the weekends there weren’t too many boats or too much noise. We brought our own paddleboards but also used some of the lake items in the garage.

Property was great. Was as listed. Dock was too small for our 21 ft ski boat but worked for the little fishing boat. The incline down to the dock was too steep for us but the golf cart worked well.

Bride Family
Great getaway place for family and friends to gather. In our case, I had my kids and their spouses, my parents stay to attend my daughters wedding. The bridesmaids came Saturday morning to get ready with my daughter. Perfect setting for the preparations! Many took advantage of the private dock to swim. I brought my kayak as well. Lyla is very gracious in offering her home and use of toys for the grandchild, water toys, golf cart, etc! My sons brought their motorcycles and went on day trips to explore the area. Great roads for exploring! Beautiful area!

Beautiful lake view!
We so much enjoyed the views of the lake as well as our time spent on the lake! Lyla’s spacious home was accommodating for our family of 19! Lots of toys and entertainment for the kids. It was so lovely to visit in the yard in the evenings to enjoy the sunsets.

Lake vacation with family
Lyla was very quick to reply to any questions and very accommodating. We loved her big home with lots of toys for the kids and comfortable for all 11 of us. The view was amazing and we loved being down at the dock for fun water activities all day. We appreciate her letting us use her home and creating wonderful memories with our kids and grandkids. Comforts of home
This large home worked perfectly for our family reunion. The bedrooms rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with enough dinner settings, pots, pans, electric griddle, instapot, crockpot, etc. to accommodate our large group. The second refrigerator was a blessing! The main fridge was filled with various condiments in case you forget any; however, the extra condiments and food left in the fridge from previous renters meant less room for our own food, again, the 2nd fridge was a great back up. The home includes various seating areas and doors to each level if you want some quiet time.
The water was divine during the hot summer days! The association beach was great for the littles with its gradual slope. NOTE the porta-potty near the beach is NOT for public use, it is private. There is no restroom at the beach or docks so plan accordingly and leave yourself time to get back up to the house when needed.
Lyla was prompt and responsive to our inquiries and our family is grateful that she is willing to share her beautiful home with others.

Lyla's Lake House
+ Lovely home & large enough for our whole family. This was our first experience renting someone's home and it was a good experience for us. It was also our first ever family reunion . . . made successful because we could all be together at one place. Much better than hotel life.
- Further to the lake than we had anticipated & golf cart battery didn't hold a charge
+ Kids LOVED the playroom
+/- Kitchen cupboards were all full. No place to put the food we brought, but anything we forgot was already there.
- Animals in the garbage made a HUGE mess that we had to clean up twice. We made sure the lid was on tightly, but animal got it off.
- We felt bad that the housekeepers were unhappy with us for arriving earlier than they anticipated. We had to wash a whole closet of towels and bedding that wasn't dried and had started to mildew. To make it up to them, we washed all the towels and bedding that we had used and left it dry and folded.
+ Lyla responded quickly to our questions and we had some great times around the firepit.
+++ We wouldn't hesitate to rent fro Lyla another time.
