Dirty sheets. TV didn't work. Pool was not working. Still serving a COVID breakfast. Literally gave my sunny d with a granola bar in a bag..... Overpriced. Weather stripping on doors was non existent

Bed was comfy, shower curtain and shower were clean

Website lies about what hotel offers. Complimentary breakfast is a granola bar and a fruit cup, nobody cleaned our room in the 4 days we were there, the hotel is grungier in person than pictures, carpets are gross, front desk was not friendly and the pool was not working and was said to be out of commission for a long time.

there was no stopper to give my kids a bath, one of the outside doors not closed and secure just anybody can walk in and the sheets were stained

Everyone that worked there was great. I mean when I asked for something or needed help they were able to support that.

It’s nothing to do with the property but I guess with where we chose to stay it was always noisy.

There's no phone number to reach anyone here. I was double charged on the room and I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge. The number provided by Booking.com was not a working number, Google listed number was also not working as well. I tried emailing and only got an automated reply. Besides that the room was decent for a great price n staff was friendly when I was there. =) just put up a proper phone number!!

It was ok nothing special

The person who checks you in was no there had a sign that said he'd be back in five min. It was more like 10 and I'm not sure how long the sign was up before I got there. When we left for dinner the sign was up again. There were a few things in the room that were wrong and we told him in the morning and he seemed grateful.

the location of the property is good as it puts you 15 mins from the airport
