Very nice and clean place

The Kitchen is a bit small for 20 beds, plus the private rooms, and one Fridge for all of it doesn't help either.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend :-) Es gab ein Wasserspender mit gefilterten Wasser den jeder Nutzen konnte. Es gab USB Ladeanschlusse direkt am Bett. Die Klimaanlage. Es gab eine sporadisch eingerichtete Küche.

Keine Fenster im Privatzimmer. Zu Dünne Wände, sehr hellhörig.

The room is very big, good location

Very small bathroom for so many people, there is no shower pressure and no hot water. There is a terrace but it’s very small and inner, so not very comfy to hang out. Many mosquitoes

Recepcionistas amáveis e prestativos. Cama confortável. Bem pertinho do Museu do Bob Marley. Dá pra tomar café da manhã ao lado do hostel.

O hostel é basicamente um quarto enorme com muitas camas (beliches). Não há boa circulação de ar, há um cheiro estranho que é encoberto por algum perfume de produto de limpeza. A cozinha não é muito limpa, nem os chuveiros. Eu só consegui usar o espaço para dormir mesmo.

The staff is amazing, the food in both the cafe and the restaurant are delicious and the dorm is spacious and clean.

The music starting at 8 am in the cafe, which woke us up two mornings unfortunately

I felt very safe and the staff were nice and friendly. Very convenient for most locations.

Nothing to be fair

Nice dorm room and beds - not too crowded, air conditioning, privacy curtains, in-bed outlets, etc. Staff was nice and tried to be accommodating even through some challenges. Wifi worked well. The location is great. Cozy common area, but very small.

Metal lockers under the beds are impossible to access without making noise. In a dorm room with so many beds, this means a lot of late night and early morning noise. Also, the door to the dorm room beeps loudly every time someone swipes to enter, and it also is noisy to open/close. They don't monitor their reservations, it seems, so if you book 2 beds together in one reservation, the beds get assigned randomly and no one from the hostel pays attention to adjust it. In other hostels, they usually handle this better. Most of the showers have no place to put anything (aside from on the floor). Annoying form to fill out when you arrive, which requires someone (either you or the hostel) to be logged in to Google to access and complete. Not a lot of common area for hanging out, and what little is there was often half occupied by the staff (doing their own thing, not to interact with guests unless there was a specific question or need).
