The host was very friendly and understanding.. quick response.

Location was ideal, security, warmth, kindness and hospitality of everyone in the building and Kingston was above and beyond. I would highly recommend the Bromptons to anyone

Due to the fact that I was there for work and time was occupied, it would have been nice to have the option of purchasing amenities such as clothes soap from the host.

The apartment was nice and clean with nice decor and look exactly like it's pictured. The washer & dryer was very convenient and we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony, catching a nice fresh breeze at night, with great views of the city of Kingston. Kayon greeted us with a smile upon arrival and was very pleasant ( It's the little things such as that which sets you apart). Judith was also very pleasant and accommodating. She was great with communicating details as needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the near future.
