the location was second to none. very clean. the host was super helpful. very comfortable.

Gorgeous comfy beds, glorious stunning decor, and all the facilities you could ask for. We felt at home instantly, and so enjoyed exploring Bath and returning to Princes Street to relax, refresh and recharge. Perfect spot to experience Bath.

Shower trays did not drain well resulting in bathroom floors flooding

Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms well decorated. Good living space and kitchen facilities, however did feel slightly cramped at times with 9 guests. Clean and tidy space. The location is excellent, good base for sightseeing and local bars and restaurants.

We had issues with the bathrooms, one shower on top floor overflowing and not draining, however this was sorted promptly by the owner. Then for two days only 2 guests able to shower before the hot water completely ran out. I spoke with the owner who did give some advice, but the issues continued onto the next day. Majority of our party ended up having freezing cold showers as waiting for the water to reheat took 45 minutes plus and only lasted for a short while, meaning that we were late for reservations.

- beautifully decorated house within walking distance to everything you need to see in Bath. - fully equipped bathrooms and kitchen - very comfortable rooms - quick response to any of our queries

- the floorboards were creaky but nothing you can do about that. - the 2nd floor bathroom took a while to drain but didn’t bother us

The town house is in a fantastic location, the interior design is beautiful and the art and furniture is fabulous. Very comfortable beds and we found the house to be clean. The bedrooms were all a good size and there are more than enough bathrooms.

We found for 10 people the communal areas too small for us. Although very nice it was a tight fit in the kitchen and sitting area. We would have likes the kitchen to be better equipped for cooking for large groups.

Really quirky. Nice little touches like bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Electric fans as it’s quite warm. Excellent location.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise it was fabulous.

This house is stylish and fun, as well as bring perfectly situated for all that Bath has to offer. Perfect coffee brewed at the cafe next door, great bakery a block away, and all of the shops and restaurants just a stones throw away.

The property itself was wonderful. However….The seagulls!! Very noisy at night… and not something that can be avoided in central Bath! But in warmer weather with open windows, they were terribly loud!
