Dunsborough spa cottage - quiet spot, central town
Verbringen Sie einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder reisen Sie mit der ganzen Familie, einschließlich Ihrer vierbeinigen Freunde! Loft-Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (geschlossen) mit Queensize-Bett und Etagenbett. Ein kleineres drittes Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Etagenbett und Kinderbett. Zweites Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Separates Spielzimmer, komplett ausgestattet mit Fernseher, Spielzeug und Büchern. Fabelhafter Unterhaltungsbereich im Freien mit Heizung und Esstisch. Kinderfreundlich mit optionalem Babygate zum Dachboden. Heizung und Klimaanlage zusammen mit Holzofen, Pizzaofen, kostenlosem WLAN, Netflix, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Kaffeemaschine, Grill, Trampolin, Schaukel / Spielgeräte, DVDs, Hochstuhl, Waschmaschine und Trockner und Kinderspielzeug. Der Garten ist umzäunt und Hunde sind nach Ermessen des Eigentümers gestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können zu einem Gesamtpreis von 40 USD pro Buchung ausgeliehen werden. Reinigungsgebühr von 110 $ für jede Buchung. Geeignet für Familien und Paare. Bitte keine Schulabgänger oder Veranstaltungen und mindestens ein Gast muss über 21 Jahre alt sein. Nichtraucher.

Lovely property and would be amazing for family's with children but the caves road behind the house is very busy and is quite noisy so does impact the solitude a little , but no impact of safety as the front access road is a quite little cul de sac

Really enjoyed our stay with family (adult children, grandson & our dog) in this great holiday house. The only negative is more about previous guests ... some dirty saucepans and crockery that you can't expect a cleaner to have found. You would expect guests to clean thoroughly after use. Not that we let that spoil our break away! Beds were extra comfy and facilities extensive. Loved the coffee maker too.

A beautiful spot for a holiday. Communication with the owner was excellent, location of the property was fantastic, a short walk to the town centre and the beach. House was very clean and the added extras were brilliant, especially if you have children . Would definitely stay at this property again.

Location was perfect. House was very clean. Lots of added extras like the bikes, coffee machine, spa, trampoline and the extra TV with Netflix. Beds comfortable. Easy access to home and communication. Some noise from traffic on Caves Road when out the back but didn’t notice for sleeping.

Excellent communication with owner, great location, close to the beach and town Centre, nice quiet cul-de-sac, beautiful spa and fireplace! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need! Definitely recommend staying here! Backyard was lovely as well, trampoline, heaters, outdoor setting.

Excellent Family Friendly Stay
This is our second stay at the Spa Cottage. Absolutely love this place for its proximity to town and the beach, fully decked out with everything needed for a baby and toddler, amazing toy room which our toddler loved, and excellent and prompt communication with the host. We look forward to our next stay.

Our family had a great stay in the dunsborough house it had everything we needed and was so close to the beach and town. With a great play room for the kids as well.

Dog Friendly Adventure
The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures online. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, some beautiful pictures lined the walls and all in all a fantastic stay.

Perfect for young kids and adults alike
We had a wonderful time at the house. It’s beautifully furnished and decorated, and really has everything needed for a comfortable stay (including coffee machine!) Our kids (4 and 2) LOVED the playroom and swings/trampoline outside. The bottle of wine on arrival was also a lovely gesture. The location is great - 10-15minute drive to lovely wineries and beaches, and Simmos is just 5min!
I had a couple of questions during our stay and Tamazin was always quick and friendly in her response. The only tiny gripe I have is with the dining table - it’s pretty uncomfortable to sit at, especially for kids. I guess in summer you’d mostly use the outdoor table. Everything else was great!

Perfect place for our young family to getaway for the week - lots for kids to do, easy walk to beach, park and shops. Kids play room and outside area were great, spa bath was a bit of a treat :) Thanks heaps!

We had the best time staying at Spa Cottage celebrating a couple of birthdays that were missed last year due to covid. The house was exactly as described and the playroom and garden were great for my 2 year old daughter and our friends 3 year old. The house is well appointed for a short stroll into the town centre or the beach. The house was also clean and had everything we needed. Only issues were the table inside- it’s just a bit too high if your slightly vertically challenged even with the cushions provided. We did use the outside table as well. Also knowing that the house was pet friendly I should have been more prepared with some anti histamine for myself as I did find I had quite itchy eyes, so one to think about if your a bit sensitive to dogs. But most importantly my daughter had the best time and cried when we got home due to the lack of playroom in our house :-)

It was a lovely well equipped family friendly place to stay with a safe garden for children and pets if you take them. Lovely play room for children. The only down point was the dining chairs were too short for the table even for adults meaning that there was no where comfortable to sit and eat inside

Home owner is wonderful to deal with. The property is well appointed, spacious with great features like the play room and trampoline keeps the kids well entertained. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pantry staples and all the appliances you could possibly need! Laundry helps keep on top of all the beach towels and clothes! Well worth the stay. Clean, bright and airy. We keep coming back

Amazing family getaway
We made our booking very last minute but booking, arrival info and check in was extremely easy. The home is lovely and very comfortable. The kids loved the playroom and backyard play equipment! It was so great not having to pack toys. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us and we hope to return some time soon.

Great house, relaxing stay
The house was just what we needed for a family break. The kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms both modern. Our 2 dogs came too. Garden is secure so they could be left outside. Just a short walk to Geographe Bay and to the shops. We'll definitely stay again.
