The quality of the furnishings, kitchen, and bathroom were excellent.
The location with windows looking out to the water and wildlife was great.
Location close to the bike/boat rental company was great as well as being close to the main road made it very easy to bike to the supermarket and have a taxi drive you right to the property. It's not too long a walk from the bus stop either.
We also really appreciated that they had board games available in the cottage which were in good condition and had all the pieces :)

Everything was perfect!From the cozy cottage with pretty view to the friendly owners and their hospitality throughout the stay.We gladly recommend it to everybody who wants to have one of a kind experience and wish to wake up with the sounds of nature but mostly cute ducks!

The steps up to the bedroom were steep and coming down them during the night to use the bathroom felt a little dodgy

The house is nice and clean, we had everything that we need, including toys and games for kids. Nice and quite, sorounded by water, ducks and frogs, the only noise that we could here.

We really recommend this private home for a stay in Giethoorn area. It was clean and comfortable with all housing facilities and the Host made us feel really welcome. An excellent choice for vacation.

Location, house and garden.

A small but perfectly formed house, very well located and just what we needed for a short stay. It was a lovely very pretty 20 minute walk to the village. It was possible to rent boats, play mini golf - just opposite the property. Nice outside space, with a trampoline and additional games for outside play. The beds were very comfortable.
Our hosts were very friendly and promptly answered our questions. I would recommend this property.

Basic amenities like hand soap , mirrors in the bedroom or living area , kitchen roll, would have been nice.

It was an exceptional stay with great hosts. Everything was close and handy, form boat rental to the supermarket and also walking to Giethoorn centre.
There was also some surprises like kayak that would add the value even more.

Huisje Beukers is a privet small lovely comfortable house and enough for max 4 gusts.
Very clean house, located close to all attractions places, free parking, excellent internet connection.
House’s family is great, helpful and willing to do whatever u like to make your stay comfortable.
This is will be my home in Giethoorn for any future trips.

just one min walk from the bus station. ten mins , we could arrive at super market .the location is very good and quiet. the house close to the little river . from the window ,we could see the GOOSE family. i thought that the atmosphere of this place is better than any others places in Giethoorn. we stayed here for 3 nights. we are the second guests in Huisje Beukers. I am highly recommended that you could stay here for several nights.
