Neue Küchenmöbel! 2 Schlafzimmer und 2. 5 Badezimmer Einheit auf dem Gelände des Turtle Bay Resort. Kuilima Estates West Einheit # 90. Es verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause und die Vorteile der in einem Resort zu sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Loch des Fazio Golfplatz. Zurück Veranda mit Blick auf einen der Kurse Wasserspielen. Das neu gestaltete Schwimmbad befindet sich nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit High-Speed Wireless Internet
Die Pantry-Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Alle Bettwäsche wird zusammen mit Handtüchern zur Verfügung gestellt. Brandneue stapelbare Waschmaschine und Trockner befindet sich in der Wohnung. Gasgrill befindet sich auf der hinteren Veranda vom Wohnzimmer entfernt.

Great stay! The location was amazing. Access to the resort grounds without having to be in the middle of the resort. The pool is just steps from the front door. It is the tranquility pool its supposed to be quite in the pool area (nobody really abided by this). There are pickleball/basketball/tennis courts within a short walk. Our only real complaint is no air conditioning in the living/dining room and kitchen downstairs. There are window units in the bedrooms. These worked ok with the addition of fans. Would definitely stay again but definitely on the warm side if you go in the hotter months.

From the moment we got to the property we were thoroughly happy with it. The 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accommodated us perfectly. The views from the lanai were perfect. We also enjoyed the pool almost daily. We cooked in the kitchen and it had a very thing we needed! We would definitely come back!!

Enjoyed our stay here. It is part of the Turtle Bay resort area, so you can use the beach and restaurants there. Great location with a pool right outside the front door, and a big pond out the back. Appreciated the A/C units in the bedrooms, and all of the fans supplied for the rest of the townhouse. Great closet space. Great location to access all the beaches of the North Shore. Only cons to our stay was the price considering it is not beachfront nor does it have an ocean view. Could use some updates to the fixtures in the bathrooms. Bit older property.

This unit was great for the family. The pool is literally out the front door with two others on the property. The ocean is a short walk. The bedrooms are huge and comfy. The amenities are amazing with all outdoor equipment, housewares, utensils, condiments, soaps, shampoos, and lots of TP. Really just walk in with shorts and a bathing suit and you are set. Now for the caveat...the place needs a thorough deep cleaning. It is not new as advertised but it is grungy. The surface cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen was good but do not look more than that. Drapes, furniture, walls, cabinets inside and out quite dirty. My recommendation is to spend 5 hours and deep clean things. Just look at the house fans to see the grime dripping off of them and you will know what I mean. It will make a great improvement to the place. It will be perfect after that little investment. I appreciate that it is not brand new as I own a house built in 1959. Old does not have to mean grimy.

We enjoyed staying here and the property was accurately described. It's part of the larger Turtle Bay resort so you do have access to a nice beach and the comforts of a large hotel and it's amenities very close by.
Property was nicely maintained, clean and spacious. the upstairs has the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that was helpful. The downstairs could easily accommodate another person on the sofa bed and a bathroom as well. The kitchen has the required amenities to cook a quick brunch and dinner if needed. Appreciated that since the prices in Hawaii are pretty high.
Very close to the Polynesian Cultural Center which I think is a blast and highly recommended. And you're never more than 2 minutes from a beach! What's to complain about that!

This was one of the most enjoyable VRBO rentals that we have experienced in 12 years. The property manager, Heather, was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The condo pictures realistically reflected the condition of the property.

Very very poor air conditioning, carpets really need to be cleaned, came across what looked like a couple of cockroaches, got bitten when asleep almost every night. We had to reset the back screen door all the time. This place is really showing its age and needs more up keep.

We pretty well only spent our evenings at the condo. Only disappointment for us was the air conditioning. Whenever I needed anything the owners were prompt to answer. We’ve been to the islands numerous times, but it was our friends first so we tried to get them to see as much as they could.

Great property and location at Turtle bay. Like many reviews air conditioning is not doing well. However, I went in April and it was okay with ceiling fans. Even in the bedroom I didn’t use air conditioning As it was way too loud and makes water noises. I also wish there is Keurig coffee machine. Otherwise everything else was great. This condo at Turtle Bay was conveniently located and had lots of amenities. The pool was just steps from the front door. It was in a gated community, so we felt very safe. Before arrival I got a call from the owner letting us know there was an issue with one of the sinks… it was fixed promptly the next day. The owner was very nice with which to communicate and was prompt to return my messages. It was an easy walk or drive to the beach. They provided beach towels and beach gear, which made it convenient for a day at the beach. The condo is located minutes from Polynesian Cultural Center and from food trucks. It is also only about a 30 minute drive to North Shore.
There were two separate bedrooms with king sized beds and each had their own bath. Downstairs, there was plenty of room for all of us to gather and play games or watch television.
If I had to make any negative comments, the A/C unit in the main bedroom did not work very well, however, all of the rooms have a large sliding door with a screen to the outside that we opened. It provided plenty of breeze to cool the room.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Mahalo!

Great location, but the condo is really worn out. The exhaust fan in the upstairs bath has failed and walls in bathroom appear to be moldy. Sink in bathroom was not properly cleaned, tub is either chipped or also not properly cleaned. Bedroom door upstairs needs to be cleaned or painted. Quality of the linens was poor.

We appreciate your attend to the cleanliness and amenities in your unit. For our family of four adults and one 2.5 years old, the unit was just the right fit. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and met our needs. The gas grill on the patio worked well. Bathrooms and linens were fresh and clean.
As we stayed in the unit over Thanksgiving weekend, the weather wasn't an issue and we didn't need the AC units, just ceiling fans. The only problem we experienced with the unit was the bedroom doors rattling at night because of the wind, but wind was really blowing (wind warnings and rain).
The unit's location was convenient and close to the stables and hiking trails. Oh, and an added benefit was the view of the lake on the golf course out the back doors! We would definitely stay again.

The unit is pretty much as described. however it needs a deep cleaning and spruce up. Ceiling fans, vents were covered in dust. The a/c unit in the bedrooms are located in a corner near the floor,, so the a/c blows onto one side of the bed (one person gets air blasted and the other gets no circulating air). Next time we would opt for a unit with central a/c. Otherwise it was as described

The apartment lies in a beautifully arranges estate park. The apartment spreads over 2 floors separating the living and the bedroom areas, has a little terrace towards the golf course and a pool right opposite. The estate park is next to the turtle bay resort hotel and surrounded by a golf course.
There were a few things that didn’t fully meet our expectations.
There are only 2 tiny air conditions in the upstairs bedrooms which are so loud, we couldn’t use them during the night. There is no a/c on the ground floor, but every room had a large vent at the ceiling.
In the kittchen most handles were slightly “fatty” and the equipment did also not match what we found in the previous two weeks. Similar for the bathrooms, which were a lot simpler than the others.
This apartment was priced somewhat below the apartments we rented on the other 2 islands which made the price/quality relation still ok, except for the bad a/c.
At the end of the day you are getting a charming package when you rent with the right expectation. Ours was elevated from the two other apartments we had before.
