Sea Vista Condominiums ist der dem Wasser am nächsten gelegene Komplex in ganz South Padre Island. Unsere Einheit 107 befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, mit Zugang zum Strand von unserer Hintertür. Sie müssen Ihre Taschen, Regenschirme und Kühlschränke nicht die Treppen oder Aufzüge hoch und runter tragen. Gehen Sie einfach aus der Tür. Unser Gerät hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht direkt auf den Ozean. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen, erholsamen Ort sind, dann ist dies der richtige Ort.

This dreamy condo is exactly as cute as it looks in the listing. It's beautifully decorated and immaculate. I visited with my 18 year old daughter and 3 of her friends and we really enjoyed the condo and the beach. The location is so close to the beach you don't need shoes...we just walked out the backdoor and directly to the beach. So convenient. We also enjoyed the beach supplies, games and movies supplied in the condo. I chatted with the owner a couple of times and she was delightful to work with. When we go back to Padre this will be our lodging for sure!

This was the best beach experience my family has ever had in South Padre. The condo was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella since we had forgotten to bring ours from home! The condo is located on the first floor and faces the ocean. It is a very short walk out the back door to the beach. But as perfect as the condo itself was, what made this experience exceptional was the condo owner. She was incredibly nice and attentive, quick to answer our questions, and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. From now on, anytime we visit SPI this is where we are staying! Thank you for everything, we loved your condo and can’t wait to go back!

We had a very relaxing vacation. Everything is so close! We used the tennis court, pool and beach access on site. Having dvds and games in the bedroom were a great addition. Off site activities were within a few minutes drive. We did a fishing trip, banana boat ride, golf cart rides and a Dolphin tour. Highly recommend!!!

Last minute booking for our family of five to watch the SpaceX 🚀. The place was amazing. It was clean and had everything we need from beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, beach umbrella, cooler, etc. The beach is right outside your back door. Can't beat the convenience of that. We will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you to the amazing host which was super responsive!

We loved the fact it was ground floor because it had a grassy area the kids could run around in. It was also very accessible to the beach. The condo was clean, they even provided wave boards for the kids to use. We were very happy with the rental and would love to visit again.

My family and I enjoyed this condo. It is very inviting and so clean! It was also well stocked with the essentials. Because it is the last complex on the beach, it really does make it quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough about how great this condo is. We've traveled to Sea Vista each summer for years with groups of friends in various condos, and this one is the best. It's so comfortable, and the views are gorgeous. Plus the managers don't skimp on useful things like very nice chairs, towels, kitchen tools. It's so relaxing, and the first floor location is prime for getting to the beach. Love it here.

Stayed here with two adults and two kids under 5. Our favorite part was that the location was away from the crowds. I can’t speak for other times of year but we were here the first weekend of June and the condo has its own beach access that is managed by a gated parking lot so only guests are allowed which made it pretty quiet and relaxing! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend, thank you!!

The condo was clean, spacious and right on the beach. The beach area is private and was not crowded at all during Memorial Day weekend. The pool is very close to the unit and easy to access. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would return!

Nice property we loved our condo. Great beach access and secure property that was family oriented. Quiet in the evenings to listen to the ocean or stroll the beach. Very impressed to have all the needed beach accesories in the condo to make flying in a great place to stay and shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers to include all towels. Easy in and out access and bonus to have washer and dryer! Highly recommend if you want to relax in peace and quiet avoid the rowdy partying!

Super easy check in and fast communication from owner. When we arrived the unit was very clean and updated with seaside charm, with fantastic views of the ocean and a pool & hot tub that was only a few steps away - couldn’t ask for more in a VRBO rental and perfect for a family of 4. If we ever returned to South Padre Island, we’d stay here again and definitely would recommend.
Only complaint, is the master bed needs to be replaced. Not very comfortable and is sinking from wear.

Have your condo next to the water for quick trips to put kids down for naps, make lunch, bathroom.........this place is perfect. Warm ocean water, ac breaks in the house... wow. We love staying at Sea Vista!!! This condo is so clean which means a lot when you walk in and everything looks so good. The view is so nice. Just out the door and onto the beach. This is our second time staying in this unit and can't say enough on how much we enjoyed it. We had four adults and a toddler plenty of room for everyone. Owners are so wonderful to work with you. Always get back with you quickly. Thank you for sharing your beach condo. See you next year!!

Absolutely Perfect
This place is amazing. The thing that impressed me the most was how clean it was....SO NICE!! The views....absolutely breathtaking. Literally an entire wall of windows looking out to the water. It was very close to the beach and on the ground floor. I heard from my family that the pool was also very nice. I stayed at the beach the majority of the time...which was also amazing. It wasn't crowded and was very clean. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back.

Perfect Padre Rental
This is our second time renting this unit, and our 4th time visiting this property as part of a group. We've visited several units at Sea Vista, and this one is by far the best. The first floor location makes getting to the beach so easy, plus it is also close to the pool. Everything is so comfortable, well-stocked, and tastefully decorated. The beach in this area is not crowded, and it makes for a lovely relaxing vacation.
