We had a great stay. The room size was great. We ended up coming with less people than anticipated so we had even more room. The kids had plenty of space to play/sleep. We had 5 kids ages ranging from 5months to 12 and the room was great for that. The pool was gated which was a plus for our tiny kids. The beach was a little walk but manageable even with all of our small children. Owner communication was fantastic. Definitely would consider staying again.

We stayed in this space for one night. Maybe I didn’t read the description close enough but the set up caught me off guard. The one bedroom is upstairs from the garage and the other bedroom is directly in from the garage. The third bedroom I am guessing is the common room in the basement with the futon. Not a huge deal and lesson learned to read more. Very clean and surprisingly quiet on the inside considering the family fun park go carts is directly on the other side of the wall. This made it difficult to enjoy the patio area. I probably would not book again because of the set up and the location. But my complaints are just minor inconveniences.

Amazing

Excellent vacation home that checked all of our boxes for a family of 5. We stayed down in PCB for a baseball World Series and it was a cozy getaway from all the ballpark noise. Beautiful neighborhood and great price!!!

Apartment was spacious and clean. Loved the nightly view.

We had a great stay. This Condo was in a great location. The pool was clean and very close to the condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed was available. We had a great time!

Had a great stay

I had a wonderful time staying at the townhouse my family couldn't get enough of it . The townhouse is located in a perfect location for fun for the kids we had to much fun we didn't want to leave.

The property was very clean, and property owner had the air turned on for us when we arrived. Property is simply located about 10 minutes from everything you’d want to do. It’s about 20 minutes from pier park. Any issues we had, which were very little, were immediately taken care of by the property owner. There is a go kart track right beside the property, but you can not hear the gocarts at night. The property came with beach chairs, A two wheeled beach cart, a small cooler, and a propane grill. All the bedding, cookware and utensils you could possibly want. Property had two blenders for your use. There is an upstairs and downstairs, and our family love that. There is a huge blowup, king-size bed, that is very comfortable. for Your relaxation, there is a huge Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. It is a eight minute drive to Saint Andrews State Park, where the snorkeling was amazing. It is a short drive to major restaurants. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here to do so. The property owner is very easily accessible and very quick to respond with any questions or issues that you have. We only had two issues, and they were taken care of very very promptly. We will be staying here again Or at one of the other properties that he owns. Thank you again for one of the most amazing vacations we have ever had.

The property line is shared with a go kart track. That would have been nice to know before booking. The go kart belts squeal until at least 11 pm. There was no grill, which was fine once we realized we would not be hanging out in back. The rental has an awkward set up for families. The kids had to all sleep upstairs on the floor because the down stairs is accessed through the garage and you need a code to get in. It would be nice for adults or two families, but not really suited for little kids. The pillows were old and stained and the blankets were dirty. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach was short. I don’t think I would stay at this property again

Clean and cozy, great location

This property was a great getaway for my group of friends. It is a close walk to the beach, very close to some great restaurants that were a walkable distance, and a very nice home to stay in. The host offers his support for any problem you may have so I highly recommend this location.

We loved the residence. Dave was very accessible the few times we reached out to him. Highly recommend.

The condo is located in a really great location. You’re within minutes of several different attractions, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It was clean and looked as advertised. However, if you’re traveling with children younger than 12, the layout of the condo isn’t designed for families. Not all would agree, but I have a 7 and 9 year old so staying in the room down in the garage area or even upstairs alone isn’t a good alternative for my family. Also we were told there was a quiet time policy but the neighbors were throwing a party and had loud music going until 3 in the morning and these same neighbors continuously had their garage open and smoking lots of weed from the smells of it. Again, some won’t mind, just not something I want my children around. Overall, we liked the condo; we really weren’t there a lot due to tournaments but it was a nice place to be able to come back to after a long day at the park.

I loves the lay out! The house was beautiful ! Would of loved a blender though and to know how loud the park is behind us.

Excellent condo--clean; very spacious; fantastic kitchens with new appliances; really comfortable beds; plentiful counter space and great water pressure in bathroom; fabulous flooring (no carpeting!). Condo is near a commercial area and we could hear some music at night but it didn't last too late and wasn't terribly annoying. Overall a great place and we would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to others.

Convenient location , Easy walk to beach. Nicely appointed and very spacious. Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed the private patio and lagoon. Would recommend.

My husband and I decided to get away for a last minute vacation. The home was very clean and perfect for our needs. Great location, amenities and I loved the fenced in area for our dogs. Will be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Pet friendly for our fur babies and my son n nephews enjoyed having the bottom floor to themselves. The unit is super nice and so is the owner. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.
