Modern Home In Central River Heights
Dies ist ein neu renoviertes, geräumiges, offenes Privathaus mit vier Schlafzimmern und viel Wohnraum. Dieses gut ausgestattete Haus befindet sich in einer fantastischen, zentralen Gegend mit Parks und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und eine 10-minütige Fahrt von der Innenstadt von Winnipeg entfernt.
Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses verfügt über neue Hartholzbambusböden und die brandneue Küche verfügt über eine große Insel mit Barhockern und Quarzarbeitsplatten. Das offene Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und die Küche verfügen über zwei große Ecksofas und einen großzügigen Esstisch, der erweitert werden kann.
Das Haus erhält viel natürliches Licht und die Küche öffnet sich zu einer Terrasse und einem umzäunten Garten, der den ganzen Tag über viel Sonne bietet. All dies schafft ein sehr entspannendes und komfortables Wohngefühl im Innen- und Außenbereich.
Das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über einen neuen Teppich über dem Sperrholz-Unterboden. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Kommode, einen Nachttisch und ein Doppelbett. Das Fenster in diesem Kellerschlafzimmer ist ein Ausstiegsfenster, das im Notfall als Ausgang genutzt werden kann.

Perfect location for large group visiting Winnipeg. 4 well furnished bedrooms and 3 areas to rest or entertain, not including the comfortable back yard deck. Good Price. Would recommend to anyone.

Our multigenerational family enjoyed our stay very much. There was room for everyone, and house was fully stocked (dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware etc). Communication with the owner was top notch and self check in and check out was easy peasy.
Teenagers enjoyed the basement (bedroom, 3 pc bath and tv room).
House is exactly as advertised, beautifully renovated, open spaces, and clean. Appreciated the modern appliances, ac, and alarm clocks in every bedroom.
Location was great, close to restaurants, supermarkets, airport, the zoo and downtown. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood.
Would recommend to friends and family, would definitely stay here again if we return to Winnipeg.

This is a lovely remodeled home in River Heights. Very near to the playground and wading pool behind Montrose School, which our 3 yo granddaughter really enjoyed. Host is very responsive. Will definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying at this VRBO. We are so happy when we stay there. Jude is communicative and kind. We don’t have one complaint, everything is perfect. It’s exceptionally clean and everything you need is there. There was a snow storm the day we arrived and the snow was shoveled for us which we really appreciated. .

We were very pleased with our 2 week stay ! Very nice and quiet neighbourhood, close to shopping malls, restaurants and to the downtown area.
The house was very clean and well stocked for whatever we needed .
Jude was very prompt , friendly and great to deal with. Check in and check out was a breeze even though we arrived past midnight. thanks Jude :)

Wonderful VRBO!
This was our first time staying at a VRBO, We are so grateful that our first experience was absolutely perfect. This beautiful bungalow is very clean, comfortable, excellent furniture, most things you need in a kitchen and bathroom are provided which was really nice.

Beautifully renovated bungalow with comfy furnishings and a kitchen suited for any foodie! Extra touches included well-stocked kitchen & bathroom supplies. The house was impeccably clean and the enclosed backyard with deck was all we needed to enjoy the warm summer weather. Central location and popular neighbourhood. Super communication with owner and pride of ownership shone through. We travel to Winnipeg frequently so we look forward to returning!

Family wedding in Winterpeg
Our stay was better than we dared to hope for. We have been disappointed several times renting through VRBO. This truly was an amazing property that was clean, spacious and felt like home immediately.
The location was great, less than 15 min to airport. We made 5 trips in one day as our kids flew with 3 different airlines and there were several delays!
We loved the close proximity to grocery stores as well.
The floor was a bit cold in the kitchen as it was December so bring extra socks or slippers!
There is a washer and drier downstairs that came in handy when our sons shampoo leaked on his dress shirt.
Big screen TV was nice!

We really appreciated all the extras (Assorted dry goods, condiments, toiletries) even a sticky roller! Truly it was the next best place to our own home.
The home was nicely furnished and we loved the open concept living area and kitchen. We enjoy to cook and had everything we needed including a great BBQ.
Bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and lots of towels. We had a fantastic time despite the ice storm. Jude your were a great host readily available for us. Amazing rental
Everything was perfect from start to finish! The owner was amazing to deal with even after he had our cash unlike many people out there. Email communication was answered immediately and was greatly appreciated. Very modern home which had everything you would need. We would definitely use this facility again if in that area.

Great Stay
This was a very good location while away for a hockey tournament. It is very central, not a far drive to most amenities and places of interest. The owner is very prompt in responding, which was comforting knowing he was available at any time. The house was perfect for our guests. The beds are comfortable and the layout works well for a group of people for visiting and relaxing. I would recommend this place.

Lovely house, great neighbourhood, central for toodling around Winnipeg.
Our family of four stayed here for Christmas. It was fresh and clean and perfect for us! More beds than we needed. Lovely new bathrooms and kitchen. We had a car and were able to get everywhere quickly. It is an established beautifully treed quiet neighborhood. We hope to use it again sometime! When we were too busy to stop and shovel the snow, we even came back at night to find the walks shoveled for us! It was fabulous!

Beautiful home in mature neighbourhood
We, five of us, loved our stay in this property. We had plenty of space and all of our needs were met. The decor is contemporary and everything was spotless. The kitchen was one of the best-supplied I’ve ever stayed in; everything from dishwasher detergent, condiments and a hand mixer! The location was also a short drive to great shopping and the Forks. I would most certainly recommend this property and will definitely book again upon my return to Winnipeg.

Fantastic location, beautiful house and neighbourhood.
I very highly recommend this property. We were well looked after from the moment we booked. Jude even left a litre of milk in the fridge for our coffee/tea on the first night! The house is spacious, clean and bright and stocked with everything you might need. Beds are very comfortable, good shower in the bathroom. Lovely neighbourhood, too—easy to access all parts of Winnipeg. A very enjoyable experience, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Winnipeg oasis
My sisters and I stayed at the house for 6 nites. The house was exactly as advertised and the pictures on line were consistent with what we experienced in the house. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Jude was very flexible (earlier check in) and also very responsive to our questions once we were in the house by ourselves. Location was ideal close to restaurants, grocery/liquor stores etc. Easy on street or back lane parking. If we were to visit Winnipeg again we would stay at this house and think it must be lovey in the spring/summer as there is lovely deck and back yard. Lynn
