This house was perfect for our two families with kids. It was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. There were even games and toys! Proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pool were easy for us and our small kids to walk to.

This property was a great location- close to beach, the pools, the greens, and restaurants! They had everything you need for a fun family vacation- beach towels, sand toys, sunscreen, puzzles, games, high chair, you name it. Thanks for a great week!

Excellent location, super expensive, it was a bit difficult to pin down exactly what we were renting- I thought we were renting the entire property (house and carriage house) but it was only the house and the carriage house was rented by a few other renters during the week we stayed. I was including the bed in the carriage house for our group so it was a bit dissapointing to pay all that money and still have to squeeze in. But it was a fun vacation, the first we have taken as a family since Covid began.

Amazing location!
Although the floor plan is a little choppy, this house has tons of room, lots of bathrooms, and a location that cannot be beat. The house is one of the best-stocked homes we have stayed in at Rosemary Beach. Thanks for hosting us!

Almost beach front
Nice property. It’s our third time renting this house (2015, 2018, 2021). The home is starting to show the wear and tear of a rental. Mattresses and pillows need to be updated. It’s really nice to be able to walk less than 50 steps to the beach. Multiple bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided which is nice extra perk. Property manager is on top of any issue that may arise.

Location location location!
This home is in the perfect location between the beach and town. Close to everything! Plenty of room for our group of 9 and stocked with everything we needed. More bath and beach towels would be helpful as well as a new coffee maker. Great place overall and we would love to come back and stay sometime!

Rosemary Perfection!
I almost hate to leave a glowing review, for fear that the property will never be available to us again! Ideally located steps from the beach and the Pearl hotel, the house is perfect. Every amenity is covered - from plush linens to cookie sheets in the kitchen! Tom is attentive as the property manager and the cleaning crew is exceptional. There is not a single thing we would change as it relates to the house. The VRBO description is accurate and all bedrooms and communal spaces are ideally situated. It is truly a great spot for a family vacation.
The only note of warning... WiFi in Rosemary Beach is tricky. It’s not just this house, we’ve found it to be true throughout the town. If you are planning to work and need a lot of bandwidth for video calls, etc. be prepared to be frustrated! Maybe that’s just a sign to take a real vacation and unplug!!
Overall, we love the house and cannot wait to return!

Rosemary Beach
Lovely place, great location and we were luck y with beautiful weather! Our only gripe was trash collection twice in a week which was at 4:30 am and very noisy. Otherwise host was very responsive to any questions.

Providence Cottage Rosemary Beach
This was our first VRBO renting experience, and it was a great one! The house was perfect for our family of adults and a 1 year old and 5 year old. The house is a block from the village area and a block from the beach. We just loved everything about the house and location!!

Perfect location and beautiful home!! Great home for a family with small kids. The house has everything you could need for babies and toddlers (baby gates at every stair case, high chairs, toys, kid plates/utensils). Super close to beach and downtown. We had the best time!!

Great place to stay in every way!
This is a great home in a terrific location! Everything about this house works and is perfectly situated for a family. We brought our three boys and they all had a great time.
The house has everything you could want, bikes, sunscreen, goggles, boogie boards, etc. It's right by the main commercial area and is steps away from the beach. The manager Tom, is amazing and is always just a phone call away if you need anything.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Awesome home in Rosemary
We stayed 2 weeks at this beautiful home in Rosemary and loved it. So many great things about this house...
First of all, plenty of fun little sleeping areas for kids. There is a fun kids room on the lower level with trundles. On the third floor, however, are these AMAZING sleeping nooks. Not just beds, but they have TV's and little shelves and curtains for privacy. My son LOVED his little space.
Second of all, the kitchen was amazing. First beach house I have been to in recent years were there was a PANTRY and a fully stocked kitchen. The only thing we had to get while we were there was food and kitchen sheers. The two fridges were awesome and provided ample space. Plenty of dishware, pots/pans, etc. Obviously, a chef owns this house! There is also a little bar area with an ice maker which was really nice.
My favorite spots were the porches, however..all 4 of them. The main porch off of the main level had a beautiful side view of the ocean. I would go out there every morning and enjoy my coffee. The one on the third floor had an even better view.
Being on the walkway, 3 houses off the beach was also a perk. Plus plenty of good floats and sand toys.
Tom was also amazing and made sure we had everything we needed.
We will be back!

This house has it all — they have literally thought of everything. We’ve been staying in homes at Rosemary Beach for many years, and this house was by far the most equipped. Excellent location. Tom made everything so easy, including providing all of us with bikes and helmets. Highly recommend!!

Super convenient to the beach and restaurants
This is the second time we rented 120 New Providence. As always, Tom the property manger is very accommodating. The house is located directly on boardwalk cross over H, just a few steps from the beach. My only negative comment is that the WIFI is unstable and very spotty. Sit at the kitchen counter and it is fine, but around around the rest of the house it was dicey.

The house is in a wonderful location for visiting Rosemary Beach. Close to walkover, close to shops, restaurants, and green space...
The house is VERY WELL equipped for entire family (baby to grandparents) with all the necessary cooking items...

Great property, great service
This is a first class rental property, in a prime location for a family with kids. The house is accurately depicted and very clean. The property manager, Tom, was fantastic and very responsive. There are a plenty of options in Rosemary Beach, but I'd rank this property at the top of the list with any in terms of value and convenience. We will be back.

Beautiful Home!! 5 stars are not enough. I am extremely picky when I book a vacation home. if I am leaving my home I look very hard for a nice, clean home that I feel comfortable in.
This was beyond my expectations! The home is amazing and very, very clean. The wood floors were absolutely beautiful, each bath was unique and the bedrooms had plenty of room. My 9 year old loved the upstairs twin beds with the TV.
Tom and his wife thought of everything, it was like staying in s 5 star resort!
We can not wait to go back!

Paradise on Providence Lane
Our family has been coming to RB for 11 years. This has been our favorite house! Tom, the property manager, was so helpful with every detail. The house was spotless and we appreciated having coffee, beach towels and a well stocked kitchen...so many thoughtful details! The location provides super convenient beach access and just a few steps to all of the restaurants and shopping.
