We had a wonderful time and this place was the icing on our Maui Cake!!! The location was perfect! We literally sat on the Lanai watching the whales while having our morning coffee and breakfasts. A short walk on the lawn took us to the beach where we got to see the turtles and play in the water.
The owners were very responsive and accommodating!! I will definitely be staying here again!!
Mahalo for everything - my 83 yr old mother had a blast!!

Love the walk-out! So easy, especially with kids. This was our second time staying at the Maui Sunset, so we knew how special the property was. The only issue was cleanliness at points. The sheets were stained, and some of the appliances needed a good cleaning before use. But that didn't stop us from enjoying the place thoroughly.

We have been staying at the Maui Sunset for the past decade. We love the location, well maintained grounds and being right on the beach to watch the sunset every night. This was by far the best unit we have ever stayed in! It was clean, spacious and well stocked. It has everything you need! Having AC in all the rooms and main living room was a huge bonus. The patio is really nice with the two ceiling fans. We ate dinner outside multiple nights. We loved it, it checked all the boxes for us. We will definitely be back!

This Condo is a gem!
We loved our week long stay in this condo. The location was beautiful. We loved the patio right off the large grassy area, proximity to the beach and the to the pool. The condo itself was so clean and we loved the up to date amenities. It was a perfect fit for my two kids so they could have their own beds. We would 100% stay here again if we return to Maui. Thank you for offering a great place to stay!

We alternated across our 10-day vacation with one day at the condo (pool, beach, shuffleboard, putting green, tennis etc.) and next exploring other public beaches and tourist spots (e.g. volcano at sunrise, Maui Farm, public market, etc.). Well-appointed, clean condo unit with everything you could need.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The huge grassy area was perfect for the kids to run around and for the adults to play bocce (available at the pool!) during nap time. Everything we needed for the beach including chairs and an umbrella were there for us. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

the best feature of this condo is the location , beach front- but with a large open grassy field- which was perfect for our kids to play on. the condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. everything was nice an clean. one small issue is the beach isn't great for swimming , due to the coal and rocks on the shore, but there are many swimmable beaches very close by ( within a mile). every night you get a front row view of the sunset which was great. i would 100% book this room again

The condo was as described. The location was great. It was not completely clean when we arrived. There were used coffee grinds in the pot, the floor was gritty, and the sheets were not washed. The washing machine was broken and we had not been told beforehand. There was constant construction noise from the adjoining condo. When we finally got a response from the manager after notifying him about these things, we were told that a new washer would be delivered (5 days into our trip). So one of our vacation afternoons was spent waiting for the delivery. The concerns about the cleanliness were basically ignored. For the price we paid, and our trip being a week long, we think we should have been told beforehand about the washer and the construction.

This condo is wonderful! The patio is large enough to be a "hang out" place. The view is spectacular. The layout is functional and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving equipment and the center island makes it possible to serve brunch to a group or be used as a large table to play cards when it's a bit too windy to play on the patio. We DEFINITELY hope to book this condo again soon!! Thank you for letting us be guests.

A nice Maui Sunset break
Bedrooms were average,in back by parking lot. But pretty quiet. The kitchen and living room were great. Nice open concept. Nice sized Lanai. Nice view. Owners did nice job with providing kitchen utensils and appliances. Overall a very nice place.

We really loved Maui Sunset for our Christmas vacation with our three teens. Steps from the beach, beautiful views and sunsets, perfect lawns, lovely pool and deck. It's a very busy place, but it feels safe and had a nice, family vibe, no all-night partying, even on New Years Eve. We loved the suite, especially the open kitchen/living room and all the amenities. The only drawback was the gym was so small no more than two or three people could train at a time, although the equipment was quite good for a small hotel gym. Bigger room would be a huge improvement.

Everything was perfect. Upgraded unit, very clean,!everything we needed was in the unit. The only thing missing was a kettle but I just used the microwave. Owners greeted us with a welcome card and bottle of wine/snacks. It’s very obvious the Owners care about their property. View is great and close to shopping. The condo was very nice & clean, the views were top notch, the staff was very friendly & helpful, and the amenities were amazing.The only thing that I would complain about is the hide-a-bed mattress is very uncomfortable but an easy fix for the owners :) We felt like we had the best condo in the building! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH AN AMAZING WEEK OF FUN IN THEEE BEST CONDO WITH THE BEST VIEW OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING!!! My family and I had a blast and we will definitely be back! It was the best way to spend my 50th Birthday and couldn't be more thankful! The only complaint is that the mattress on the hide-a-bed is super uncomfortable but that I know can be an easy fix! LOVE this place!! & HIGHLY recommend it for sure!! :)
