We liked the location

Unfortunately, the entire group was disappointed with the complex & the apartment. Everything looks outdated and poorly maintained. Tiles are missing in the pool & visible rusted areas. The apartment needs renovation, some walls have holes & scratches, one bedside lamp was broken, I was scared to touch it as I could get electrocuted, soap dispensers were empty(at check-in) in both bathrooms, soap, shampoo, conditioner etc , ideally, should have been provided for 4 people (2 sets per bathroom)and not one set in each bathroom, the bathrooms lack ventilation, no bed heads, carpet looks 30 years old. Sorry guys, this is actually my first negative feedback about an accomodation, I think as property management you need to be aware so you can improve. This apartment just did not meet our expectations especially for over $500 a night. The entire group expected much more, this is 4 people’s feedback. Also, considering all the above, I would recommend you provide the guests with the disclosure document at the time of booking and not after the payment is done in full. There is high expectation from the guests for an apartment that requires a lot of maintenance. We travel a lot and for $500 a night, we usually get more quality than this time around.

Great location and lovely resort , very uncomfortable couch

The resort is located in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, and right on the beach. The three pools are generous in size and the resort itself is lovely.

The apartment is dated and tired. The couch and cushions could use a good clean, and the furniture in general is a little old. The dining room chairs were unstable. Tiles were cracked and loose in the main area, and the carpets are tired and old. There is very minimal cooking things to use, and for a place that holds 6, there was barely enough plates and cups to cover the 4 adults staying. The beds are also “fixed” into place, which makes staying with smaller children difficult. For a stay of 3 nights or more, I would also suggest more basics like dishwashing tablets and toilet paper. The staff were very pleasant and check in was easy enough.

No lifts, hard with a pram etc. the hotel was starting to look a bit dated, rust stains, etc

Our apartment was very spacious for our family to stay in and had a lovely view of the pool area. The staff at Belle Escapes were amazing. They allowed us to check in early and were very prompt with providing extra bath towels as not enough had been left.

We loved our stay. The only minor complaint would be maybe some extra power points downstairs for charging phones, computers etc.

The room was excellent, very spacious and clean! There is a neat little kitchen with utensils and a good sized fridge. The view was lovely looking over the pools. The location is great with direct access to the beach and a nice walk to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

There are lots of stairs including in the room which wasn't a problem for us but may be helpful to know!
