My friend and our teenage sons and I all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house and yard are full of treasures, and the property is sprawling and gorgeous. Wonderful place!

This is a charming unique home with all the amenities you need. We enjoyed the flowers which attracted a host of butterflies and hummingbirds. We also had a deer spend most of the days with us which was so enjoyable! We rented a boat for a day and also saw a bald eagle fly right over our heads. Truly a relaxing vacation!

I don’t even know where to begin. Such a magical place. Suzzane is a phenomenal host. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. We had multiple mornings and evening watching the family of deer that live close by. Spent countless hours finding “treasures” in the stream. The property is conveniently located minutes from downtown, but secluded to the point we felt we had the mountain to ourself.
Our family has stayed at numerous VRBOs - none even come close to the treasure this place was. If you have family - you’d be crazy to stay anywhere else! Thanks again for such a magical time!

My Mom, daughter and I had the best week. We had an amazing time in Eureka Springs but the best part was the Rock Haus!! Every detail is amazing. The beds are so comfortable, we had everything we needed and more. Make sure to spend an extra day or two to relax and enjoy the property, we all wish we had more time.

Spent four days in this beautiful home situated on several acres outside of Eureka Springs. Worth every penny. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. If you're looking for a unique place to stay in the area then you've come to the right place.

We gasped at the beauty when we pulled through the gate. The yard, the flowers, the house - just stunning. The nights were like magic - non-stop fireflies fluttering around like fairies or fireworks. We have never seen so many & their show lasted for a good 30 minutes every night! During the day, the butterflies, bees & hummingbirds in the flowers delighted us. We saw Merle, the groundhog, lizards & a deer. The birds sang all day long. Such peaceful tranquility. The house was amazing; the beds super comfy. Kitchen well-stocked. Close to town. Suzanne was sweet to check on us & make sure we had no problems settling in. I am so glad that I found this beautiful home and that it was available for our getaway to rest, relax & enjoy the outdoors. I will definately stay here again if I visit Eureka Springs again.

Loved, loved, loved this place despite power outage due to tornadoes in the area during our stay. The downpour caused some rough runoff wear on the road to the home, but Suzanne got out there and filled in holes herself after I mentioned my fear of not being able to get the car out !! She went over and beyond!!! I can’t say enough nice things about this property or the owner. ❤️

In short, this visit, one of very, very many to Eureka over 20+ years, was among the best we’ve ever had. Suzanne is an impeccable host. She is friendly, responsive, and communicative, which we highly valued. We had no issues during the stay, but judging from her communication style, if we had it would have been taken care of immediately.
The house and grounds are immaculate. The painstakingly maintained gardens and the natural beauty of the valley meld perfectly with the home, inside and out. It’s first and foremost a very comfortable space, but it’s also whimsical, interesting, and fun! We all marveled and took joy from the eclectic collection of decor. It is obviously Suzanne cares very much for her guests, so we look forward to many returns.

This was a beautiful house that was close to town (2 minutes from the shops) but felt remote. Our host was attentive, responsive, and so simple to work with. We could not have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely everything about Rock Haus is beyond amazing! From the minute you pull into the drive you feel as if you are about to walk into a scene from a fairy tale! The incredibly exquisite and unusual collections, as well as the time that has been taken to display them and make this little cottage a dream, is undeniable. The streams surrounding the property, the paths we were able to follow, and the wildlife we could see (and hear) all added to the phenomenal experience. No one, from my 19 year old son to my 80 year old mother, wanted to leave. Rock Haus is the epitome of Eureka Springs and of what I would love my home to be. ❤️

Spent Christmas with my teenage grandchildren in this home. While the home is spacious, the main floor felt cozy and inviting. The secluded property allowed us to enjoy the tourist areas and return to the quiet home environment we needed.

All of the above. We got in late because of a broken pipe at home. When we arrived we spent so much time ohhing and ahhing we didn't get to sleep very early. The beds were comfortable. I've never seen so many quilts in one house. Decorated so pretty for Christmas. Coming back this Spring if she has an opening.

The cottage was the perfect place for a girls weekend. The home is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and hiking in a peaceful setting that felt away from it all. The attention to detail for creating an amazing stay was noticeable including fresh flowers and music playing upon arrival to quality linens and towels and a well appointed kitchen. The care and attention to the outdoor area and flowers further contributed to making Rock Haus the perfect place for relaxation.

This is my third time to stay at this magical cottage - twice with friends and once with my husband. It is impeccable - from the decorations to the cleanliness to the little touches that just make it, well, perfect. Suzanne is a fabulous hostess and we plan on coming back in October. Wish i could give 100 stars!

The property and it's location were so peaceful and serene it defys explanation. Everything was so nice and the AC was so cold and refreshing. The unit has a split system, which allowed my wife a continued cool snooze while I prepared breakfast down stairs in a slightly warmer environ. It really is the small details that Suzanne provides that make the difference. This was HOME for us for the week. And when you arrive home after dark to a family of white tail deer bedded down under the big pine out front where you are supposed to park was an experience we will always cherish. Coming back is a no brainer for us. We've found our Eureka Springs vacation home. Now if Suzanne were to sell I definitely will be in the line to make a bid!

The Rock Haus is an enchanting house we will not soon forget. We loved the idyllic setting with the creek across the road, the woods behind the house and the lake just a short walk away. The privacy and serenity of the place was amazing as it was just a short drive into town. It was the perfect place for us to relax in after spending the day exploring Eureka Springs. It fit our family of 5 perfectly.

I wish there were more stars to rate this stay! My wife and I absolutely loved this home! Probably the most relaxing place we have ever stayed. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. We love that it was so secluded and quiet, but yet only a few short minutes to town. Communication with the owner was fantastic as well.

This is our favorite rental over our many years. This is the first time I actually had great skillets, knives, and kitchen tools to work with. The beds were comfortable, the decor had fun and whimsical surprises around every corner. The setting with the little creek was amazing. We were in heaven, and it was great being able to communicate with the owner at any time.

We arrived to a family of deer greeting us to the property. And the storybook experience continued in the fairytale-esque home that was beautifully appointed. All of our needs and wants were anticipated and met from the expansive quilt selection, stocked cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. The land around the property allowed for hours of exploring and sledding as we arrived during the winter vortex. We truly enjoyed the house, acreage, and the entire town of Eureka Springs.

Loved our week at this perfect getaway. We were there the last week of October and the trees and surrounding property made for a gorgeous autumn vacation. The house is charming, and even though it’s on acreage, it is close to Eureka Springs’ amenities. Getting luggage up the stone steps was a bit difficult for single, senior women.

This has to be the most well-loved home I've ever had with VRBO. We traveled during the day, and it was a delight to come back home to. We loved-loved everything about the Rock-Haus , From the paint texture on the kitchen walls to the collection of quilts was just amazing! Great location to Eureka, although the limerock road to the Rock Haus was challenging at times. That would be the only 4 star I would give this charming home!!
