This place is right in the middle of paradise ! You can walk to everything! Great shops and restaurants and of course the best beach in the world! Delphine made our stay even better by responding to anything we needed.

Great location near grocery, pizza shop, an entire plaza of restaurants. Beach a block away. The property was outfitted with everything you need. Super experience.

My husband and I just love staying in this unit. Delphine is so amazing to work with. She keeps her unit very well stocked in case you forget something she seems to have it all. I love how she has extra towels available for showers and the beach. The counter space is very spacious when cooking and the fridge and freezer as well. Again, her unit had it all or everything you need while staying In paradise. Already booked for 2024.

Highly recommended. This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Delphine’s apartments. Thoroughly equipped, best location, one block from the beach and several very good restaurants. Delphine is a gracious host.

We loved it here! A great apartment, perfect spot, very clean and well stocked. Great shower and out door space! Walk to the beach in minutes!! This apartments is located in the middle of Orient Bay. You are just steps from the beach, over 10+ restaurants all at walking distance, 2 markets, etc. The apartment is very cozy, complete with all you need to have an exiting and relaxing vacation and a fantastic and large balcony. Delphine is a fantastic property manager. The pictures are exactly how it is. Very modern with cable TV and Wi-Fi. Will be back next year.

My wife and I just returned from our four week stay in the apartment. It was as advertised; modern, clean, and fully functional. The location is great with everything within walking distance. It is on the second floor with a large patio overlooking the Main Street in Orient Bay. You really don’t need a car as the beach and ten restaurants are within three minutes. There is also a French bakery and pizza parlor on the first floor of the same building and the super market is in the building next door. Delphine was a super host and made us welcome and attended to all our concerns during our stay. She even arranged our transport back to the airport. We highly recommend the apartment. We had a fabulous stay at Delphine’s property in Orient Bay. The apartment had everything you could ask for, plenty or towels, beach towels, and a very well equipped kitchen. There is a gorgeous veranda that overlooks the village with lounge chairs and a table that seats 4 where we enjoyed our breakfast each day. We have been coming to this area for 17 years and have staying in many different places. We liked this one beat because it was right in the village but very quiet inside and Delphine was a delightful owner! We plan to stay with her again next time we visit.

Very nice and easy experiance

We visit St. Martin 2 or 3 times a year, and this is our new favorite place to stay! The location is fantastic and the studio has everything we need for a comfortable 2 week stay! Love having the washing machine and large patio. Also the best internet service we have experienced on the island. We have already booked for our next visit. Thank you, Delphine! We had a amazing stay here in this well appointed studio, from the comfortable bed, kitchen with utensils, nice size bathroom, washer ( nice addition) and large patio, all within several yards from Orient Beach, great French restaurants, convenience store and bakery. The Island is really coming back and you won't be disappointed coming or staying here. Delphine is great host. Thanks again with help with the towels, you saved us!

Delphine’s studio makes for a very easy stay at Orient Beach. Short walk to Bikini Beach; shorter still to the village and its superb restaurants. Just downstairs is the Good Morning cafe, excellent and very reasonable for breakfast. A few steps away is the casino/mini mart that has everything you need to get you through your visit. Despite being in the center of things, the location is quiet and peaceful. The studio itself is spacious, clean and well equipped. We didn’t cook, but you certainly could. WIFI and TV worked well. Delphine is responsive & was nice enough to arrange our taxi to the airport. As an aside, the island is coming back; in fact, from a vacationer’s perspective, Orient Beach is up and running. If you’re planning a visit, Delphine’s studio makes it very simple. Highly recommend.

So close to the beach, restaurants and little grocery store. Everything you need is right here in the community. Especially enjoyed the restaurants so close by. If you want to eat in, the kitchen is adequate also. Owners were on time and helpful upon arrival. Would stay at this location again. Dale & Pat Bryant

The studio apartment is in a fabulous location, just steps from the village square where you can find various restaurants, and a mere 1 to 2 hundred yards from Bikini Beach bar's entrance, we just returned from a 9 day trip October 19th through 28th. The apartment was clean and fulfilled all of my wife and my needs. It seemed well stocked with the necessary items to cook with although on vacation we never do, and that was true for this trip as well. My wife has long hair and sometimes water pressure is an issue in rentals or hotels that was not the case here as the shower had good water pressure. As mentioned there are indeed US channels for those traveling and needing English channels. Delphine was a wonderful host. We would recommend this property to others. If you plan on being in Orient or on the island in general over the next year, keep in mind there is construction all around. The damage all around is beginning to lessen with each day although still visible. Over our nine days we saw buildings go from no roof to completely new roof, and everything in between. Over the next several months more and more of the beauty we enjoyed pre Irma will return. We are especially thankful to Delphine and her fellow SXM residents for being wonderful hosts while they are also still trying to recover and have their homes and lives restored to some normalcy.

This is a perfect condo to stay in for two people. It was very clean and Delphine was a sweetheart. She met us when we arrived and we did not see her until we left (our choice) We knew where she was but she left us to enjoy our vacation. This place is right above "Good Morning" bakery /restaurant that just opened while we where there. Also in the same strip with a little market and some great restaurants. Just a moment away from the beach and other fine eateries in the heart of the village. We loved the terrace very spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Delphine provided adapters but we still needed to purchase another one for my flat iron (we needed to get two just to plug my iron in) So that was our only issue (which was not lol) I would bring one if you have just in case. We never once turned on the TV which had numerous channels and the internet worked like a charm. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo had everything we needed. It's within walking distance to Club O. Delphine was the perfect hostess. She's amazing!
