Ursprüngliches Kutscherhaus-Studio mit einem Parkplatz in der Innenstadt von Fairhope neben Gene's Beans Ice Cream & Coffee und gegenüber dem Dragonfly Restaurant. Spazieren Sie zu den Cafés, zu den Bars, zu den Restaurants oder zum Lebensmittelgeschäft. Das Haus ist als Studio eingerichtet, so dass Queen-Size-Bett, Schlafsofa und Küche in einem Raum sind. Für die Vermietung von Kutschenhäusern ist ein Parkplatz erlaubt (die Einfahrt fasst zwei Autos, aber die Einfahrt ist ein Gemeinschaftsraum.) Das Ferienhaus ist mit Waschmaschine / Trockner, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Herd mit Backofen ausgestattet. Das Haus hat keine Spülmaschine oder Kabel, aber hoffentlich wird es kein Problem sein, da Sie sich in perfekter Lage neben einigen der besten Restaurants und Aktivitäten der Stadt befinden.

Little hard to find due to street sign being incorrect, but lovely property.

The location was superior you were right in the middle of town.
The little cottage needs some TLC, sofa was stained ,walls, needed to be painted frig was not cleaned, shelves and nightstands were dusty … the place needed a deep cleaning
We did enjoy our stay being in the middle of everything!
Our neighbors in the ice cream shop and the restaurant were super friendly and both great places to eat

We had a great time! We loved how close the room was to everything! There were some issues with the internet but the owner did everything she could to help us out which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

One, the directions to the property and its exact location were a little confusing. BUT the location was worth it. I would suggest ownership clean that up a little bit.
Secondly we had a little issue that I am confident that ownership and management did not know until we brought it to our attention. Within LITTLE TIME, an owner was there to address it and take care of it. THAT is what I want in a short-term rental. Customer service and ATTENTION and they passed that with flying colors!

The VRBO was perfect and in the center of the town. Perfect for walks and shopping.

The cottage was in a fantastic spot. Very walkable to everything. When the door lock didn't work, the owner was quick to respond and fix the issue. Sheets and towels were clean. The pictures on VRBO no longer represent what the cottage is like currently. There are twin bunkbeds mashed into the living room now. The couch was stained and the unit needs a deep clean and painting. The outside green awning is falling apart. I am thankful that the weather was fantastic and we spent most of our time outdoors. We stayed because of the walkability, but I would not rent again.

Great location right in downtown. We came for the Mardi Gras prade. We could walk out the front door and turn left or right to see the parade.

Great town with great people. Little cottage is right amongst the downtown shopping. The photos represent the accommodations. I reached out to the host two separate times and neither time did I receive a reply. No reply when I questioned option to change reservation. And then, after the trip I asked for a receipt and no reply. I can’t imagine what I would’ve done if there would’ve been something that happened during the trip. I was considering staying at this spot once a year but since there’s no communication from the host, I’m not going to follow through on that plan. Will book somewhere else instead. Great town, great shopping.

We were right in the middle of everything. It was so nice to walk out the front door to shopping and dining or just a treat next door with ice cream. Also just a short beautiful walk to the pier. What a perfect place this was.

This was a lovely little place to stay right in the middle of town, with great places to shop and dine just a brief walk away. The town ice cream parlor is right next door! We left something there and had to go back for it, and the owner couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you!

Super close/convenient to everything in town. Since our last stay here you’ve removed the screen at the front door so when we open it everyone can see straight on in. You also added bunk beds right inside the front door… they smack you right in the face as you walk in. We think this size house is more suitable for a couple. Adding the bunks just crowds the room and took away from its quaint feel. More bedding for a small family with kids would work out better with a pull out couch so couples like us don’t have to work around a huge bunk. Otherwise, you can’t beat this location!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience of parking right at our door, restaurants, shopping, and even the Mardi Gras parades! There was a slight glitch at check in but our property owner remedied it right away. 😊. Our only complaint was the smart lock on the door. It’s very tricky to use and the slightest movement or breeze causes a little alarm to sound. Perhaps replace it or change battery? Definitely would stay there again!

The location of this cottage is amazing! You really can't beat it. We were able to walk to so many wonderful restaurants and shops! The cottage itself is in desperate need for a deep cleaning and fresh paint. I would recommend bringing house shoes to walk on the floor as they did not feel clean and the grout is black. The towels and linens are also stained and dingy feeling. It has so much potential and really needs renovating/updating.

Door lock problematic; needs metal latch plate.
Gulley next to parking spot needs filled in...falling hazard.
All light sockets need working bulbs or at very least bulbs to negate shock hazard.
Sharp knife and cooking pot needs to provided for preparing and cooking food.
Kitchen drain stoppers need cleaning...are covered with black mold. Very unhealthy!
Bathroom drain needs cleaned and snaked...sounds like #$%&* down there.
Other than that all was great.

This is such a great location! It was an easy walk to all our favorite restaurants. The place is clean, cozy and comfortable. The bed is super comfy as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

The small porch to sit outside badly needed a pressure washer!

Perfect little cottage if you want to spend time in downtown Fairhope. Park at your front door and walk to everything, shops, attractions and restaurants. Fun to sit out and people and dog watch. Would like to clarify from other post that the AC is very quite and the shutters and blinds on windows keeps it plenty dark for sleeping in should you wish to.
