We had a wonderful time! Location was perfect, a 2 minute bike ride to the beach. Condo had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. Comfy sofa and beds. Plenty of games and books for down time and rainy days (we were there for Hurricane Debby) but still had a wonderful time. Highly recommended EJ’s condo. He was so kind and helpful and we will surely return! Thank you again!

The moment you drive thru the gates all the world’s worries leave your body. Welcome to Kiawah! We stayed at Turtle Cove. Our host EJ was kind, very informative and the villa was exactly what we were looking for. Coffee on the porch overlooking the lagoon watching the wildlife. Short bike ride to the beach. An afternoon at the pool. Shopping and eating at Freshfields. Can’t wait to go back.

This second floor condo is situated on a pretty cul-de-sac. There is a water view of a scenic lagoon from the Master bedroom, kitchen, and screened in porch. Alligator sightings are almost daily. The beds are very comfortable and there is good pressure in the showers. It’s a cozy and tastefully decorated home. The 8-9 minute walk to the beach is pretty and enjoyable. The restaurants on Kiawah are a bit pricey but there are more reasonably priced restaurants just minutes away at Fresh Fields, which is a beautiful little boutique village. The homeowner, EJ, was a delight to deal with. Kiawah Guest Services was always available to assist us when needed ( we had a couple issues with the living room tv and EJ promptly rectified this along with guest services). Every inch of Kiawah Island is lush and beautiful. EJ’s condo is a lovely place to experience it.

Our stay was perfect in every way. From the quiet neighborhood to the close proximity to the beach. The condo had all that we needed and the the bed was so nice. We spent every evening on the porch watching the wildlife.

We had a great time staying at this condo! We kept our bikes outside and it was about 10 minutes walk to the beach with kids. The view out the back was so peaceful and having the resort amenities is a huge plus (heated pools, shuttle transport). Kiawah in April is just beautiful. We hope to return!

We stayed to have Thanksgiving with local family in Charleston. The condo was great and we walked to the beach easily each morning. Good location and we enjoyed the extra amenities like using the shuttle to go to the Mingo Point Osyster Roast. We had everything that we needed and the condo was nicely decorated and kitchen dishes etc well stocked. We will definitely come back again.

We had a great time in Kiawah, as always. The condo was really nice, clean and in a great location. The condo owner was also very nice and communicated with me promptly regarding the rental. I highly recommend this property and owner, just leave me a week in the fall.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described in the listing. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great location on the island. EJ made sure we had all the info we needed to have a great vacation. We hope to stay here again sometime.

The combination of location, comfort, and resort privileges at the rate offered by the owner = one of the best values we've found in over a decade of renting at Kiawah. The unit is located within a decent walking distance from the beach, and is a short bike ride from Night Heron Park, the pool, and its new market/cafe. We always love a good lagoon view with gator sightings and this unit did not disappoint! We will keep this villa on the list of places we'd rent again on our next visit to Kiawah.

We have a family with two young teenagers, and this place was perfect. Nice balcony overlooking the lagoon. Great location as well, middle of the island - close to the beach, and just a short bike ride to the bass pond and the night heron pool. Kitchen is nicely stocked for cooking meals as well!

Wonder location and quiet, comfortable stay!
Clean, comfortable, convenient stay! My family loves Kiawah Island and this condo has everything we needed. Beautiful, quiet lagoons to watch wildlife. Convenient walk/bike ride to the beach. We also loved the resort passes to use the pool. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect
This condo was absolutely perfect. The beds and couch were so very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with literally everything you could ever need to cook a great meal. It’s a short, beautiful walk to the beach and there is wildlife everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the birds and alligators go by. On top of all this, the condo is totally quiet! We had people below and next to us but heard nothing. 10/10 will book again!

Lovely place on magical Kiawah
We had a great stay in this well equipped apartment. Perfect location and access to resort amenities. Walking distance to beach, the Sanctuary hotel, tennis courts and market. Only negative was cleaning of the apartment, which was not up to standard.

Just Perfect!
We absolutely loved our Kiawah trip. The rental was perfect for our family. Everything was as pictured, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the veranda, and got to see an alligator swim right past us a couple of times. There were deer right in the yard almost daily. We only had about a 5 minute walk to the beach, which was just beautiful. We could see dolphins swimming right from the beach, and we really loved watching the birds dive into to water. The resort staff were so friendly and helpful, the kids really enjoyed the pool and water slides. We did go into Charleston for a day, which was only about a 40 minute drive to the open air market. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation, thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

Perfect Location!
We loved staying at this little villa perfect for our small family! The location was great! A short 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute bike ride to the pools. We loved sitting on the screened in porch and enjoying dinner and watching the wildlife in the pond. This is a second story unit so the views were great! The listing said sleeps up to 6 but there is only a king and two twin beds. We are a family of 5 but thankfully we did bring a blowup mattress, otherwise we would have had one kid sleeping on the couch. EJ was great to communicate with! We would definitely choose this rental again!

August family beach trip
The owner was very responsive and the condo was perfect for us. It was a pretty short walk (7 minutes) to the beach. I’d say if you have stuff carry you should bring a cart. The condo backed up to a lagoon and has a nice screened in porch. We saw alligators, snakes and even a shark on the trip. We go to Kiawah every year but the condo we did stay in is no longer rented so this is the first time at this one and it was great! I’d definitely recommend this place and we were pleased with the entire stay
