Our vacation time together was made all the more special staying in such a well organized, clean and pleasant atmosphere. The amenities were abundant and generous.

We have been vacationing in this area with private beach for close to 20 years… we love the area and the house was comfortable and well equipped. We hope to continue our annual summer family tradition, spending time with family, nothing better than that.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was nice to see the water from the house. The kayaks were a treat, and the private beach pass was amazing. The central air-conditioning and covered porch were highlights, as well. We can’t wait to go back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 121 Hoxie Ave. My husband and I stayed in many VRBO rentals and this home by far is the cleanest and well kept home we have ever stayed in! The proximity to the ocean was minutes by car or bike! It was a peaceful and pleasant experience!

The property is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the stay. We enjoyed the weekend. We stayed in April so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but there were plenty of them to enjoy.

We needed a place close to family for the Thanksgiving holiday. We hit the jackpot Lovely neighborhood I watched the sunrise every morning ! The house is clean and comfortable great kitchen (which is always a plus) nice back yard hopefully it won’t be our last stay.

The house is a few minutes walk from the pond where we kayaked. A quick drive to a lovely private beach with a parking lot. The house is ideal for 4-6 people. The game closet has many many games for all ages. The owner responded quickly to our questions.

Our entire family had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and well maintained. All the extras like bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, clamming rakes, and a well appointed kitchen made the stay extra special for everyone! We will definitely be back.

This is a happy home. Thoughtfully appointed and equipped. We came to town with our 28 year old daughter for a family wedding on Charlestown Beach. We rode the bikes (included) to Dave’s for coffee and to explore the back roads and the marshes. We played backyard corn hole (equipment in the garage) with Aunts and Uncles. We slept well and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Allen.

The house was nice, and the activities were fun. The bikes were great to ride around the neighborhood. The kayaks would have been great if it had been a little warmer. There were lots of games!

My sister-in-law and my niece and her family loved the house. It had all the amenities that made for a great weekend get-away. Great views of Ninigret Pond and very close to Blue Shutters and East Beach. The only downside was having to provide your own sheets, pillowcases and towels which is something we were not use to, especially just for a two-night stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The hosts were extremely responsive from initial inquiry to check out. The availability of bikes, kayaks and parking pass for beach are great extras. Terrific location for touring the area and s very comfortable home for relaxing at day’s end. Highly recommend.

Had terrific weather in a perfectly located we'll appointed home. Allen the owner keeps you so we'll informed about everything!!! He has a welcome email before the stay that includes everything you need to know about the house so you can plan what you will and won't need. The beach pass, bikes and kayaks, along with all the yard games were what made this house so great. Thank you!

Access to and ease of private beach parking was key with a couple little ones. Short bike ride to the beach, easy access to Rte. Quiet neighborhood. Mattress upgrade in one of the rooms would be desired. Overall we'd stay again. Lived up to expectations.

Beautiful and spacious
Enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful home. This was our 2nd year in a row renting the same house. The private BS bch pass is key, as the lot fills up quickly. The home was clean and well kept. Although we didn’t use the kayaks they are a plus as well. We used the beach chairs which made it nice not having to bring your own. The location is everything.

Sweet summer place
Great location close to the pond and the beach. Clean and brightly lit with lots of natural light in the bedrooms. Great for a family vacation with lots of beach toys, boats, and grill.

Beautiful beach house!
We rented this beach house during our wedding weekend and it could not have been more perfect! My bridal party and I got ready that day out on the deck and it gave us a base camp during our weekend. After the wedding, my new husband and I stayed a few extra days to enjoy the beautiful weather. We hit the beach often and the pass and private beach access made us feel as if we were in the tropics. Beautiful Charlestown setting and the yard is also quite peaceful. Such a great place to stay in South County!

Early June; 1st time stay
This property was excellent as was the area it was in. It was convenient to the beaches and the house had available a parking pass for a private parking area at the beach which was invaluable. It also had bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, beach umbrella and basically anything you might really want for a beach stay. Our hosts were responsive and addressed our inquiries. Would definitely stay again.
