Unsere Wohnung ist 999 Quadratmeter in der 2. Etage, wunderschön mit gehobenen Möbeln und Geräten eingerichtet.
Es gibt einen großen Wohn- / Essbereich mit einem Schlafsofa.
Die Master-Suite umfasst ein Kingsize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein großes Bad mit separatem WC und eine große Badewanne-Dusche.
Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein komplettes Badezimmer.
Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle. Es gibt einen separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit einer großen Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Unit in good repair and little extras wasn’t expecting like beach towels and barbecue. Very comfortable for sleeping and cooking, 2 nice bathrooms. Location close to airport, shopping, highway and beach. Community pool very nice!

Our family of four had a great time at this condo. It was very clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. Beach towels were provided along with shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was a washer and dryer as well. It was only 4 miles from our daughters college, PBA. It was easy to shop for her new dorm room. It is also close to the City Square and the beach. It is in a beautiful complex, nicely landscaped. The pool and hot tub and work out room were clean. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. We would definitely be happy to come back and stay again.

The condo space and amenities were perfect for us. The only complaint we have was the couch and living area furniture was not comfortable. at all. The master bedroom is perfect for two adults but the guest bedroom would not have been accessible for two middle aged adults due to the bunk bed. We would however rent again.

This property is located in a gated community and we felt very safe and secure which was important to us as we have small children. The master bathroom shower is amazing! My three girls loved having their own room and bathroom- it was a perfect fit for them with the bunk beds. We didn’t go to the pool as we were visiting family, but we did go to the beach and was able to use the beach towels and beach toys that were there at the house. I was also surprised to find some kid toys in the house which kept the kiddos busy during downtime at the condo.
It was just a perfect place for us and we really enjoyed everything it offered! Five stars!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the home. The pictures did not do it justice. A very nice upgraded home with everything you need an extras! There was even an extra mattress under the bunk bed. The people at the clubhouse were very nice and the pool area was not crowded. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was perfect for my family. It was clean and came stocked with the basics. The owner sent us all the information we needed for our stay. They also had some kids toys stocked which was amazing! The condo was spacious and had a washer and dryer in there with soap. The location was great close to alot of places and beaches. I would definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future.

We loved our stay here. We had a great bed in the primary bedroom with comfy pillows. The water pressure was fabulous in the primary bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. The location was central to lots of places we love even though they weren’t RIGHT there. The spa and pool were very nice. We always love having a washer and dryer in the unit…. so convenient. There is a lot of drawers and closets to unpack into. The ONLY smallish complaint I would throw out there is that this place didn’t have the best couch. We like couches that are good for naps and this wasn’t a nap couch. But I would recommend this place and would rent it again.

Great quiet location close to everything. There were no hiccups.... the house sign is right next to the wall so you might miss it the 1st time, but if you see the USPS mailboxes the condo is 50 feet to the west. Righnt next to the pool etc. We managed to book during the coldest week in 30 yrs. We have a tradition of doing that it seems. I would recomend this property to anyone. The kids room has a pocket door for noise that you can close off. The main bedroom bed was nice and comfy. Perfect location and perfect hosts. Would book again.

Rental was perfect. Great location just minutes from everything (beach, shopping, food) Very clean and felt very safe. Had a question the first day and hosts answered immediately. They even left shampoo soaps hand sanitizer etc. Also the pool and amenities were great. Very clean. Will def book again for my next trip

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Very homey feel and very safe, welcoming area. We left already planning and hoping to stay here again! The condo was stocked with a basic supply of all soaps and detergents one would need for their stay along with a few staple condiments for cooking.

The property was clean and close to shopping and made us feel comfortable. There was no BS and nice and quiet and basically had the pool and amenities all to ourselves unlike a resort. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

This condo is cute and has many updates. We were so impressed with all of the things that the condo was stocked with. From coolers and beach chairs to a pack-n-play for the baby, we had absolutely everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were nice. Most of the time, we were the only ones there! The beds weren't super comfortable, but not too terrible. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again!

It was good. A little smaller than we thought but we made it work. A few repairs needed to the property. The pocket door didn't work and no one came to repair it even after we spoke to the owner. Didn't want stress so we dropped it. There wasn't any privacy because of that. The washing machine works well but makes a lot of noise. Might want to get it checked. The garbage bags under the kitchen sink we wet so you might also want to check for leaks there.

This location was absolutely perfect for a nice relaxing vacation with friends. Very private condo with private entrances. So close to downtown/bars/restaurants/beaches. Also, a nice pool/hottub area as well! We loved this place and will definitely be returning.

1. Door to condo was so sticky you almost have to pull your arm out of socket to open it.
2. Online listing said sleeps 7 with 1 infant. Well 5 is the real number. The pull out sofa sleeper was not even sleep-worthy.
3. My friends and I traveled from Indiana and North Carolina to play in a baseball tournament and I specifically requested that the pool and hot tub be in working order. All 5 days the hot tub was down and was not repaired. The pool was OK but very dirty. We had to clean the pool ourselves before getting in.
4. The listing was for the most part very misleading. Won't stay there ever again. I could never get a direct phone number to speak with the person who rented this to me. All correspondence was done thru email and everytime I asked for a direct phone number, I was directed to the pool club house (where most of the time nobody was there). Or the community manager...not who I rented from. That was a very disappointing stay for something that was supposed to be a fun vacation with friends.

Great condo and great location. It was a short drive to the beach and just a few blocks from the Outlet Malls. The rooms are spacious and we had need for the extra mattress , which my son used in the living room. It was perfect for our needs and we loved the pool and hot tub. Thanks! Our stay was excellent! The location felt safe for running around the lake, and was close to City Place, Clematis Street restaurants, and the ocean (need a car or Uber, but within 10 minutes!). The pool was so nice and clean - there were some Covid time restrictions but we were able to work around them. The place was just as it looked - the Master bath was SO nice! It included tons of towels and everything you need for a short stay! Would definitely recommend this spot.

There will always be room for improvement no matter where you stay. I was able to provide a few suggestions to the owner who was very receptive. Overall I was very impressed by the level of thought put into the condo. They provide you everything short of food, clothes, and a toothbrush. Plenty of towels, linens, dishes, cookware, Tupperware, cleaning supplies.... you name it, it was there. There was even shampoo, conditioner, hair gel, body wash, books, magazines, dvds, beach stuff, plastic bags, & laundry detergent! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

This unit was a wonderful surprise. Everything you could think of was included. There were beach towels, tennis rackets, gas grill, washer & dryer, coolers, beach gear, kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, storage containers, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the condo, so noise was not a problem. TV, internet, telephone, cable, dvd player. The clubhouse and pool with spa was incredible. Workout room. Reserved parking spot. Close to everything you could imagine. Area was very well kept. Neighbors were very nice and helpful. 5 minutes to shopping - Target and new Outlet Mall. Restaurants galore within 5 to 10 minutes. Will definitely stay there again.
