We had the best stay at this gorgeous home. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and for lots of restaurants and shops. Having a private pool at the house is a major plus— especially with younger kids. We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this gorgeous property!

We absolutely LOVED everything about this gorgeous home. It was clean, very comfortable, and laid out beautifully. The home was close to everything in Rosemary; just step out the door and everything is in walking distance. Shops, restaurants and the beach entrances are close by.
My daughter had a wonderful 18th birthday with family and was very happy. The pool was clean and was fantastic to cool off in.

Our stay at this VRBO in Rosemary Beach was absolutely fantastic! The **convenient location** was a highlight, situated close to both Rosemary and Seacrest, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything these charming areas have to offer.
One of the best features was the inclusion of 4 bikes, which made getting around both fun and effortless. The host provided easy and prompt communication, answering any questions we had swiftly and clearly, which added to the seamless experience.
The property itself was beautiful and comfortable for our family, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Rosemary Beach.

Stayed with another family. Great home but starting to fray around the edges from what I imagine is a long series of renters. Home needs a refresh but is still very nice. Home was cleaned and any issues we had were sorted immediately. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house for a multigenerational family stay. My husband and I stayed with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren and it was the perfect setup for us. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a minor issue and the property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful. They resolved the issue immediately. One of the nicest properties and nicest property owner we have rented from on VRBO. I would definitely rent this property again should we return to Rosemary Beach.

Just left this beautiful property yesterday & wish our spring break was 2 weeks long in this quaint beachside community because 1 week was not long enough! It was the *perfect* location, size, and layout for our group of adults & teens celebrating our seniors graduating from high school. It had all the amenities we needed (except no beach chairs & the Keurig coffee maker leaked/did not work which was disappointing for our crew). However, there are walkable coffee shops that made up for it & we just used towels to sit on at the beach. This house did offer beach towels, plenty of kitchen utensils & basics we did not need to bring (oil, sugar, salt/pepper, etc) that many rentals do not provide, including kitchen towels.
The pool was heated & actually worked which made our time at the house even more enjoyable to have that option on the cooler, more windy days. Everything was walkable and it was a safe community such that we felt comfortable letting our teens explore & go off by themselves to the beach & shops. Having access to bikes was also very nice and was included in the pricing of the home.
We would love to return to this house again in the future if given the opportunity. It was the BEST week!

Our week at this outstanding home celebrating our 40th anniversary with our family of ten (adults, kids, toddler and infant) simply could not have been better! We are no strangers to Rosemary Beach and all agreed that this house, hands down, has the perfect combination of best location, floor plan, beautiful architecture inside and out, private backyard with a perfect size heated pool that cannot be found elsewhere in this lovely beach community. Did I mention location?? Only a few minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The entire process was seamless from beginning of our stay to the end. Lynne, the gracious owner of this awesome property, was kind, accommodating and helpful. When we return to Rosemary we won’t even think about looking to stay anywhere else other than “Under the Rosemary Sun.”

This was an amazing home. Perfect for our family of 6. Kids had options where they could sleep. The pool was exactly what we needed on non beach days, heated perfectly, in the comfort of our own area. Could go in if needed/wanted. The home was stunning, kitchen was beautiful. We cooked 7 days straight there. Grill was used almost daily. The washer and dryer was perfect. Went home with no dirty clothes and washed and cleaned lids super quick. Don’t have one complaint!

We’ve stayed in multiple homes in the Rosemary Beach area, and this is by far our favorite. Every word of the listing is spot on. The location of the bedrooms are perfect (none next to one another). The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked almost every night and every breakfast. The backyard and pool are fantastic and we basically lived outside. I don’t think we ever turned on a TV. It’s a short walk to a private beach. We will come back. We will stay here again … and again … and again. You cannot beat this place.

The property was overall beautiful. Amazing location. Only a couple blocks from the beach. A really short walk, even with two toddlers and a stroller. It is also a corner lot and feels really private which was amazing. The place was really quiet.
The pool area was really great. We loved the covered patio area as well.
The only thing that was unfortunate was the refrigerator was broken during our stay. So, there was a replacement fridge that was installed and it was sitting right in the middle of the kitchen the whole time. It was right in the middle of a main walkway from the kitchen out to the pool doors. Definitely would have liked for that to not be there but we adjusted. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Such a beautiful property in the heart of Rosemary, just blocks from the beach and a gorgeous private yard with a good sized pool. We had one issue with an appliance and the home owner was quick to respond and did everything she could to rectify the situation quickly. I'd highly recommend.

And I expected a lot. The property had such a comfortable, at-home feel that no one wanted to leave at the end of the week. Convenience to the beach and availability of the backup pool options was perfect for our family. It was a wonderful week.

Our wonderful Rosemary Beach family vacation!
This clean, comfortable and beautiful home was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 1 infant. The checkin process was clear and so easy. Our host, Lynn, was highly responsive and answered our questions immediately! The home was conveniently located near the quaint village center and an easy walk to the gorgeous beach and wonderful restaurants. Plus we had a week of sunny and clear weather, as icing on the cake. I would definitely come back…without hesitation.

COMFORTABLE AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH
as advertised! the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed was "too small" for two people to occupy for a full week. with grown children with spouses, we would have preferred that this bedroom was larger.

Wonderful Home in Rosemary Beach
We loved our time staying here in Rosemary Beach. With two young children, we spent a lot of time here during naps and in the evenings and it was the perfect place to be. There was plenty of space for everyone and the private pool was amazing- our family spent a ton of time in the backyard. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our family, and the owner was quick to respond. We ran out of propane for the grill one evening, and she quickly had it replaced the next day. Couldn't recommend a better place to stay!

Rosemary Beach 2022
The property was true to it’s photos. It was clean and situated well for a quick walk to the beach and the main area of the village. We had a small hiccup with a hose coming undone from the top floor toilet and had to quickly shut that off, deal with the steaming water coming from the lights, and had to use our towels to soak up water and move furniture. L We had a quick call back from the property manager. And a visit from a plumber the next morning. My 2 teens boys slept through it all even though the plumber had to come into their sleeping space to access the toilet. The property manager helped how she could with extra towels and phone calls. It was just bad luck but created some stress as we were leaving for a family dinner right when it happened. The owner left us a small gift, I’m assuming for the trouble of dealing with the hose and all the water and stress.

Perfect Spring break Getaway
We absolutely loved this house and location. It’s perfectly located near the square and a short walk to the beach. We were 3 families with 3 teens. They loved the private bunk area. We enjoyed the outdoor porches, pool area and large dining table for dinner and games. My favorite house I’ve rented at Rosemary.

Rosemary Perfection
We have stayed in various houses (maybe half a dozen or more) and this was by far my favorite. The space was perfect, comfortable, clean and lovely. We had our 2 kids (4 and 11) and both sets of parents and everyone loved it - which says a lot! The kids room on the top floor was perfect and we spent hours in the pool every day because the tide was pretty rough at the beach for most of our stay. I hope to be back soon and will rent again in a heartbeat. Thank you to Lynne and the property management company for super fast responses to a couple very minor issues.

Great location, 1 minute walk to downtown Rosemary, 4 minutes to the beach. The home is very quiet, so with kids it worked out well. Large rooms and with the two masters and multiple outdoor entertaining areas it would be a great place for two families to come together. Thank you for the stay Lynne.

From booming to a special request Lynn was quick to respond and very accommodating. Brenda the property manager was wonderful! Any small issues were addressed immediately and resolved. The owner is lucky to have this team. If we were ever to own property in Rosemary Beach I would want them to manage our property. Fabulous home, location and beach. Rosemary Beach's Best-Kept Secret
Couldn't have asked for better beach house! Rarely do the photos not do the home justice, but I can vouch- the home is even BETTER in person (and it already looked fabulous online). Perfect, quiet and convenient location (and you can actually see the ocean from the front balcony). I was initially worried about the size of the pool online, but was thrilled to see how spacious and deep it was in person. Kids had a blast, and we will definitely be returning next year!
