Our 3 generation family escape to Breckenridge was perfect! The location & floor plan worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The decor was lovely. Parking was plentiful. Between the home & Breckenridge’s outdoor opportunities, this was our best family vacation yet.

This home was perfect for our family of 15, which included seven children age 7 & under. It provided everything we needed and the kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you could want when cooking for a large group. It was really nice having hiking trails within a minute of the house and so convenient to restaurants & shopping. We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

This property is spacious and well designed for a large family vacation. There are plenty of bathrooms and various sizes of beds. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, dish towels, dish soap, and trash bags. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, soap, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The only item we could not find was a dust pan when we swept after meals. The cabinets in the family room have plenty puzzles and games for quality family time. There is plenty of garage and parking space. Easy walk to Peak 8 and downtown area. Check-in, property management communication, and check-out are easy. The only suggestion we have is for the hard surface floors to be mopped, and a more thorough vacuuming of the carpeted areas.

We had a very nice holiday and found the house to be a nice place to be together. There was some complaint about the comfort of the 2nd upstairs bedroom mattress and the bedframe. I texted the manager and he offered to have someone come and check the frame but the occupant said it wasn’t necessary and that the mattress was more the issue. Otherwise we enjoyed the house very much!

The town house was in a beautiful location. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. There was lots of room for our crew. Each family unit had some private space which was great. We had four under four years old and had no problem with naps being affected by noise from the adults. There were plenty of bathrooms so that was never an issue. It was close to Breck, but not close enough for us to walk. It would probably work out better for families with older children. One of the best features was the communication with the property managers. I don't think I ever waited more than three minutes for an answer to my communication. They also REALLY wanted to be helpful. GREAT stay!

Easy walk to bus stop then one quick stop to access the Gondola and ride to Slope 8. Location convenient to everything, Main Street, all slopes, public transportation.

This roomy beautiful home is a great place to stay at Breck! Super location, a few minutes walk from the shuttle that takes you to the mountain or to town. Big two car garage w additional driveway parking. Great kitchen and common spaces, hot tub etc etc etc. I appreciated that there were humidifiers as we weren’t used to the dry high altitude of Breck. I also really appreciate their simple and short list of things to do before departure. Easy communication w priory management. Hope to stay here again!

We had 10 guests stay in this rental property for six nights. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The en suite bathrooms were a significant advantage over other options. The location was great, five minute walk to free shuttle pick up, and another 5 ride to peak six and peak seven base. Could also go into town from the same stop very easily. The appliances, cookware, and kitchen set up were excellent We made dinners for four of the six nights we stayed and lacked for nothing. The property was very clean. The garage had chairs for sitting down, taking off your boots, and racks for hanging up your ski equipment, which was extra nice. It even had crutches in the closet, thankfully, we didn’t need them. Oh, and don’t forget about the hot tub. It was very nice, although the pathway was a little tender on the feet.

Finding a nice and well priced house/townhouse close to the Breckenridge slopes is not easy. This one was conveniently located by the Nordic Center, a gold shuttle bus stop. It took 5 mins to get to the slopes (Walking is about 15-20 min). The house is well furnished. The living areas were comfy. Surprisingly lots of bathrooms and room to sleep 14 (2 on pull out bed). Large garage and driveway. Only quips are the mattresses were not so comfy. If anything, the pull out couch had the best one. Carpets were a bit stained and old but that's par for rental homes esp ski ones. TV was small in the main living room. Hot tub access required going on a walkway on the side of the house vs a nearby door. But the kitchen was very well equipped.

The house was absolutely amazing. We had a little trouble with getting the heat to stay on, but it wasn’t unbearable at any point.
Also, we arrived after sundown, so finding the address on the house was initially hard…it’s not marked well for the dark. Once we knew where it was, no problem at all. Great neighborhood.

The property was very spacious for four family units. The basement space had 2 bedrooms, a den with couch bed, and bathroom. It gave my daughter’s husband and 4 children plenty of space together. Each other family unit had their own space with 3 bedrooms with baths upstairs and a nook for my teenage grandson on the daybed. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub that was clean and just right temperature. The kitchen was fully stocked with very nice dishes, pans coffee maker and all needed supplies. We were very please with our family vacation!

We had a great time with plenty of room for the 11 of us. The kitchen and great room were wonderful gathering places and everyone could retire to their own space with a private bathroom at the end of the day. The location and setting were great.

We stayed for a short girls trip and it was perfect for the six of us. We had an issue with the coffee maker and they came and replaced it that same day. It does get a bit hot upstairs during the day since there is no AC but opening up a few windows does cool the place down, even in July. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I would have would be to increase the number of dishwasher pods and garbage bags as we ate almost all of our meals at the house which caused us to run out of those items. The kitchen was very well stocked.

One of our favorite places we have ever stayed. We take an annual ski trip and this was by far one of our favorites. Plenty of room for 5 couples, with each having a bathroom of our own. The house was in a great location with easy access to the city bus which would take us to the base of peak 7 or 8 or into town. The house was lacking a few things like a pizza cutter and had very few games/entertainment options compared to some of the other places we've stayed. Otherwise the house was well equipped. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

It was a great stay for our group. It fit us all and was in a good location. The only problem we had was getting the garage door to open. It was very finicky which caused a problem because it was our only entry point into the house. We contacted the host and it was fix promptly. Over all we enjoyed our stay!

This house is great for large groups, plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked and organized for all your cooking needs - even a slow cooker was there! Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and cooking bowls and pots/pans. Every section in kitchen is labeled with a label maker so everything is in its right place. The house was very clean when arrived and great communication day before and day of with arrival and access instructions. Very short walk to Gold shuttle to base of peak 8 and believe peak 7 as well. Hot tub outside was GREAT. Amazing property and good time had by all.
