- sofa bed too soft for us and it was quite squeaky. - there’s very bad smell from the bathroom, maybe was from the pipe of building..not a big deal but if you care. - the blanket has strange humidity smell too. - next time we will read the room description and reviews properly before we book.

Apartment itself was ok, a bit small but comfortable

Location of the property is from the worse nightmare. Dangerous zone of Marseille, a lot of sketchy people around, police in the night. If you want to go there use ONLY taxi so they leave you in front of the door. Also there is no kettle or dishwasher.

- The property is a short walk from Marseille Saint-Charles - Code entry = can't accidentally leave your keys in the apartment when going out - Side street = void of constant traffic noise or pub crawlers - Le Cosy = apartment with fridge, oven and washing machine - Very easy and quick correspondence with Véronique. Great location — easily accessible to the train station, buses, metro and trams. We walked down to the Vieux Port in under 20 minutes most days. There are a few late night shops around the corner which is convenient if you arrive late at night. The apartment is small but has everything you need, including full-size fridge and freezer, washing machine, oven, three burners/hobs, TV and sofa. The sleeping area is small so you might find it a squeeze if you are used to a king-size bed. The A/C is a blessing as the apartment gets quite warm. The shower has great pressure and the whole apartment was very clean. The location next to the garden means it is very quiet all day.

Would have been nice to have some extra bin bags and tea towels for a four-night stay.

Very convenient location only a few minutes walk from the train station.The little apartment was very well equipped with a bedroom, and additional sofa bed ( make sure to tell the host a few days ahead of time that you need sheets for the sofa bed) , a kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, fridge, stove and even a washing machine, air conditioning . There is a small washroom with a shower. We paid a little extra for a courtyard view, but it’s not an attractive courtyard, so not necessary. It had wifi and a door code, so easy to access independently at any hour. The host was very responsive and helpful. The windows opened easily for fresh air.

Very near the train station which makes it great for day trips to the neighboring places.

The room really needed a good deep clean. Alot of things were very dusty, I don't think the rug had been vacuumed for a while and the washing machine detergent draw was very average. Plastic mattress protector on bed under sheet was very uncomfortable. Would have been great to have had some washing detergent supplied for the washing machine

The matraze in the bett is quite hard and was just a bit smelling of to much humity. IWithout this downsides the apartment would get a super good rating.

The apartment was done up quite well and had basic amenities like fridge, washing machine (no dryer) and TV. It was quite cosy.

The location of the apartment is quite poor; quite a few drunkards around; we could see people shouting and fighting. There was an overflowing trashcan just outside the building which wasnt cleaned in the 24 hours we were there. The public parking nearest to the apartment was extremely shady and very unsafe. We booked this apartment for 3 nights, however we left after the first night itself as we did not feel comfortable in the area at all. No drinking water was provided. There are no fans in the apartment and the windows do not open so it was quite stuffy despite the air conditioning. The bathroom is extremely tiny and barely has any space.

Excellent location, pretty well equipped (microwave oven, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine). Nice and comfortable beds and Véronique always happy to help.

The location seemed to be in a Turkish/Armenian area but very close to centre, The apartment looked out on a courtyard and was very quiet. Air conditioning good.

Bathroom fine but a bit small.

- I am a booking.com client Genius 3 level and I have never experienced a bad treatment. - I have never had any touch with anyone l, except this owner. - I was threatened by the owner to not report my experience they will file (their framed report to booking.com) to lower my profile level and my reputation. As if they are blackmailing me. - There was a misunderstanding in the cleaning rules; and we are back to clean the 3 dishes and we have realized that they were taking picture of us without our permission (which i request a confirmation that my photos are deleted) Therefore instead of explaining the situation to us pleasantly they wear yelling on us and snapping in a bad tone. - Noting I was ready to leave the apartment at 12:15 but due to taxi delay we were just waiting as the apartment was ready to be evacuated. Also, all bags were evacuated at 13:15 and the apparent was totally clean at 13:20 - We kept good food in the fridge as per the cleaning request. - Value to money bad. - No elevator

Apartment was clean, well laid out and comfortable. The AC was very welcome! Good location too.

Nothing - the flat was exactly what I was looking for, and as described.

Good room in a quiet residential area. Very clean. Excellent shower/bathroom. Kitchen small and functional, but has all that you need for a short stay. Bed is up steep stairs as everyone has said, but was comfy. 15 mins to old port. Relatively expensive.
