Stay here!! This was the best experience I have ever had with a property on VRBO! This was a Girls’ Trip for my mom’s 70th Birthday, with my best friend and my 12 year old daughter. The house was just as described, very clean, great updates to the property. The pool and backyard area are beautifully maintained. We spent as much time in the pool and backyard as we did at the beach. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet and well maintained, centrally located. We have nothing but glowing reviews! Would stay here again and again!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful house while in town for a wedding. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of towels (regular and beach towels). Everything was clean and ready to use when we arrived. The pool and backyard felt like we were at a resort! We spent a lot of time using it, and we didn't want to leave. The host Anna went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable! Book this house!

We had an excellent time. Lots of comfy places to be lazy or enjoy company. Great TV ‘s everywhere. Quiet safe neighborhood. Bikes were easy to zip into town and the beach. Grocery within walking distance.

I've stayed in several homes over the years. This one ranks among the best. Not only was it very clean, but there were little details like napkins in the napkin holders, waters in the fridge when we arrived, a complimentary bottle of wine, etc. All these stuck out to me as I haven't found that in other homes I've rented.
Beach chairs that can be used, although the full size umbrellas need to be replaced. Bikes available (we didn't use) but it's a nice touch with the beach within riding distance.
This particular part of Deerfield Beach was quieter than others I have stayed in.
All rooms are a good size with their own tv's and Amazon firesticks connected to each.
Bathrooms were both a good size and well kept.
The pool was a good size, clean, and the back yard area is nicely decorated and spacious.
Would definitely consider renting again if available.

Me, my husband, our 2 y/o, my Mom, my step dad, and my Dad all stayed in the house for our family Christmas. The place was a great size, comfortable, tons of amenities, and very clean. We were in walking distance to grocery stores, liquor stores, food, and a quick drive to the beach. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you Anna for a wonderful stay!

Central/close to everything

Great Family Vacation
This is a great place for families. I just recently stayed with my wife and three kids (7, 5, and 1). This house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and sunroom areas are amazing and felt like a tropical paradise. The kids loved the pool and all the pool and beach toys that were provided. It is in a great location with a short drive to the beach and close to everything we needed for grocery and food needs. The hosts were great at communicating. I would definitely book this place again.

Simply Perfect!
Could sum it up rather quickly by stating we would stay there again...and again! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Fabulous (and huge) screened in porch, private backyard w/great pool. The hosts provided all amenities possible. Great kitchen. 20 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to stores. 4 people in late 20's working remotely on wifi very easily & room enough for each's privacy. Sorry had to leave!

Great Week
Stayed a week with my family in this lovely house. Super cute, clean and everything we wanted. The pool was great for the sunny hot days. Rained at night and the enclosed screened porch was perfect to be enclosed and still enjoy the weather. The yard is secluded and pretty. The neighborhood was great for walks and the beach was a short drive away. Everything we needed was provided in the house. We were very happy that we chose this house. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great house!
My family (4 of us) stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful time at the house! It’s close to the beach, grocery store and shopping. The house had everything we needed including a pack and play and high chair for our 1 year old. As parents we felt very safe with the locks and alarms on the doors as our 4 year old LOVED the pool and wanted to be out there all the time. With the door chime she couldn’t sneak out to the patio without us knowing...not to mention the chain lock on the patio door out to the pool. They have great chairs, toys, umbrellas for the beach. We appreciated that the screened in porch had ceiling fans as we ate most meals out there. The beds were comfy, new kitchen, and great grill! We will for sure come back again!!

Serene
We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was nicely organized and incredibly clean. They had lots of pool rafts, noodles and toys. The bedrooms were spacious and our bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and dishes (if you wanted to cook and eat in.) We dined out the majority of the time. There were restaurants and grocery stores close by. The street in front can get a little busy, but you really don't hear the street noise inside or in the backyard. We only had one draw-back; the distance to the beach. We were looking for a place with a pool and walking distance to the beach. It is about 10 blocks from the beach, but it's not accessible due to a canal. You have to take the roadway, over the bridge, (2 miles) to get to the beach. For two "older" people, we didn't see ourselves walking that distance carrying our beach "stuff". Driving the two miles and paying for parking was the best option.
This a great place if you want to break from the hustle and bustle and find a quiet and serene place, but it is also a great place for the whole family to enjoy some together time. We highly recommend this place.

The perfect property with excellent hosts
We stayed for two weeks at the end of May/beginning of June - there were 6 of us and the house was perfect in every respect.
All of the rooms were spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, hand, bath and beach/pool towels were all provided plus soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery, and pots and pans, plus stocks of those little things to help get you started when you first arrive.
The back garden and heated pool are roomy and beautifully presented. The pool is larger than we expected and was used at least once a day, and our 4 year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed it.
There is a huge barbecue which we made good use of, and the outside and screened patio provide plenty of seating/lounging both in the sun and the shade.
Anna and Daniel (our hosts) were very welcoming and accomodating - Daniel attended to the pool twice a week, and Anna was just a call or text away to answer any queries.
When we next visit this part of Florida, this house will be the first we check for availability.

Clean home, great pool, but some issues
There are some pros and cons for this house. First the pros - the house is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The owners provide lots of beach towels.The pool is excellent - nicely heated, well maintained and just perfect. The backyard is a great place to relax and kick back, and we really enjoyed it.
Now the cons. We had a number of maintenance issues during our stay. On Christmas eve, none of of toilets would flush and the water wouldn't drain properly from the showers. The owner can over promptly and fixed this, but it was a big concern that we would be stuck in a house with no functioning toilets. Next, we had very little hot water from the start of our visit - with four people, the fourth person always had a cold shower (and we restricted the showers to 5 minutes each). By mid-week, we came home from the beach, and there was absolutely no hot water. Again, the owner responded promptly - the pilot light had gone out on the water heater. But when we were re-lighting it, we noticed that the water heater had been set to "vacation" level - once we set it back to normal, then we had sufficient hot water for showers and running the dishwasher. It should have been set that way when we arrived. A few days later, we used the garburator in the kitchen, and the water backed up in the sink. We had to plunge the sink, and clean it. The owner said we should not use it, but there was no sign or instruction to avoid using the garburator. I think that 3 maintenance issues in one week is too many, but it could have been bad luck.
Overall, I would still recommend this house, because it is very clean and well stocked and the pool is great. But I would suggest that you check the water heater setting when you arrive.
